I am really pissed with the wish app. don't have horrible customer service. they never reply yo your emails... i had bought about 20 things and they completely refunded me. without my permission... the wish app has very good prices but they just suck at doing there job. I had waited over a month for my things and they just took it all from me...not very good at that!

Jan 9 2017 received email from Home.com that the items would be shipped between Jan 9 and Jan 12 2017
Feb 13 2017 received an email from Home.com stating that my order may arrive a bit late did I still want them.
Please note that when they emailed me on Feb. 13th it was already past their 30 day refund policy.
Feb 14 2017 I emailed back stating that I still want the item and don't mind waiting a bit longer as I really wanted the item.
Mar 21 2017 I emailed Home.com and told them that I had not yet received my order.
Apr 21 2017 I emailed them again and told them that I never received the item and would like to cancel it and get a refund.
Apr 22 2017 they emailed me back apologizing that I never received it when it should have arrived on Feb 8 2017. Note this contradicts what they stated on Feb 13th.
Apr 22 there were numerous emails back and forth between us. I stated that I understand that they have a 30 day return policy but how can I return something that I never received. They just kept replying...reference our 30 day refund/return policy.
May 9 and 10th the same thing. They said that they hope to be able to provide a much better experience on my next purchase.
Their statement on the bottom of each email is... We have your Back! You never have to worry when you shop on Home. Well I think they have given me reason to worry as I am out $90 without ever receiving my purchase.
I paid $30 for the item and $60 shipping charged to my credit card.

I have had to reset my phone and install wish app again, i have items ordered awhile ago, but cannot track items because no history, I have signed in with email and Facebook as well. I have emails regarding my orders but when I open them, I get error message 404, what is that, my bank account shows I have paid for the items, but just can't get any information, the app help feature is no help at all

On 26 March 2017 I order 5 tote bags and cancelled one, the white one. The total was $27.50. This amount cleared my bank on the 28th of March 2017. I get noticed from Wish that my items were processed and then shipped. I have ordered more items After these totes and have received some of them, a month later. My issue is Wish is refusing to send me my totes that are and have been paid for back in March. All I'm getting is to verify my account information which is nonsense seeing ive ordered many items After ordering the totes and have received them. I ordered a bedset and some watches which the company wish refunded and said they thought it was fraudulent. I never cancelled those items. Your company did. Now, they are holding onto the totes I paid for and I either want my totes or the money refunded back to me wish charged me and received. I sent them copies of my bank statement showing the total amount and date the items cleared my bank and every email they send me is asking for my full bank card info and a picture ID. They don't need a picture ID as I don't furnish one when I signed up for the account and they have my bank info as I've ordered from them several times. This is getting crazy and I've requested wish to call me or someone from their legal team so I can resolve this issue. I will not submit my bank info thru an email seeing wish seems to think some fraudulent items were ordered against my account and there wasn't. If some can answer the customer service line that will be awesome.

Ordered a couple of nail colors from a store on your site. I've received over six of them with duplicate colors coming in. I've let the seller know to cease and desist from charging my credit card for something I didn't order. I've never had any other problems with this app or purchases. I really don't want to do it but I may have to notify my bank to stop payment to anything concerning wish or cute. Can you help?

The WISH APP is not that safe. It automatically deducts your debit account without even popping a message to warn you. My daughter went to checkout and suddenly, it just said ORDERS successfully checked out, wherein I had so many ITEMS in the cart that I was still deciding on what to purchase and let go. NOW I feel so upset that I can't talk to any customer service representative because the CONTACT NUMBER they have on their website which is [protected] is just a Voice prompt, and when you send them an email - [protected]@wish.com you won't get any help because its automated. I can no longer log in to the app and their website because it's not accepting my password anymore and when I clicked forgot password so they can send it to my email, I didn't receive any email from them and you can't even message them on their Facebook Page because it's also automated. I am so disappointment if they take that money out :( just so wrong :( I really need help on how to get my money back. Actually, you can cancel it and get a refund. All you have to do is go to that order and ask for a refund on all the items that you want a refund on. It is upsetting because you have to do each item individually but they will issue a refund. :)
Yes, unfortunately, I no longer had access to the wish app and website. After exchanging so many emails with the automated, I was able to get hold of someone who replied they'll refund within 14 days. I do hope they'll refund my account. We'll wait and see. Thanks

When I go into the system using the same e-mail address I used to order the dress, I get denied access. I finally managed to log i using a desktop view and see that it says there is no order under my e-mail address. I am therefore unable to inquire as all means of contact on the website require you to click on the order in question. I have no order to click on, I tried calling but I am in South Africa, the number does not go through. What can I do, please help. I still want the order but if it's missing I will opt for a refund.
I have been ordering from Wish.com for a long time and I never had an issue with them until March of this year. The first was I had two charges for them that I had not ordered anything. There was no orders showing for that date either, after a week or two of back and forth, I contacted credit card company and filed against them. Getting my money returned. I still had orders with them and since then I am not receiving all the things I paid for and their website says I confirmed delivery. They are not getting back to me and there is no way to contact them.
When you call they San Francisco office all you get is a pre-recorded message

I placed an order on April 21, and changed the shipping address, yet, for whatever reason, the change was not made so it was shipped to my old address and incorrect address. I contacted the seller and seller kept giving me turnarounds to not get the product to me then later a refund. I contacted USPS and they said since it was delivered they couldn't do anything, yet they still trwd to help by going to the house and knock, but nobody ever answered door. I later took a step further and contacted the wish support and they never responded to my email. Now, I am without my product that I PAID for and they refuse to refund my money! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Purchased a tablet aug 2016 as of april 16 it stopped turning on it was 9.6 inch with gold backing with duty and tax i paid around 206.00. I was asking a refund due to the fact I haven't received the merchandise I bought. The person who take my reclaim told to give until another day. I waited, and yes I received 2 of them because even though I bought it all together they were sending them separately. Bought 4 shirts from the same company only received 2. After several days of dealing with the situation I've been refused a refund and blame the postal office for the loss meaning that I lost the money for good. Customer service final answer were cynical and wrote me to reclaim to the postal office. Obviously they're employee cause the CEO would resolved this differently.

My name is Natasha McRae My bank card was stolen ending in 4752 on April 30 2017 two purchases were made May 1st in two amounts one for $16 and some odd sense and the other one was between 11 and $14 and some odd sense.
