If you read carefully the sites can be wonderful!
If you read carefully the sites can be wonderful! I've had a issue or 2 with them but the costumer service always got me taken care of.
Like so many of the reviews I just read, I ordered in April
Like so many of the reviews I just read, I ordered in April. It is now June 9th ! Still no order. No way to contact them to cancel! No person to ask. Rip off! Never use this company.
I am a Police Officer and I advise anyone not to order from this website
I am a Police Officer and I advise anyone not to order from this website. I got screwed over for 11.09 and they only refunded me a partial 2.49. With the other item I ordered, their website would not even allow me to download a pic for the refund process. They charge an exorbitant amount for shipping. Then I received the items and they were NOTHING as advertised in the website pictures. These items came from China and as the saying goes, if its too good to be true, it probably is. China is ripping the U.S. off! The government should shut down this website !
Wish essentially stole my money
Wish essentially stole my money. On Decenber 6th 2021 I placesd an order for 1 pair of sneakers which cost $18. When I saw the order I placed Wish placed an order for 5 sneakers at a total billing of $216 which included shipping. To add insult to injury I never reciever the single *** of smeskers and all 5 pairs were sent to the wrong address. I've contacted Wish customer support at least 7 times and I get the same answers. 1. We're sorry it happened. 2. We'll look into it. 3. We can't do anything until the delivery is verified.4. We recieved verification of 1 delivery. 5. We'll refund you $18 (which I haven't recieved after waiting at least 1 month. I will never do business with Wish again due to my negative exoeriences
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
I honestly do not even know how Wish.com is allowed to even still be operating dispite the thousands of complaints, negative reviews in which about 98% are unresolved. Personally in my situation they made an unauthoriszed purchase in the sum of 900$, I notified them the next day as the unauthorised purchase was made the day before when I wasn't even online that day... I tried cancelling the order through the app and it's just a computer AI system that literally takes you in circles and it told me that my items were all ready shipped so I could not get a refund but when I checked the orders they are still processing... I tried to email them and I'm sure it's just few ppl whom change their names every email whom direct you back too the support agent through the app whom is the AI computer system. Its is almost impossible to communciate with a actual person and when you do they copy paste thier policy and it's an endless cycle geared to take you anywhere but anywhere that leads to an explanation of thier illegal activities, no solution, no refunds. When I received some of the items which lots of items were never received even when it's app says they were delivered (more scamming to ensure you get no refund) the phones for example were global versions so they apparently can be used which Canada's networks which they did but these phones looked good and that's it they are such poor quality don't function properly at all, not even worth using as a spare phone they function so bad. The belong in the garbage. All the items were extremely poor quality, knock offs and pure trash. I'm still fighting to get my money back for the purcjase I never made. Which I think they now they are trying to block me staying abuse of thier refund program. WHAT REFUND? They have many ways to scam thier customer and as you see from the complaints not in is ever being resolved. The company got a big investment and used it to mass advertise which has been the main source for sucking us poor innocent ppl in too thier website. The products and prices look amazing just that is extremely inviting... They don't let you communicate with the store owners either and don't care where they source thier scam products from they just want your $$ and every dollar counts. Even if you do revive some decent cheap knick knacks, your card info is not safe and not secure. PLEASE DO NOT purchase a thing from WISH.com this should not happen to anyone and I truly don't understand how with so many complaints and so much illegal fraud this company is still up and running and gaining innocent victims everyday! If anyone could help with knowledge of how we did get this scam company banished from being able to sell thier scams on the internet to the masses despite thier largely documented illegal fraud practices and scamming of businesses (where they get the products from, which I seen from research the scam that side too) and scamming of consumers on such a large scale to stop please help any advice would be greatly appreciated. With all this proof and all these ppl speaking against them there has too be a way to stop them. Thank You
Victoria
Beware of Wish: A Scam Website That Takes Your Money and Never Delivers the Product
I recently had a terrible experience with the Wish website. I usually read reviews before making any purchases online, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was in a hurry to buy toilet paper for my office. I saw that Wish was selling 1 box of 48 rolls for $29, plus $9 for shipping, which seemed like a good deal. So, I placed an order for 3 boxes on April 11, with an expected delivery date of April 25.
