Wish restricted accounts

My husband had been purchasing items with my card per my request. Resently I opened up an account and tried using the same card which caused our accounts to be restricted. Even my brother who used my card with my permission, got his account restricted. Now we can't even log into our accounts to use the website because they have all been blocked. We need this issued fixed. Unfortunately there are no numbers for us to contact and the website does a poor job of taking in complaints.

Wish service

I have not received my order from Wish.com around a month ago. I have the information if you could help.

It is just very difficult to contact anyone directly from this company and I paid for this item. It was supposed to be mailed at my address 1362 South 1550 East Provo, Utah 84606 United States. They said " We expect your order to be shipped between" Mar 20, 2017 - Mar 23, 2017

Wish merchandise

I purchased several items from app, having confidence that I would be excited to wait and get my packages, I had the total opposite. When my packages arrived I noticed that they were the completely wrong items. I ordered xl hoodie that bad "love" in the front, instead I got a cheaply made pink hoodie with "love". Tried to request a return shipping label but that was a no go, then I tried to contact support and one of the numbers say that mailbox is full... I wonder why, and the other is disconnected. Secondly, I ordered a tapestry which was supposed to be terquoise, instead I got a white, purple, and green one. Not what I ordered, again I tried to request a return shipping label and that was a no go and called the numbers and nothing worked. I have 3 other orderes coming that i've been waiting on so i'm hoping they are actually correct!
On your app you might not want to mislead people with fake reviews on how this wish app is so amazing because it is #, the items are cheaply made and you send the wrong things to the customers. You want peoples money then I suggest yall make
Changes before yall get a fat lawsuit!

Wish stolen bank details

Someone stole my bank details been spending money on your site tried ring your numbers one disconnected the other didnt answer and mailbox was full can someone please contact me about this please on [protected] i been to the bank my cards have been cancelled and they know about this it all happened within the hours of 1am-3am this morning Australia time if you could please contact me asap that would be great thank you

Wish clothing

I made a purchase about 2weeks ago.. Total was 150.00$
And every item except 2 were counterfeit! I usually do not shop online for this reason... No truth in selling. These items are cheaply made, thin material.. Not what I saw advertised at all. I want a full refund.. As im am horrified at the quality and lack of intergity upheld by sellers on your app. They should be held to a standard of intergity! [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com

Wish home app refund

I purchased an item in February, which I have been trying to track since. The first delivery date I was advised of was March 30th, then it was extended to April 8th, then again to April 15th.
I asked yesterday if I could get a tracking number or update if status (as there was no tracking information whatsoever on the app).
I got an email today stating I would be receiving a refund for the item. I did not ask to cancel but getting my money back for the item is fine.
My concern is that the card that was on file is cancelled, the bank account all together is cancelled.
How will I be getting said refund?

Wish stolen designs/breach of copyright!

Hi I have just emailed you but would like this matter to be solved immediately.

This person had directly stolen MY product and product listing items directly from my etsy page. I have been selling this design since 2015 and own all proofs to the images and designs.

Wish my order

I have checked my order history and low and behold it says none, I have tried going through the help centre and it ends up telling me if its not there it could be an issue with payment, well its not as money has been taken and trying to call the 1800 number I can't tried calling the mobile number and its message bank tells me I need to recharge funny how straight away I'm able to call everyone else but not them. It is also past the date when my money should have been returned and it hasn't. I would like the products I orded or my money back ASAP

Wish stolen designs

I'm a designer at Zazzle.com found stolen pillow designs...wine and sarcasm throw pillows all are my designs... Teal and white chevron with pink owl...Teal and white chevron with text saying Bless this home.. all my designs...This is thief! You did Not have my permission, these are all copyrighted designs...
I want to know how many you sold..and I want it all taken down immediately.

Wish 9.6 inch tablet

I order a tablet from wish back in Aug 2016 and was pleased with the unit till April 23 2019 it stopped working all that came on was a lit screen.what can i do I would be willing to purchasr another if wish would at least give me a credit for the unit that i purchased which in total was 206.00 price of the unit and delivery i had to pay duty which i was not told about.name to follow

Wish the item is a phone case as well as three pieces of sterling silver jewelry that I did definitely pay for.

