money deducted from account, wish/geek lost all records
A sum of over $200 was deducted from our account for an item we did not purchase. On investigation we were refunded only $20. Within two days our account transactions and history has disappeared. Wish has responded that we must have multiple accounts. How is that possible with one user, one address and email? No communication other than automatic and inaccurate drivel has been received. I am unable to speak to any representative of the company.

I just want my purchase history reset to first purchase . Wish wants to start Skynet. Wish deleted my discounts and refused to try to do anything to rectify. Then refused to take back wish cash or have a way to give to some family member in my last will and testament, in case i didn't make it through the week. There is no customer service representative that answers a phone or emails . They only have a couple responses set to be sent through tag or key words on complaints sent through email. Because the phone number redirected everyone to email unsupport and have no inclination to resolve any issues . Look on play message boards, responses their like sorry to hear that, we strive to, in the future copy paste response to everything there also. I had not made my first purchase, but promo codes were kept from being used. When I said I wanted to give up on everything and not be anymore. The computer vomits a response : sorry we don't have that option at this time, but in the future ...

Hello, i am sending over 100 mails to refund my money for staff that doesn't work or are too small for me. You are always responding on my mails with stupid answers and everytime is auto respond. Asap refund my money or i will do everything to press charge on you and go to court. Or unblock my account so i can ask for my refund. This is not right and help me.
I'm going through the same thing with my wish account. I been blocked and I have $100 in wish cash in my account as of right now. They're always answering me stupidly and keep asking for a bank statement from previous purchases which I have submitted to them multiple times. Now they're telling me to refer to their refund policy which is a lot of reading. I do not recommend anyone to deal with wish, they're thieves and will keep your money in anyway, shape, or form. My account is still blocked for almost about a year now.

I need help also, someone tried charging things on my wish account that has my credit card on file but I have it set up that if anyone tries it sends me an alert saying something was charged well I tried contacting them no luck but IMMEDIATELY SAW THE EMAIL AND CANCELED IT WITH IN MINUTES. It shows they canceled it and refunded me . But they put it to wish cash instead of putting my damn money on my credit card where they took it from . Once my account was frivolously blocked. I created a new one ordered a bunch of stuff and deliberately filed refunds. Want to block me? Fine. I will give you a reason though.
I ordered two 50 inch flatscreen 4K televisions two 55 inch 4K smart televisions and one 65 inch flat 4K smart TV. PlayStation 4 and a bunch of other stuff that are high-end cost items. My refunds all went through successfully. I stopped using wish.. Fluck me? nah.. Fluck you.
I agree with you. My account has been blocked as well. I have been ordered a lovely baby doll but they were sent me a ugly doll and seems a low grade product. For those of you who said that their accounts have been blocked, are you saying that in the past you had an account with Wish and actually ordered and received merchandise? I'm wondering, too, about the crappy stuff you're receiving instead of what you ordered. Also, how do the charges appear on your credit card statements? Typically, there's a phone number in the description of the item. Has anyone called that number?

I just received notification of an update - five hours and 6 minutes ago. It's now 10/6/2018 at 2:55 a.m. Since my post of 26th of October, 2017, I can't tell you how many times I've been taken to the cleaners by companies! One was a fake wig company, which only amounted to about $28.00 - but the other was by CARE CREDIT...to the tune of more than $8, 000. I won't even allow myself to go back and check the REAL amount, for fear that it might send me over the edge. I have no idea why consumers are being treated this way - and NO idea why there is absolutely NO RECOURSE. My husband says to chalk it up to not reading the fine print, BUT OMG...what a friggin' price to pay for NOT reading the fine print. I'm actually ready to throw up right now. I promised myself that I wouldn't dwell on this anymore... AND this is why.

I had my phone an purse stolen an the person that stole my stuff made a bunch of purchases on my accounts an to my debit card an put my account in the negative thousands an I have been contacting the wish customer support for over three days straight for them to keep telling me they can’t refund because the orders haven’t been delivered an acting like I made the purchase by telling me there can’t be no mistake orders as you have to push several buttons to confirm it they don’t listen or help customers out they just keep coming up with more excuses an having several other people reply to the messages that I have been sending I would not use this app

I ordered several items and when I went to apply the promo code it did not take it. My order is charging at full price so I called Customer Service. I get an automated message saying if I am having trouble getting through one of numerous websites then to go to their wishsupport.com site to contact customer service. So I go to the site and it allows me to put in my particular concern and to leave a message of my issue. However, it does not allow me to send it to the company as it says I have not filed in my concern in the tool bar. But I did! This is just a way to route the customer in circles until they tire and give up! BUYER BEWARE! My order came to $40 but I see others have paid over $700. I would suggest a couple of small trial orders first to see if any online company is truly reliable. I use to order from Cute.com and never had problems but now they seem like their site is defunct, or maybe got taken over by Wish.com. Either way, the California Attorney Generals office should be made aware of this companies poor business practices. They are making money hand over fist on these online orders without taking little to no responsibility to the consumer when they've been wronged. Stick to buying local is my suggestion!
poor products and failure to provide satisfactory customer service
I have purchased many items from wish website. One pair of boots ripped right off the sole within the first hour of wearing them, one item came broken in pieces, two items were not as described and what they should have been. One item did not arrive and they refused to send a replacement or give my postal office permission to further investigate to locate this item. One item was damaged and they refused to send me a replacement. I was having fraud activity going on in my bank account and for the purpose to investigate my account was frozen. All these items were purchased from a credit card linked to that account. I had to open up a new bank account and update wish with my new credit card. I strictly stated that for this purpose I did not want refunds on any of these items as my bank stated that any funds put into the frozen account would be lost and I would not have access to. Wishes policy is not to refund and card other than the one items were purchased with. Therefore I asked many times for store credit to purchase new items or replacements of the lost and broken items. For a week and a half now I have been emailing back and forth and have demanded to speak to a manager or someone able to assist me with the issues I was having. I have been refused any contact information for someone to assist with customer service and have continuously been declined replacements or credit as they went ahead and refunded all the items without my consent to do so because I knew I would have no access to any funds put through my old account. I have been extremely frustrated and put through so much distress trying to have these issues resolved and getting no assistance what's over. I'm at a loss how to file a formal complaint about this company and how to contact someone with authority within their company to assist me.