The next day, I received an email from Wish with a tracking number from UPS, which showed that the order had been shipped from Robert Pollard in Kentucky to Florida, with an ETA of April 25. However, just three days later, on April 15, I received another email from Wish stating that the order had been delivered to our Tampa office. This was strange, as it was impossible for the order to have been shipped on a Sunday and delivered just three days later.
When I checked the UPS website with the tracking number provided by Wish, I requested a Proof of Delivery (POD), which showed that the weight of the package was only 1.2 lbs. This was a red flag, as each box of toilet paper weighed 19 lbs, and I had ordered 3 boxes. Furthermore, the POD stated that the package had been left at a "Locker," which we did not have in our office. Even if we did have a locker, it would not have been able to fit 3 boxes of toilet paper.
I realized that I had been scammed by the Wish website. I contacted UPS, who told me to open a claim for "damaged" products, as all the products were missing. UPS confirmed that it was impossible for them to have delivered 3 boxes with a weight of 1.2 lbs. and into any locker. They also told me that the account that originated the tracking number was an Amazon account, not a Wish account.
I contacted Wish multiple times, but they refused to acknowledge that the POD was fake or that the weight of the package was incorrect. They simply stated that I had placed an order, and the order had been delivered, end of story.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering purchasing from the Wish website to be very careful. They use clever tools to make it look like they have shipped the goods with a tracking number, but in reality, you will never receive the product. They also use fake UPS tracking numbers using "Amazon" accounts. Don't fall for their tricks - Wish is a scam website that takes your money and never delivers the product.
Cautionary Tale: My Frustrating Experience with Wish's Poor Customer Service
I recently had a bad experience with Wish and their customer service. I purchased a purple tablet PC, but it wouldn't let me use the keyboard and eventually stopped turning on altogether. I contacted Wish customer support and received computer-generated responses from Elmer and Aljun, stating that they had contacted the store and were waiting for a response. After 48 hours passed, I followed up with them, but still didn't receive a satisfactory answer.
I was frustrated that Wish didn't seem to care about my issue and was simply relying on computer-generated responses. I reminded them that they were the company that took my payment and supplied the goods, so my contract was with them. The item they supplied was not fit for the purpose they sold it for, and I couldn't see why they couldn't deal with my complaint. I gave them a short period of time to resolve the issue professionally, or I would turn to social media to post my concerns about their poor customer service.
Finally, after several messages back and forth, Mary Ann from Wish customer support offered me a refund for the item. However, I had to provide a clear photo of the whole item outside of packaging, and I had to reply before a certain date or they wouldn't be able to issue me a refund.
I accepted the refund, but it took several more days before I received it. I was frustrated that it took so long to resolve my issue and that I had to keep following up with them to get a response. It seemed like they didn't care about their customers and were simply relying on computer-generated responses.
Overall, I would caution anyone against using Wish unless they don't mind potentially losing their money. Their customer service is lacking, and they don't seem to care about their customers' issues.
Wish Review: A Mixed Bag of Deals and Garbage with Outrageous Shipping Costs
I gotta say, Wish is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, they've got some pretty sweet deals on their site. But on the other hand, a lot of the stuff they sell is straight-up garbage. And don't even get me started on the shipping costs - they're outrageous!
I recently bought a set of earbuds from Wish, thinking I was getting a great deal on a high-end brand. Boy, was I wrong. These things were total fakes, and not even good ones at that. The packaging was all wrong, and the sound quality was terrible. I've bought $10 earbuds that sound better than these!
And that's not even the worst part. The shipping cost me almost as much as the earbuds themselves! I mean, come on. Who charges that much for shipping? It's ridiculous.
But here's the thing - I'm not even mad. I knew what I was getting into when I ordered from Wish. I knew there was a chance the product would be fake or low-quality, and I knew the shipping would be expensive. But I took the risk anyway, because sometimes you can find a real gem on that site.
And honestly, I think that's what Wish is banking on. They know that most people won't bother to return a $10 product, even if it's a total ripoff. They know that people are willing to take a chance on a cheap product, even if it means paying an arm and a leg for shipping. And they know that they can make a killing off of those people.
It's a bit of a shady business model, if you ask me. But hey, it seems to be working for them. And I have to admit, I've found some pretty cool stuff on Wish over the years. So I guess it's a trade-off.
