Support is the words. Wish is a great site, but the people working as support, which is outsourced, are simply awful and careless. I hope none of you gets to experience it regarding a package tracking issue. The packages are rarely tracked as Wish allows the stores to decide the kind of shipment and the tracking number is not of the parcel itself, but of the container it's being shipped, that belongs to the local shipping company. After it starts being handled by the next shipping company, the parcel is lost forever.

Yet again a SCAM repport about your "site". I ordered a huge eyeshadow palette, costing 24 dollars, and I got eyeshadow aplicators 10 eyeshadow aplicators to be exact. There was no "eyeshadow aplicators" in the description of the product. I am very dissapointed. Another thing is I tried finding an email, a phone number or some form of contact to you, but your "website" was crashing constantly. I will try my hardest to find customer service and contact someone from your group and complain. Your website is a total scam, many many friends of mine have made the huge mistake of ordering from you and have gotten complete and utter [censor]. Stop deceiving and lying to people. Check your reports and stop scamming. Someone will sue you if you continue doing this.

Hi, I bought some items for my cats on wish, payed, but never got an confirmation. I payed €11, 95, and never received the goods.

They keep changing there story on line it was never sent no tracking number and tracking number they tried to send in txt was fake. They say they looked into it. Like I said no tracking number nothing so what did they look into really. So they send me a link that is useless. Wish will rip you off anyway they can it is not a good company at all and a huge scam. There shipping is mickey mouse bs. Do not trust wish at all they are sending cheap crap and knock off items. where's my refund?
I ordered two items from the wish website I just checked on them and it says they were not available so they refunded me the money. Well I checked my account and wish took my money and NEVER refunded my money! How do I get my money back if I am not receiving the items why should wish be able to keep my money? I ordered this item in the beginning of February it is now March 12, 2018 and still no item and no REFUND!

For the last 2 months, I have sent emails I tried to call but you do not answer your phones all I got was a recording to go on Wish.com to contact you which I had already done several times. To present date I have not received any responses back from you regarding the fact I had to delete your app because it would not load on my iPad. When I tried to reinstall it it will not allow me to put in my payment information. I can only assume by your non-response that you don't care about your customers and you need to make your website user friendly. For over 2 months I have not been able to make any purchases and at this rate if I don't receive a response back from you all ASAP, then I will stop even trying but I will discourage my over 3, 000 friends on Facebook to shop on Wish. This does not reflect well upon your company!

They were completely fake. I did a flash memory test on them using a program called f3 which verifies capacity byte for byte. None of them were even close to 512gb, instead what resulted was mostly corrupted files! These crooks even refused to refund me. Never buy from them. I cannot believe they are supporting criminal activity and refuse to take action against such sellers. I suspect the feedback that is posted is mostly fake as well, they don't say anything much. A friend of mine was also cheated by the same seller. Buyer beware!
my card was charged
I went to submit an order for several items the money immediatly was deducted from my card totaling over $60.00. Then i get a message from wish that my payment was declined even though they took out my money. There is no history of my order on my app. I requested a refund a month ago. I just keep getting emails thanking me for contcting them. I want my money back so i can delete this scam app and go back to amazon!

I received a blue book bag in the mail through wish I did not order it isn't anywhere in my wish purchases I will not pay for it and if I see it on my statement I will take action. I have no idea who it belongs to of course it comes from china it says handbag! It is the ugliest blue bookbag and it stinks I will wait to hear from you it better not have gone on my credit card thank you I will be waiting for your answer let me know what is the next step
a refund
I ordered 2 mermaid tail blankets, I had to write them and ask why they hadn't shipped yet because I hadn't received any information on my order. Well I was told I would receive a refund because they were out of stock (no big deal) but they have stated numerous times that my refund has been processed when it has not. I even offered to send my bank information in, to show them I had not received my refund. If it were 5$ I would say oh it's no big deal but it's 14$ I have two small children. 14$ could buy my daughter 3 small packs of diapers. From here on out you've lost a customer, the service I received was disgusting. Not even trying to accommodate me or reach out to me, when I told them I had not received my refund. Even after suggesting mailing in my bank stubs. I checked 6 times with my bank and nothing. I used to recommend people shop on wish because it was affordable. After today I will never recommend anyone ever again and my husband and I will not be using it ever again.
customer service & charged double for shipping
I ordered a 3d phone screen with built in speaker. Free just pay shipping $2 I went to the cart and tried to back out but it said I'll get a 5% discount if I continue to checkout. I clicked okay and it proceeded by automatically paying for the transaction but when I looked at the receipt they charged me double. I contacted support and they said sometimes they charge more for different colored items. I told them look at it I was charged $0 for the item so that's not the case. I went back and forth because they kept giving me the default answer without even looking into it. I finally sent them screen shots of me doing the transaction again but not finishing the purchase and it says $2 shipping. I received the item and it's not as described since it doesn't have a built in speaker like it claims. But now they won't respond.
Another item I ordered in January said I'd receive it by Feb 25th after the 25th it said I must wait till March 6th before I can contact support about it. On March 7 I contacted them and they said please wait another 42 days for shipment. If they bothered to even look at it it shows the last action on the tracking was shipment info received on Jan 14th. They never even shipped it and still want me to wait. I'm done ever using wish and will boycott then.

My account has been blocked for no reason and i sent my bank account statement but they still say they cant unblock me at this time! I was playing the daily giveaway on wish and i tried to claim a laser and when i clicked on it. It said that I had already claimed something. (Which I had not) i looked in my cart and it wasn't there. I looked in my order history and it wasn't there. Which made it so that I couldn't contact customer support. This us definitely a major problem that needs fixed immediately.

Ordered two dresses. Both were received. Neither fits and neither is very well made. I have been attempting to return and more questions keep appearing...like asking me to provide a photo! Why in the world must I provide a photo when there is a photo of the item as it appeared when I purchased it from your online catalog. Wanted to purchase a pair of pants 7 dollars with 3 dollar shipping. That's 10 dollars. After putting it in my cart it went up to 17 dollars. It's been happening alot and just curious to why someone can advertise a price that's not true. None of the pants under thus post were 7 dollars.
