paying for clothes and shoes I never got
I paid close to a 100.00 if not more for shoes.pants. and tops they refuse to refund my money.they say once it says its been delivered they can't refund.but most times the items are marked as delivered when it hasn't. Im disabled on a low fix income i can't afford this company to rip me off. Ive been talking to them since yesterday and getting no where.i told them just because it says it was delivered doesn't mean we got it the postal service just puts it on the porch.something needs to be done.thank you so much

I have placed orders on wish beefore and received all my items no problem. These two items however that i placed on 22 March 2018 has not yet been received.

All other items I have ordered after that has been received but not these two. VERY VERY disappointed as the items where birthday gifts. My shopping cart is full but I refuse to press purchase or ever buy from wish again if I don't receive my items. I will never recommend wish to anyone ever again.
The dress was supposed to be delivered in April now Wish is telling me the have no more options to my complaint and yet my money is gone.

My name Belinda, i order some items, under my daughter account and has been having problems trying to find out what happen, i have been talking to different peolpe from the support page, but that havent gotten me anywhere.I ordered a grandma ring, which they sended me a blue ring, which i didnt order. I ordered 12 cancer rings, i got 12 angel rings. i had 2 mre rings, that i should have received on the end of Aug. but havent received them yet. try to reach out to support, but my tablet wont let me, see the order page or tap on anthing else, even when i tried to restart the page. my order number or everything that i order doesnt come up.I know this not helping, but the number for my grandma ring is 9400111899560120162517. I ordered a MXQ PRO box, remote and keyboard. The picture clearly shows all three. When it arrived I received just a keyboard. I contacted customer support and they told me that's what I ordered.
They decisive there customers with one picture when you place the order then send another picture when fulfilling the order.
I was told to send it back for a full refund. Knowing that it would cost me more money to ship it back.
They are truly deceiving there customers or should I say x customer.

I was working at the time. My order history shows no such order.

I ordered a 10" Tablet ( screenshot attached) I had a text message to say the item had been delivered but I received no emails from Wish or the couriers Yodel that my parcel was in its way.
I contacted Customer Support who asked me to chase up the parcel myself, which I would have thought was not my responsibilty but I duly spoke to Yodel who advised me that the shipping address belonged to an address in London. UK. I live in Manchester, UK which is over 200 miles away. Yodel advised me to contact Wish to complete a parcel process and to contact Yodel.
I sent a message with this information, I did not receive a reply and the status was closed, each message I have sent has been ignored and the status on this item states delivered.
I have not received this item.
I just want information as to whether the item which was delivered to the address in London was my order and that I was given the wrong tracking number and my order is still on it's way or the parcel needs to be retrieved from the London address.

Just stay away from these small crooks with their "wish" site. Check for ex. how they list 128mb option for item titled 64GB 128GB 256GB 512GB Flash Card Micro SD Card.
I did ordered 128Gb card from their site and they sent 128Mb card because they provided such an option and they put that option into my order instead of selected 128Gb.

2 orders later, and 300. Short, I ordered from wish, never received 1 item. Order history was conveniently lost in their system, and don't expect them to find it, and give you your money, or your product. They have never had any intention of you getting it. And watch your bank funds, because some new charges you might not have made will show up in the near future. But that's what they have been doing all along... Taking peoples money, and sending nothing. Customer service is conveniently not reachable, and you wont receive any money or goods regardless! What do we do about it? Hope someone finds thiis b4 they too get ripped off? Highly unlikely and the [censored] get richer.
Iam not tech savy but if someone who is could build a phone app where for free or for a small fee users could look and find a list of past rip off companies it would have sure save me some $. Once they are on the list, the names are non removable, they will have to change domain names and start over. At least it is some chance for us users, and it makes things a litte more difficult for thm.

I ordered a cell phone on wish. It was supposed to arrive by 20 August it didn't. I requested my refund on 20 August and I didn't get my refund even today. I addressed this matter on wish.com several times but I don't get any help. First they said I must wait 14 after requesting a refund and I waited and nothing happened. (First of all, this complaint is about Wish's guarantee and not because of the insignificant amount of money.)
I wanted the pink squishy doughnut for my granddaughter, but it was $2 and the blue one was $1. As soon as my order went thru the amounts were reversed. Tried to immediately cancel to order the pink one but wasn't able to because there wasn't the usual "cancel order" anywhere. Got ahold of someone on line who said to wait until I got the order. Needed to take a photo, which I did and was told I would get a full refund including shipping. Never got refund and website wouldn't let me answer any of the necessary buttons. I am angry. It is the principle of this. I feel it is fraudulent. I have been trying to contact them yo no avail. I want to cancel my account.