All that being said, I do wish (no pun intended) that Wish would crack down on the counterfeit products a bit more. It's one thing to sell low-quality items, but it's another thing entirely to sell fake products that could potentially harm someone. And the fact that they charge so much for shipping just adds insult to injury.
So, in conclusion, I'd say that Wish is worth checking out if you're willing to take a risk. Just be prepared to potentially get ripped off, and don't expect the shipping to be cheap. And if you do end up getting a fake product, don't bother trying to return it - it's not worth the hassle.
Wish.com Review: Frustrating Interface, Misleading Listings, and Useless Support
I was really excited to try out Wish.com as an alternative to AliExpress, but unfortunately my experience was pretty terrible. I hope someone from their development team reads this review, because there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed.
First of all, the shopping interface is really frustrating. There's no way to filter products by category, so if you're looking for something specific you'll just get buried in tons of irrelevant results. And once you've placed an order, the interface for managing your orders is even worse. There's no way to search or filter, so if you have a lot of orders it's a nightmare to try and find anything.
Another big problem is that there's no way to order by price. You have to wade through dozens of sellers to find the best price, which is a huge waste of time. And even when you do find a seller with a good price, it's hard to know if they're actually the best option because of the way shipping costs are displayed. Many sellers will display a low price and then jack up the shipping costs to compensate, which is really frustrating.
The Wish support bot is also pretty useless. It can only deal with a few orders at a time, so if you have a lot of orders you're out of luck. And if you do run into a problem, the support site is way too rigid to be useful. I received a defective item and couldn't find any help whatsoever on the site. There's literally no guidance on how to contact Wish to resolve the issue.
And even if you do manage to get in touch with support, there's no live support available. You can only email them and wait a few days for a response, which is really frustrating if you need help quickly.
Another big issue is that many of the seller's listings are misleading. They'll list an item for a low price, but when you go to buy it you'll find that it's only available in a really small size or an ugly color. And even when the item is available in your size and color, there's no guarantee that it will actually fit because the sellers don't provide any size information. This is a huge problem, because it's just not worth the risk to order something if you don't know if it will fit.
Overall, I found Wish.com to be too hard to use as a viable shopping tool. There are too many issues with the interface, the support, and the seller's listings. I won't be using this site again.
Beware of Wish.com: Poor Service, Confusing Refund Policies, and Long Delays
I recently purchased two UVA wands from wish.com on April 10. The items were supposed to be delivered on April 22 and between April 27 and May 19, but unfortunately, they never arrived. I was quite disappointed with this experience.
On May 2, they reimbursed the shipping cost for the first article, which was $15. They also told me to contact them back between May 24 and June 8 to get a full refund. However, they changed the delivery date for the second article to June 22, 2020, without notifying me or giving me the option to cancel. This is a clear violation of FTC rules for ecommerce.
Since May 24, I have been trying to get refunded for both articles, but I have been unable to do so. There is no option on the virtual assistant, and support via email only refers me back to the virtual assistant to get a refund. However, the instructions provided do not work, and there are no refund options available.
To make matters worse, they lie about providing a full refund when they have only refunded the shipping cost. They also claim that it is past the deadline for their refund policy when it is not. They are simply running the clock to avoid giving me a refund. As of June 8, 2020, I have still not received a refund.
I must warn others to beware of wish.com. While their prices may be cheap, their service is not impressive. Most of their items seem to come from China, which explains the long delays in receiving anything. With COVID-19, the situation has only gotten worse. Most items simply do not arrive since mid-March 2020.
In March and April 2020, wish.com was helpful in refunding shipping costs and items that did not arrive. However, it has become impossible to speak with a human (chat or phone), and a virtual assistant is the only way to contact support. This is a clear indication that they have forgotten about customer service.
Their refund policies are also quite confusing. They claim that refunds can only be obtained through the virtual assistant, but this option does not exist. They also change the committed delivery date and suggest that refunds can only be requested two weeks after the committed date. Sometimes, this date is past the three-month mark, and they try to assert it to refuse a refund.
If you manage to contact support, they will waste your time by asking you what item is missing (if more than one), telling you about the refund policy limit, and asking you to wait. They may also tell you that you are past the policy when you are not and follow their explicit dates to request a refund. However, they will not actually give you a refund.