Months ago I spent over $700.00 in clothing and accessories on wish. Only 1 problem. 1 outfit was too small. Not really a problem it worked as a gift. So because I was so happy and satisfied with wish I just spent over $1000.00 this month because due to hurricane irma I lost everything! And I mean everything! So stupid me I went and purchased all these items and none! Not even one of my clothing items fit! Not 1 ! I ordered xxxLg and xxxxlg! Now I'm afraid to open another package because I know it won't fit and because I stupidly spent all my $ we with wish I can't afford to repackage and pay for shipping to resend not even one of these items back! Especially clear to China!n! My shoes fit great but has a big stain on the top by the toe & yes I sent a picture! My other items are cheaply made and look nothing like the quality of the product in the picture! The xxxLg in women's is way smaller than the xl in men's! I guess it meant xxxxlg on my daughter's Barbie's cuz that's who it fits! And these women in these pictures were not chines nor were they small! The only thing I'm happy with is the cologne! So can I just refuse all of my items so they can return them to wish and I can have a refund? I don't know a single soul who will but my items and like I said I don't have the $ to send all these back! And now that I'm broke and nothing fits I have nothing to wear! I've been wearing the same 2 pairs of shorts non appropriate for public use for over a month waiting patiently to get my things from wish and now I have to wait to refuse everything little by little to get it sent back and then wait another year for a refund? I ordered 9 smart watches. The watches came today 10-19-17. Three of the watches don't work and i don't like the quality. I have been trying to request a refund. I would like to return all the watches. I don't like what i have to go through to try and get a refund. I have ordered other things that have not come yet. If we can't work this out. The product has not arrived by today.

I bought 25 dollars worth of wish cash in order to receive my 5 dollar bonus. When I go to check out the app constantly asks for me to enter my card so I can't use my wish cash. I clearly have 30 dollars in wish cash that I cannot use. I even tried going on my personal computer to purchase my items with my wish cash and still no luck. I also tried contacting customer service but there is no one to talk to please resolve this issue.

misleading advertising
I would like to know why the products are advertised at a certain price but when you select the product the price increase .See example below, In this case the price changed to R175.00 but was adverised for R26.23.
I have placed an order and when I select”place order” it told me that some items cannot be shipped to my country but it did not indicate which products. On the catalogue it does'nt indicate which countries the stock can or can’t be shipped that the buyers will know beforehand.
Still no refund, I have submitted everything thy asked for tracking numbers, pictures of the product and pictures of the parcels after it has been received.I had to pay handing fee in my country for the parcels received, now I have to pay again to send the products back whereas it could have been cancelled when I did the cancellation before it was shipped.
I cancelled this Wish order they said they refunded me but I never received the money nor the goods.
I have this same issue with a "tablet" purchased. Did you ever find anything significant that can be done about this?

Hello for the past month, I been trying to win a free giveaway, but it will not let me choose until the give away is over. I get on there 20 mins before it start, not only that I refresh the app and it still does not work. I even try to refresh the the page I'm on, and it still does not work. Is this giveaway a scam or what. Cause I shop with you guys all the time so what's going on
No, it's not a scam. After a week of trying I won the daily prize. Instead of refreshing the page I click 'recently viewed', then click back on the daily prize and just keep going back and forth between those pages until the items are ready to be claimed. There are so many people trying at the same time that it makes it difficult to claim a prize but if you keep trying I'm sure you will eventually snag one. Also, there is no reason to get on the app 20 min early. I set my alarm for 9pm and start then. I did the giveaway with boots and I come have screen shots to prove it and I cant place the free order to ship due to an invalid giveaway. Its very upsetting. I feel like this is a false advertisement. I haven't had any complaints and I really enjoy the app and shopping on wish but of your going to advertise make sure the company goes through with it.
I too live in Mountain Standard time and when playing Daily Giveaway, there are still items available but they all tell me no longer available. I can hit an item with in 20 seconds of start claiming and everything is gone! Discouraging when my kid can hit a prize almost 2 times a week! UGH!

booty firm refund
My name is kristy robinson, 3145 richmond st. Philadelphia pa. I ordered the booty firm cream about 6 months ago. It does not show up in my order history as well. Since my 1st order i have recieved 5 more packages which I did NOT order. I also assume that money is being taking out of my account without my consent. I want a address to return these packages and a refund of my money. The product also is ineffective and i am very unhappy with your app. I used to order things quite often but now i no longer trust that my money will not be taken and more products sent.
