I ordered two pair of pants 2 shirts and 3 pairs of socks.
I ordered two shirts both of them different Jack Daniels shirts I ordered a black pair of pants and a white pair of pants I also ordered three different pair of socks they took out the money from my bank account not once but twice then sent me a message saying that I was declined... how does that even work when you took the money out of my bank how am I being declined?!?!?
the wrong products arrive
I ordered an a plug in air freshener, the plug doesn't fit into any of my electric plugs, and I ordered a budda fresher, it doesn't look like any budda I have ever seen! And my other orders haven't come, like the green lounge pants. I so wanted the green lounge pants, my football team is in the superbowl, eagles, and the round air freshner came with the wrong type of plug. Help please

I ordered a devillbess paint gun Jan 3 some reason they said they were having 0roblems with my card, but a few minutes I tried again and this time it went through, problem is it charged me for 2 spray guns I requested a refund on one of them being order #5a3df36487ac206ac69e3bf I was told that my refund had been processed and was eligible for the refund, and my refund would take 7-14 days will it's January 30 and still no refund, I also like to know where is my wheel I ordered for my mig weilder, it use to show up on the order history now it don't show and still no refund, no mig wheel for my weilder, could u please tell me what exactly I need to do to get my refund and my order. computer I ordered and received
I received the ez book computer but it arrived without the ac adapter so i went to Best Buy and bought one. Hooked it up to the charger but computer wont come on Ive contactrd cs but hust get the run around i paid $225.00 and want to return it for a full refund but they wont give me an address to sen it to. colourful eyeshadow palette
I received an eyeshadow palette I had purchased on Wish.com and the quality was disgraceful. It looked like someone had poked their fingers into some of the eyeshadows and a lot of powder had gone all over the palette. It was such a waste of money. I will not be able to use this palette due to the level of hygiene. I will NOT be purchasing eyeshadow from Wish.
This might be a blessing in disguise. The makeup (especially lipsticks) that are sold through Wish and similar companies contain very, VERY high levels of lead (Pb). Prolonged use can lead to serious health issues. Did you get a hassle-free refund? Usually, by uploading a photo of the damaged item you will be refunded within a few days without returning the item. This is sort of a Wish-hack... order something that, when damaged or broken, is still useful. Then initiate the return and, provided the value is under $20, they usually refund the money without requiring a return. Bottom line is not to shop at Wish if you are looking for something you really, really want. Don't get things for infants or anything designed to touch your skin (including kitchenware of any kind). Most of the items are mass produced in China at a lower (if any) health and safety standard than in the USA. I "Wish" I had better news for you, but I have never found a way to cut corners on makeup or shoes without suffering in some way...

iphone 8 plus
I ordered the iPhone 8 for around $1, 000. They contacted me several times saying I had to change the color, storage capacity etc. This was very irritating already because I ordered the silver, 256 GB iPhone 8 Plus, but due to there complaints I was going to end up with a 64 GB space gray iPhone 8. This is a big change, but I decided it's better than nothing. But now I have not received this iPhone and they at first told me it would take a day extra, but this ‘day' has turned into a week.

My name is Allison Kelly &at the beginning of December a bought a Sports ACTION CAM WITH WIFI REMOTE CONTROL &4K, a Purchased it, but when a got it it was in a Brown Box with missing parts, so after Xmas between 5th-6th of January &ordered a sports action cam with WiFi remote control &4K&that one came in a brown box with missing parts, but know WI-FI REMOTE CONTROL &4K&the parts we identical& what caught my attention was the tape was identical even the way they wrapped it in the Brown Box was identical, the only difference is the color, but my friend has one &she's got 3 different fronts in color
when a noticed the tape thats when a knew they were fake or Counterfeit &a BOUGHT THEM FROM DIFFERENT STORE MERCHANTS
Iam just praying ive got someone that can stand up for these big companies

charged the wrong amount and won't refund!
I ordered 4 items on the Wish app totaling $4.80. Shipping was $1 per item - for a grand total of $8.80. I paid with Apple Pay and agreed to the $8.80 total.
Later I get the receipt from Wish and it says I was charged $24.80 - they had upped the shipping to $19 WITHOUT telling me. I certainly did NOT authorize this.
They are now REFUSING to cancel my order or refund my money because my order was already processed.

I made 2 orders on Wish.com 01/12/2018. One item was supposed to be an actual tablet but instead I received a writing tablet. the other order was a pair of shorts that I still have not received. The money was taken off my card. The shorts were $2.95 and the money was taken off my card on 01/12/2018 at 07:22:39 PM and I still have not received them. The actual tablet I was supposed to have received instead of a writing tablet was $22.00 and the money was taken off my card on 01/12/2018 at 07:37:21 PM. I either need a refund or I need the correct tablet and I need the shorts I paid for.

money was taken off my card for purchases i didnt allow. i did allow the order of men and womens silicon rings. after thinking i had only spent 10 dollars i was very upset to learn of this new amount. i do believe there was a purchase made on 1-23-18 as well in the amount of $37.00 that i as well did not allow nor approve that order as well. Had the same thing done to my Mom and we have NO WAY of finding out who the items were shipped to, so we could try and trace who got a hold of her card. I downloaded the app like the recording says but since I don't have an order AND there is NO WAY of letting them KNOW the info I do have we're stuck with filing a claim with the bank . I have been trying to talke withh a real person about a refund for items which are way too small. I have complied with the procedures and still don't know if my info was received or when to expect a refund. Emails don't provide me any assistance. I have been working on this matter for over 4 weeks. When a company can't supply a real person to talk with it sends up a red flag message about your business operations! I never make complaints like this but I am extremely upset. As a frequent customer of Wish I never send anything back or request a resend not even a refund unless I receive anything other than what I ordered. On Dec. 1st I ordered a coat. Knowing that Wish orders usually take at least two weeks to arrive I left it alone. When January arrived I assumed something was up so I checked the status. It claimed it was delivered to my address--obviously was not or else this complaint wouldn't exist right now. So I contacted support and they said sometimes it gets prematurely scanned before delivery. So I contacted my local post office and nope they said it was delivered. I understand that it is not the fault of Wish that my coat is not here --it happens and this not what this complaint is about. I'm upset because I'm not a scammer I am just someone who genuinely wanted a peice of clothing that I PAID for and it wasn't something for $5 in that case I wouldn't care. However they are refusing me a resend or a refund. Thank you Wish because now I'm out on money and a coat. It's nice to see how you handle these situations. I get it you can't give refunds to everyone; it's a business. But I even stated I would be happy with another coat. If you check my order history with Wish you will see I am a faithful customer who rarely returns anything.