In addition, items ordered in March or early April are scheduled for delivery at the end of June. The dates are actually changing, which is quite frustrating.
In conclusion, I would advise everyone to avoid or boycott wish.com. It is not worth the hassle and the scam they are setting more and more overtly. They will try to scam you, or at least, they will not provide you with the service you deserve. If you do decide to order from them, use credit cards, keep copies of all receipts, committed dates, and communications with the virtual assistant, and be ready to dispute with your credit card company. You will need to dispute, I promise. Wish.com is now a scammer, and they should be put out of business.
Disappointing Experience with Wish.com: Vague Refund Policy and Poor Customer Support
I'm not the best writer, so please bear with me. I recently had an experience with Wish.com that I wanted to share. I ordered a tablet from a seller in the U.S. for $335.10, including shipping. The tablet was supposed to have an 8 inch screen, 12gb rom, and 640gb ram. However, when the tablet arrived, it was not what I ordered. I contacted Wish.com's customer support and was told that I could request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
However, when I tried to get a refund, I was told that Wish.com would not refund my money because the tablet had been delivered to the wrong address. I was shocked and frustrated. I had never had this happen before, and I didn't know what to do.
I contacted UPS customer service and was told that the tablet had been delivered to an address in Fremont, California, which is 550 miles from where I live. The name on the package was addressed to a well-known hi-tech corporation, not to me specifically. I was not able to get any more information from UPS due to safety and security reasons.
I contacted Wish.com's customer support again, and they told me to verify the shipping address, ask my neighbors if they received the package, and search around the delivery location. I did all of these things, but I still couldn't find the tablet.
I sent several emails to Wish.com's customer support, but all of the replies were exactly the same. I started to think that they were computer-generated and not actually written by real people.
I was frustrated and angry, and I felt like I had been scammed. Wish.com's refund policy is very vague, and it doesn't say anything about what happens if an order is delivered to the wrong address. I felt like I had no recourse.
In the end, I submitted a claim to Wells Fargo Bank, which I used to make the purchase. My claim is still pending, and I don't know if I will get my money back.
Overall, I would not recommend using Wish.com. Their refund policy is vague, and they do not offer good customer support. If you have a problem with your order, you may not be able to get a refund.
Wish.com Review: Great Site for Cheap Chinese Products, But Watch Out for Shipping Costs and Tricky Promos
Wish.com is a great website that has been set up really well. They have thought of everything and have done a great job at it. They are relatively new and are competing with big companies like Alibaba, which is also Chinese. Every product they sell is Chinese, which means that they are cheap. However, keep in mind that they are individual sellers, so every item has its own shipping cost attached. Multiple buys from one company are not taken into account, so watch every item for its total price, not just the price first and shipping later.
Their search works, but don't be too specific. There are so many sellers that for any item, there will be a long list. Pick and choose, but make a list of your own so you can find your way back to your items of interest while you are still shopping/comparing. They are tricky, so make your own list! If you do line up a buy and then not complete it, that item disappears! You can no longer find it on the list you were just scrolling through, in search, or anywhere. You will find others just like it, but from different sellers, and not that one. Worse, from then on, every one you do find will be higher priced! This is not a mistake. I tried this over and over to be sure.
They run promos from 10% to 50%, and you won't know how much until you click one. Some will appear randomly on your accounts page, and the best ones do say what they're worth. There is even a promos button there. All the more reason not to need their app, or let them send to your phone & email. They are at your fingertips anyway. The rest pop up randomly while you're shopping. Especially just after you've visited your cart! Which means you used up that chance to use one. But, fair warning: promo discounts are only good twice! This means on two items only, not the entire list, and you won't find this out until you try to use your promo a third time and get their "Oops!" flag. Except now you do know! Make your own list! Use your promos only on the high dollar items! Then you won't be tricked into using them up.
Personally, I'm shopping Wish without the app. I don't like to have apps such as these when simply going to the site via search is just as good. For that single convenience of a button on your home page, you are connected to them 24-7, which costs you data minutes, uses storage and ram. You are paying for them to send you endless ads and promos to your phone, with alerts! That can easily be confined to your email instead. Two clicks instead of one to save all that.
