I ordered 2 orders of Action Cam Sports Camera on Jan 2 and 14.
I got the email from Wish said will delivered within 5-10 business days on Jan 4th. Still wait it is March 30.

Wish still adv in Facebook while countless customers still complaint no orders.
Wish company needs to shut down.

I had ordered my car stickers on january 29, 2018 which I had never received - curiouse I checked my wish account which had said no items have been bought but on my credit card it had been regestured with the date -I called customer service to be told that I will be contacted back - never did. And it's hard to come in conatct with someone about the issue

bluetooth sunglasses with camera built in.
Simple I ordered one item and got something completely different. I ordered bluetooth sunglasses and got a cheap 4$ pair of aviator lenses. Then the tracking numbers are the same. To top it off they are telling me on the app that it was already delivered which it was not. What was delivered was not what I paid for or ordered. Ive spent over 100$ this month of march.

No orders in my account, my points were 400, now they are deleted app on phone to no result. User name and password are correct! I would like to know if there is a computer glitch or what. I paid for these items. And if I don't get them or a refund, I will call and file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I see lots of complaints regarding this.

They took my money $168.00 and I never received my items, someone sent me a piece of paper and a piece of cardboard in a envelope, I am filling fraud with my bank this is not over yet. Reported them to bbb, fbi, consumer affairs, and anyone else I can file with on them. May even get a lawyer to sue them yet.

I made and payed an order with Wish Company on 27.2.2018, which was promised to arrive by Apr 6, 2018. Without any personal notice, my order got cancelled and the money returned to my credit card. I wonder, if this is a scam and Wish is just attracting customers with the low-price offers for to get customers' Facebook details (you agree to give Wish access to your FB, when you download the Wish app)?

I was on from 8:55 to 9:15. I stayed on giveaway page entire time repeatedly hitting refresh... went straight from "starts between 9 and 9:15" to "giveaway has ended" as though it never even opens let alone ever had any kind of notification that its starting! Plus other people have the same issue. It's just a scam to get people on their app and they figure you will want something bad enough and when you don't win, you will just buy it. It's a lie!

Please find I am very dissatisfied with the way wish is trading they will not take responsible step to sort a order I made with them on 20/02/18 delivery date no later than the 20/03/18 which has not arrived they say it got lost when shipping it to me. I have sent them 46 g mails and it cost me more than the item is worth it was a mans jewelry set which cost £3.00 with shipping .they keep sending me mail saying look in your order history when I have told their is nothing in it to go in order history it is their mistake as they have sent me a transaction conformation .and they have taken the money from my bank account. This is now driving me crazy as they keep telling me to look in my order history to get a refund which I told them I cannot do as my goods are not showing I have lost count how many times I have sent them mail telling them I cannot do this .I all so sent them a screen shot of my transition it seems like no one reads e mail and take your money and take no responsibility for what is happening to their customers can I claim compensation for this as it has been going on. so long its not on anymore I have read all the complaints and it looks like they don't care thank yo Mr Danny Earl

I had been making regular purchases from wish without any problems, but then I had to order another card because my wallet was stolen & they wouldn't accept the new card details and put a hold on the account until I sent a copy of a bank statement which shows when purchases were made and the dates, which I have and it stiĺl hasn't been resolved - I have sent another photo of the payments taken by wish
the mobile phone
When my mobile phone arrived i was delighted, it looked amazing. When i fitted the Samsung sim card it refused to work. I them took it to the telephone shop, they to could not get the phone to work.
To say i was highly disappointed would be an understatement. I was warned that the phone would never work and i was wasting my money.

uv filter light
Purchased a uv light for my 75 gallon aquarium from wish. Had a smaller uv filter but transferred it to another tank. Installed this one and it started to pulse almost strobe. Left it alone for the night and it went to a steady light. It also killed more than half of my fish, including 3 dwarf frogs I had for 2-3 years. Wish refunded me the purchase price but would not compensate me for my fish, even after sending pictures. Horrible website, horrible service. Do not buy from them!

I order from wish all the time but this time they took out my 2 payments plus a extra 115.00 dollars for no reason out of my debit I would like my refund of 115.00 dollars please I like to order from them but cant if they continue to take extra money out please help me to understand why they did this. When I tried to return a item I never got they told me that I could not get a refund because I did not return it within 30 days however I waited six months for it and never got it. how can I return a item I never got! After I pointed that out to them they ignored me and never responded . When I do actually receive a ordered which isn't always the case it comes 2-3 months at the least from when ordered. And the products are not very good they are cheap and not what they were in the picture . :(
