Unauthorized credit card charges
Hi my name is Mary Monday, on the 29th of October 2021 6:20 AM, someone used my debit card to purchase an item from wish worth $29 and i received the debit alert on my phone, prior to now i had misplaced my debit card, please i would like to know the delivery address of the item as this will enable me identify who the person is, and also if the order can be cancelled. Yes I have been having a problem getting into my account everytime I try It says payment issue ive submitted a photo id at least 7 times I have also tried adding a nrw payment and its telling me there is a payment issue ive tried resolving this through customer service and have had no support represrntives even atyempt to contact me bavk or resolve this issue or tell me what I neef to do to resolve this im hoping this issue can be resolved so I can get back to my wish order please and thank you

Internet fraud...
I have tried to get this resolved, I ordered a computer chair. It was delivered but not to my address, I have the print out from the local post office proving this but you still deny the claim. All I want is a refund now. I have sent you more than three times the print out information. I am now looking into fraud charges against the company. Also here is the print out. I live at 299 McKown Dr not Antioch Lane. The order from Wish.com is on the attachment. The order was delivered on the 29th of September .

Unethical behaviors
Item not received. Tracking number given to customer is not listed, and Canada Post unable to find any such tracking number. The advertised 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if not delivery after 30 days was not honored. There has nothing been delivered to my address. I have been ordering from wish for a few years now, first time for every-thing. I have contacted wish and provided all details of the transaction as well as a copy of the receipt and tracking number I was given. I am waiting for their response as they cannot find the order that was paid for via pay pal.

Wish.com refuses to give me my money back when they never sent me my stuff I purchased it every time the payment went through the phone screen timed out on their end therefore it never gave me a order confirmation number I explained this to them they said that they can see what it was when it was and how much it was for but they needed proof on my end with an order number without the order number they couldn't give me anything then another agent told me that if I sent in proof of my bank card and a copy of my driver's license that they could refund me my money well then I got another reply back telling me that they needed to order number again all the way up until the refund date was expired and they said that now they can't do anything because the date or it is no longer available because it's been over their time frame after giving me the runaround because you can only talk to an online agent through text and they reply back within 1 to 3 days for every message that you send I need my money back or I need my stuff they have ripped me off they stole my money.
Desired outcome: Money back or items I purchased.
A scam happening to me, other's beware.
I purchased a graphics card for my PC off wish.com and the sell didn't end up going through, the money was withdrew from my account and wish told me the product was not available any longer and the money was refunded.
I thought I'd learned my lesson with dealing at all with chinese webstores and logged out of wish and moved on, well a few weeks later I ended up with a the amount of the graphics card withdrew from my bank account again and found out it was wish.com trying to do the deal again with the same seller and what do you know, they end up doing the refund again, so I went to wish.com and made sure to cancel all with that seller and logged out.
A few months has went by and I end up having two unauthorized withdrawals from my account, one for $118.75 and it showed Target.com and the second one was $140.13 and it showed it was from Lowes.com, one of them had a phone number attached to it and I called it, not to my surprise the number wasn't a working number, but my phone told me it was a number from South Africa, the coincidence is that the seller from wish.com had his information and I seen they was also from South Africa.
I do not believe in coincidences like this, so there's definitely people who are taking bank account info and accessing accounts through a different way and not using wish.com, be vary cautious folk's of any chines webstore.
Desired outcome: The money being returned would be nice and for online store's like wish.com to better vet their seller's.

Hidden fees is a scam.
Before while ago there was not an hiding fees. But since they are getting popular.. they are playing games... I don't buy stuffs from them anymore... plus if you more than one items from the same vendor... they charge you shipping fee for each one separate... what the heck is that?

Parcel has never arrived at the post office. I have never received it in a year.
I have an order that it's been a year and it still hasn't arrived. I am charged for it but never received it. It has never been delivered. I can't talk or communicate with anything on the site cause the assistant keeps coming up with it's too late to refund and ends the conversation. Can't find anyone to contact about never receiving my parcel.

Badly scratched item when it arrived
An item arrived scratched because the seller did not cover the top with protective material for shipping. I took a picture attached and advised Wish.com of the issue. There have been so many messages to Wish and the seller but nothing has been done. Wish don't seem to want to take responsibility. I believe they have a full refund policy or they ignore it. In this case, a partial refund would be reasonable but this isn't something that Wish seems capable of. The seller continues to send the same message, "thank you for your patience and understanding", which is ridiculous.

I ordered 5 EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 XC3 ULTRA GAMING 24GB from SpiritXGamer on September 14. Wish tracking claims that it was delivered on September 20. I checked with the USPS and they confirmed that the tracking information was not associated with my name or address. This means that SpiritXGamer somehow used a fraudulent tracking number to claim that they sent my package.
Wish is not directly refusing to give me a refund, but continues to tell me that the package has been delivered and I should check with neighbors for it.
This is completely ridiculous and their "100% money back guarantee" means absolutely nothing.

Why has my account been blocked for over 2 weeks now?!

For well over 2 weeks now, my Wish account has been blocked (with my money still gagged in there) for no just cause. Despite providing every of the details they have subsequently requested for in lieu to getting back my account thus countless number of email messages sent, photo Ids', and whatnot, nothing is still being done about it, I'm practically left in limbo, no response(s) from their mailing address- ([protected]@gmail, com) whatsoever, this is treacherous, absolutely abysmal, I mean, how can a company operate like this?! Water dental flosser made in china prooral
I ordered this more than a month a go and just received it.
Deliveries fro wish take very long.
ON to it was made in china which in itself is not a problem since I already bought directly from chinese without a problem. They advise you how long it will take. The merchant from Wish sent no instruction in english all in chinese
THere is a a wire with a plug and I tried using it to charge the water flosser alln ight it did not charge
It does not say how I can plug it to a wall plug in my bathroom, where a water floss normaly is suppossed to be.
Desired outcome: either they respond to my needs as indicated above so that I can have a decently working water dental floss or they need to reimburse meor they rimburse me