Without their app, my experience with Wish has been about 90% positive. Even the one refund was good, as I learned that their cozen blurb, "We Have Your Back!" is true. They sent me my refund for a wrong item shipped, on my word with only pix of the wrapper and product, the next day! You can't say that for many companies. On top of that, I not only get to keep the wrong product, but their inner-communications actually work. I used their robo form, Wish Assistant, and the next day when customer service got back to me, they already knew everything, and the refund was done! I've never dealt with any site where this was so.
I like them! Five stars for Wish.com.
Hit or Miss: My Experience with WISH Shopping for Star Trek Items
I heard from a buddy that WISH has some Star Trek items that are not available in the US and are quite cheap. I decided to check it out. I was a bit skeptical, due to another friend telling me that her experience with WISH was not so good---items very cheaply made and they take forever to get here to the US. But I wanted some Star Trek stuff and decided to try it and see for myself.
The first time, I ordered mostly Star Trek trinkets and jewelry---pins, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, keychains and the like---Nothing expensive. Some things came in a few weeks, other things took over a month to arrive. The products were acceptable.
The one problem I had was that I ordered 5 of the same charms necklace, and the seller only shipped 1 to me. After waiting weeks longer to see if the others would come, I contacted WISH support to tell them I got only 1 of the 5. They issued me a refund, so I was cool with it.
However, I wanted more of those charms for a project. I never found them elsewhere, So I went back to WISH to see if I could get more. I found bracelets with the same charms, for less cost each. So this time I ordered 10 bracelets. I also found a few different Star Trek necklaces I liked and ordered those too. Some came quite quickly, others took much longer.
Everything in my order showed as "Processed", so I kept checking tracking numbers for what had not yet arrived, and I noticed that the estimated arrival dates keep being moved out further and further. Excuses given included delays due to availability, weather, and the shipping service used. In particular, I still hadn't gotten the charms I ordered, and it appears that the package never even left China! NOTE: There is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE SELLER DIRECTLY!
I contacted WISH support, and they gave me two options: 1) cancel the order for a refund, or 2) continue waiting. I WANTED THE CHARMS, so I opted to wait. This happened twice.
Last night, I checked the tracking again... the charms still hadn't left China. I contacted WISH support. This time, they said it was too late for a refund! I was shocked! They kept telling me that "sometimes shipping just takes longer". Now my patient waiting cost me getting a refund... for items I paid for but never received! WTH!
They did offer me "WISH CASH" instead. I took it, as the only option left. Then I went back on WISH to look for the bracelet charms. Of course, THEY ARE STILL AVAILABLE! But at a HIGHER PRICE! Of course! I ordered more, using the WISH cash, and paying the difference. I know, i know... WHY would I do that? Because I want those charms! And I never found them elsewhere.
A friend wanted one of the necklaces I had gotten, so I a few weeks ago, I ordered another one of those... and it came quickly. My kids wanted some little PVC figures (Mario, Pokemon) and some Madoka Magica necklaces---again, hard to find elsewhere unless you are willing to pay a lot more money. I have received some of what I ordered, and i'm still waiting for other items.
All this is to say... WISH can be hit or miss. I guess it's okay if you are looking for inexpensive trinket items, and you are willing to wait weeks for shipping. However, I would NOT risk buying a high-priced item from them.
I still keep a written list of exactly what I ordered on what date... then when I receive my packages, I cross-check the tracking numbers and check on my list what I've gotten and what I haven't. That is how I know what I did NOT receive---especially if I ordered a second item of something I previously ordered. I cannot read the Chinese addresses on the labels, none of the packages have ever had a packing slip, and the declaration on the label may just say "necklace" but I don't know which one. This is when TRACKING NUMBERS are so important to determine what came and what hasn't come.
Several other things I find annoying about WISH...
BROWSING: The search engine pulls up all kinds of stuff that is NOT what you searched for, and you have to scroll through it all to try to find what you want. There is no way to filter search results, to make it easier to look at just what you want. Also, after you click on an item to look at it more closely, when you click back to browsing, you land at that Top of the search results, and you have to scroll, scroll, scroll until you find where you left off. PITA if you ask me.