Your company started out fine we are originally started it what the hell is going on now I don't know it's very rude and disrespectful to order item on the 1st of March to get an estimated date of between March 24th and the 27th still have not received the item in with the end of April and then for me to reach out to y'all and y'all and for me that is on its way which is a bald-faced lie and then they reissue me another estimated date with me April 19th to the 24th and its the 25th and I still have not received the item and I have 3 other items that were due to come off so mean in that taking that to a total of 4 items and I hear we are a month later I still have not got them going on a month late I apologize for that and I have no problem taking my money but then you have a problem when I deliver the item and disrespectful don't at least call or email somebody would update one where the other which is extremely tacky business practices but I think about calling the Better Business Bureau on you and California I have no problem with doing that and my name is Mr. Ronald Cass email is​ [protected]@gmail.com & my phone number is [protected], I'm overly disappointed in your service your customer service tuition and the way you handle your business I think it extremely disrespectful I don't care if I paid for an item a cost of Penny is my penny I have a real problem when I paid for the item cannot get it cannot reach anyone to speak to with your disrespectful but and I did say disrespectful I have no problem with sending what I said that's why I put my email and phone number there and I will go on social media at some point if I don't have my items in the next 24 hours and put y'all on blast like crazy cuz this is so damn disrespectful you have a nice day cuz guess what I am thank you

I ordered an item, a dress for grand daughter about two months ago. I have not received that item as of yet, as well as some nail decals. I really would like someone to clear this issue up and send me the rest of the items that I orderd.

Wish your wish app

I have had problem s in the past the the computer side information off your website. Some else who is not me is using my information to buy stuff from you. And I can even try to buy anything because of this. Now you have an app for the phone so in the. Hope of being able to shop with you and get some good deals I downloaded it. but the same person who stole for my before. use your website hacked my phone throw your wish app. And I lost all my personal information on my phone. And even now the continue to hack my personal information through my computer through the internet because I downloaded the app. Please help I'm at loss. Don't know what to do.

Wish a stick on wall clock

I was recently bought a stick on wall clock by my mother in law of your company . I have since learned that the correct velcro strip was not supplied instead there was little double sided stickers unaware at the time these were not the correct things i needed i proceed to stick on my wall some time later it fell of and hit my 12 day old daughter on the head she was rushed to hospital as she had breathing difficulties she was receiving oxygen and was monitored all night she was discharged in the afternoon the next day . I'm just very disappointed in this from your company i regularly by stuff and find myself uncertain as to continuing purchasing from you my email address is [protected]@gmail..com

Wish everything was wrong.

I ordered three bathing suit's, I received them today but one said it was delivered and they sent me lingerie instead of the bathing suit I ordered. The second one that was delivered and came with the wrong set of bottoms. And then the third one which said it was delivered never showed up at my house. I am very upset. How do all three of my Orders mess up. How does this get fixed.

Wish entire order

I am a first time wish user my daughter has luck with using wish for Christmas so i decided to give it a try i used a visa card that my grand children gave me for Christmas I order 36.00 worth of items (the card was for 50.00) not one thing that i ordered arrvied as advertised and 1 item i never got . I have sent 12 emails and to this day I have not gotten not 1 reply from wish . Sad for me im on a fixed income and could have used that money for so many other things . I ordered chair covers, got pillow covers although ad says chair covers . i ordered 2 rugs only got 1 rug and not the size i ordered (i measured) never got the 2nd rug. ordered a clothing item that is not even worth mentioning. i was praying for a reply to my emails sent to them so that i could return all items and the thing is in the emails i didnt ask for a refund just a credit ( too afraid to send items that i did get back before hearing from them ) this is not acceptable im making one last attempt here before i take this to social media . i will be looking for other duked consumers like me and something will be done so as to make it harder for this company to continue cheating customer.

Wish 2.1 tb, fake usb memory modules

These memory modules are fake. They are advertised as 2.1tb usb memory modules. They are not. The real memory chip inside is somewhat smaller and the control firmware has been modified. While the chip will format and answer up as a 2tb module it is really just looping back and over writing the old data. This causes the old data to become corrupt. On the next boot, the module can not be found and reports corrupted data.

This is clearly a scam and they surely know what they are selling. I suggest you consider the companies practices in making your next vendor selection!

Wish defective phone

I bought a cell phone from Wish and that was a present for my son. Seller said that phone was in a perfect condition and almost brand new. He even showed me some extra pictures. I decided that was a great deal and made my purchase. Phone was working fine for about two weeks and then one day it stopped working.
We took it to a local repair shop where we were told that there was no way to fix it and also repair guy said that phone was old and some parts were damaged. I tried to reach the seller but he already deleted his account from Wish and when I called I was told that phone number no longer existed.

Wish all

Ik heb een bestelling op 28 maart gedaan. Inmiddels zijn er diverse producten ontvangen, helaas passen deze niet en deze wil ik retour sturen. Op de bestelling om deze terug te sturen krijg is fout meldingen error 404. Ik ben hier nu meer als 2 weken mee bezig en kan geen contact met wish krijgen. Ook heb ik gebeld naar us maar krijg een bandje wat ik niet kan verstaan.
Graag wil ik mijn geld retour ontvangen

Wish clothes and baby shoes

I ordered some stuff from wish by accident asked to cancel before shipping and refund money Which they never did ignored me and just shipped it anyway So rude lost my money hard to contact them
I did go into the site that says refunds and filled in but nothing to acknowledge that I had asked to cancel before shipping the amount was $78 And for stuff I don't even want why could they not cancel the orders that Zi asked feel ripped off and it's very unprofessional