SPECIAL PRICES: Many times, when you click on an item, you will be offered a somewhat lower price if you place your order in the next hour. However, if you are searching through numerous items, and possibly purchasing a bunch of stuff, that hour is likely to go by before you are finished deciding what to buy... and you lose out on the lower price. That sucks.
COUPONS: There are great coupon codes for first-time WISH users. But after you've placed that first order, it is very hard to find coupon codes for future orders. A google search may pull up various coupons; however, they are rarely valid coupons for one reason or another. And when you do find a valid coupon code, you are lucky to get a mere 5% off your order.
SHIPPING: Shipping can get expensive fast! I have found that with the small items shipping often costs MORE than the total of your purchases. And those items that are "FREE, just pay shipping"... the shipping is usually higher on them than on the same item that is not free (from another seller). Compare carefully. ALSO, Wish does NOT offer coupon codes for Free Shipping, at least none that I have ever found. And the coupon codes that knock a little off your purchase price do not take anything off your shipping cost. Of course!:(
All in all, I can only give WISH a 3-star rating. Even that may be too generous.
I am happy with the trinket items that I did receive. I know the jewelry is not expensive, but I didn't get most of it to wear---it got them for my Star Trek collection. The few items I've worn are the quality I expect for costume jewelry.
At the same time, I am quite upset about the deal with the charm bracelets I ordered. I wanted those more than the rest of what I got... and they NEVER SENT THEM. After being told by WISH to wait a few weeks because sometimes shipping takes longer... then I find out that "waiting a few more weeks" put me past the deadline for a refund! WTF! That is UNACCEPTABLE! That made me really mad! And there is no way to contact the seller to find out what happened.
My advice: JUST BE CAREFUL using WISH. You may end up a happy customer. Or you may end up very disappointed!
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Wish: Delayed Delivery and Lack of Communication
I recently made a purchase on Wish for a leather refurbishing cream back in September. However, it is now the end of November and I have yet to receive my item. I reached out to their customer support team and they kept asking for the same order details, even though I had already provided them with screenshots of the confirmation. It was frustrating to go around in circles with them until they stopped replying altogether.
I even had to threaten to expose them as cheats before they finally took any action. It was a hellish experience dealing with this company, and I have all the emails to prove it. They just didn't seem to understand my predicament and kept asking for more information, even though I had already provided everything they needed.
I understand that sometimes things can go wrong with orders, but the lack of communication and support from Wish was unacceptable. I just wanted a refund at that point, but even that was a hassle to get. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it was a frustrating experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
Wish Complaints 4310
Why am I being stopped from ordering from Wish? I was a loyal customer.
I have ordered from Wish many times in 5 years with no major issues. I loved shopping with Wish. Now they are saying they need a photo ID. What? I just do not understand why this is happening. I tried to place a order, paid like I normally do, then they credited my credit card back, which I appreciate. I do not understand what the problem is and why they think they need to authorize a loyal customer.
Desired outcome: I would like to order from Wish again without all these requests about my identity. I have purchased so much in the past from Wish.
Credit card abuse on wish.com
Past two days someone abuse my credit card and made purchase 4-times on wish.com (all the purchase amounts around 17€).
So I would like to reject those transactions - get refund for it!
Wish.com has all data about accounts so they can check for sure who is person, which made those transactions with stolen card data.
Thank you for help,

Wrong pick-up point
on 3/12/2022 I ordered several items on the WISH website as I had done many times before. As I had moved to a new address I used the WISH app on my iPad to find my nearest pick-up point. Having done so I then confirmed my purchase and paid. In the confirmation e-mail I noted that the WISH app had suggested that my nearest pick-up point to my home was over 600km in Scotland while I was in Eastbourne.
I contacted WISH numerous times to tell them about the mistake that their app had made in selecting my pick-up point but they did nothing to cancel or redirect my order. When trying to contact customer services I felt I was just dealing with Bots since no one seemed to be able to understand and deal with the issue.
I will now face having to forfit some of the cost of the refund because I didnt collect my order from the pick-up point
Desired outcome: I would like WISH to apologise and to sort out its customer services, to fully refund the cost of my order, to fix their app so that there is a way of confirming the address of the pick-up location
My account not letting me buy anything
Hi there my name is Katelyn and I have been a wish customer for over a year now and I have not had a major problem with the app but now I don't seem to understand that before I was allowed to buy stuff off this app but suddenly it tells me I need my photo identification and when I take a picture to send it says oops something went wrong and never lets me send it.
Desired outcome: I hope I am able to get back on wish to keep buying stuff
Fraud
I originally ordered 40 dollars of decorations (fake hanging wistera plant ) I got a bunch of stems with hardly any leaves or flowers I submitted pictures to them and they gave me credit. I tried to use my credit to order jeans and to save on shipping I selected store pickup. When I got an email it was ready for pickup I go to the address and called and found out that location was closed and had been closed before I placed my order. I got a refund and reordered the jeans and they sent me 50cent earrings and now have blocked/suspended my account for fraud and won’t return my 41.98
Desired outcome: Money back
Scammers and does not know how to communicate
My family and I have 4 accounts and we all live together and honestly, only 1 account ordered a lot. However, the products arrived in an empty bag or damaged so I asked for a refund... Since that has been happening a lot, they flagged my account for 'suspicious activities', but it's not even my fault. I offered to return the products, but they told me that they don't offer returns in my country... So wrong stuff keep arriving, I ask for a refund and boom, over night my account got blocked and then I checked my family's account and they blocked all 4 accounts, because we have same ip address.
I handed in my id a month ago and no response. Every dm on social media get's ignored and via email they give me a 'macro' responds. All I am asking is, can you unblock it today or not, I want to prepare for christmas, even if the answer is 'no', but just let me know, but they decide to ignore me, per ususal...
I have 15 wish cash left, but I have over 20 orders in transit that didn't arrive, so in total that is 100 wish cash in 1 account,...
Fcking losers, don't even know how to communicate and now they stole my money
Desired outcome: Open my account, let me use my remaining wish cash and then block it, I dont order afterwards anymore
An online shopping site
This started two weeks ago. I was attempting to use their various coupons/promos for free shipping on my order. Every attempt I made to apply a code was either: code invalid, cannot apply code, and coupon/code has expired! The dates for expiration are on the form to copy the code to my account; they were all valid until dates in early December. I contacted their customer service department repeatedly, and they sent a link stating the rules of prices and purchases. That was not the link needed. It did not contain any viable information for my problem. Today, I found the free shipping policies, and the codes. The policy stated all codes were valid and CHOOSE one for your purchase. After 4 different coupon attempts, I was still unsuccessful. I downloaded their app, and requested credit card number for verification; no charges for app or install. I hit the "Finnish" button and the next window asked about saving card information. I hit no, and the next screen then stated my information was invalid, try again, so I did. A pop-up stated use valid information! I hit cancel, and left the site; after clearing the card info. Then I receive a phone call from my bank asking if I had made a $39.99 and a $2.99 charge tonight? My answer is no, and I explain the situation, the bank is handling that. They sent a website address; CNCTWE.com. I never heard of it, let alone bought anything. So I have been lied to, and attempted to steal from me.
Desired outcome: I believe Wish should send me everything on my order form from my account with them at gmail.com. Complimentary! This company lied and cheated me out of legit discounts, and then made my card accessible for theft!

E-bike not delivered
My husband ordered an E-bike on 8/23/22, paid for it and rec'd email confirmation and USPS tracking number. Tracking shows order delivered to our PO Box on 9/1/22.
What we picked up was an envelope with 2 rings, an eyebrow pencil and some unrecognizable broken plastic, not a bike.
The post office has confirmed that what they rec'd from WISH, with that specific tracking number weighed only 2 ounces! Obviously a bike was not shipped!
My husband and I have contacted WISH multiple times for a refund, they've stated, multiple times, that since the tracking shows the order delivered, there is no refund.
I called their 800 number, recording states they have "no phone support" and refers caller back to their email.
I also sent a message on the WISH Facebook page, no reply.
Desired outcome: Refund amount paid for E-bike.
Payment issue
Hello
so it has been a year since wish has blocked/locked my account from being used to purchase stuff. I have emailed them my ID sent it threw the app, I have sent them messages on Instagram, Twitter, ext. On Instagram the only thing they say to me is that they cannot assist me. their email ghosted me even tho I sent my photo ID, and me holding it. there Twitter said the same thing as in Instagram. still nothing, I have sent them my ID tho, they are holding 220$ of wish cash from me spending. I even tried to enter my PayPal, they have blocked my PayPal email from their system. But 1 day after the ban they sent me this image (below)
Desired outcome: nothing.
Shipping
First of all its super hard to get with online chat its not easy to find period. I did get in contact with them to ship items back that were way too small even using the size chart. I was sent a shipping label for both items, and I asked if iI had to pay return shipping, because there is a location thats states you do. Well, I was told being is the U.S I didn't have too. Well guess what, took to the post office, and they stated the shipping lables are worthless. I still have to pay shipping which came to 39.40 for both items. I should have just kept a pair of the pants and gave them away because I basically paid for them twice. I am furious and did report this company to BBB. Yaw need to be shut down, period. This is coming from someone who hardly ever leaves posts, so I hope everyone learns from this, if not now, one day you will.
Desired outcome: shipping cost refunded.
Coin Albums
I ordered 2 coin albums for my euro coin collections which looked big in the advertisement, but you have sent me a small tiny book of 15 cm and the coin compartment is too small to put in the 2 euros.
Kindly send me the return postage so that i can send it back to you and you can either send me then albums that are big enough to accommodate 2 euro coins or send me my money back to my credit card.
Thankyou
Baldwin

Green mask stick green tea mud mask oil control eggplant vitamin c acne clearing mask charcoal cleansing mask blackhead fine pores mask. 4 items.
Wish (your co.) keeps sending me the wrong products. The service delivered earrings when I ordered 4 2021 newest green mask stick green tea mud mask oil control eggplant vitamin c acne clearing solid mask charcoal cleansing mask blackhead fine pores mask. Wish.com has done this to me several times. It asks that I go through this process to get my order right when I did nothing wrong... But give you my money and trust you. It's time consuming. Exhausted by this process I am willing to spread the word about my frustrating experience ordering from this company. I'm about to complain about this on my podcast. Wish.com is a great argument for paying a little more for better service. Guess i'm back to amazon. Wish.com has very bad service and response time!
P.S.
How do you get facial mask and earrings mixed up?! (fiwu!) please explain.
Desired outcome: I would love to finally get the products I ordered, (I assume this is a problem with WISH not the companies they distribute for) so I can cut ties with this company and warn all my friends not order from WISH.com
This is the 5th time Wish has sent the wrong items to me. The refund process only allows you to go item by item. Wich is time consuming for mistakes the company made not you. I have to ask item by item to get my money back rather than just request a refund for the full order. They have consistently sent me the wrong products and pushed arrival dates. When you add the shipping fees, I don't think you even save money over the domestic companies. I'm done.
Fraudulent charges on Wish
Wish fraudulently charged my debit card this past week. I have NEVER purchased anything from Wish and the only thing I've don't differently is re-access my Facebook account in the last week. You cannot reach ANYONE at Wish.com and cannot get help with the fraud charges. I am at the point that I refuse to ever have a debit card again and plan to tell everyone I can reach about the Wish.com fraud.
Desired outcome: Reverse the $14.95 charge against my debit card and NEVER charge my account for ANYTHING - EVER - I don't purchase from Wish!!!

Desired outcome: Would like my items I paid for
Several complaints: Orders paid for but never arrived; orders charged to me I never ordered...
Dear WISH:
1. There have been about 20 items I paid for that I paid for, but they never arrived despite Wish site stating they arrived. I can't call and talk to anyone about this, so how do I either get my orders or get a refund?
2. On several occasions I paid for one item, but was charged for 2 or 3 of the same item--only receiving the one. I want my money back. How do I get it back?
3. Also on several ocassions, I was charged for items I neither ordered nor received. And again, I want my money back. How do I get my money back?
3. I believe Wish and PayPal are in cohoots together. Somehow a PayPal account was created on my iPhoine and nearly $800 of merchandise was ordered. I never received anything and the bank won't reimburse me. I can't get PayPal to help me out with this either.
All together, I am out about a couple of thousand dollars over the year or so that I was using Wish. I am disabled and on a very fixed and limited income and I really need my monery back, PLEASE HELP ME.
