Wish I have two accounts set up and need one deleted that is not active.

Some how I have set up two accounts in the past and now I am trying to delete one of them that is not active. I have Wish app set up on my phone but it wont let me down load Wish app on my tablet with out deleting the one that is not active. Please advise...I want to be able to print my orders from my tablet.

Wish can’t log in

Hello, I have been logged out of account and can't log back in. I have tried numerous times to reset password but the link to reset it s never sent to my email address even though it says it did. There is no way to get through to access my account. It is very frustrating. Please help me. How can I reset my password so that I can access my account again?

Wish returning information not available

Simple. Just need a returned address or shipping label. Its impossible to return incorrect items they're sending out. ridiculous customer service. No information on packaging, no invoice. Nothing available on sender of item. No advice or guidance to attain the shipping address. Very unprofessional . 30day time frame for refund to be reimbursed, yet outrageous delay on providing the appropriate information to complete the return. Cant believe this is normal practice. Terrible experience with wish, highly recommended not to ever use this site. Can someone please sort this issue, immediately

Wish complaint

Hi, my name is Roxanne Powel. I ordered a pair of shoes and a ring from Wish on 5/6/2019. the ring was delivered. However, the $14.00 shoes were not. I need help finding out where the shoes went to. Or wish can just credit the $14.00 back into my bank account. Please get back with me soon. Thank you.

Wish services

Hi, I was placing an order to pay for the items but my bank put an alert on the card before I can pay as advising me if the transaction is not legitimate. I called my bank and confirmed that I I was buying.Now I have placed an order on Wish that I want to buy those items and it has just been too difficult.I have provided my identification card and my 2 personal credit card details and still they are not satisfied.I have been gone through so much of a grief with Wish. I always do shopping on other websites but I have never been treated like this and never made me feel so low. I am now concerned as to what type of services are being provided by Wish.

Wish you won’t accept my debit visa bank card

I'm trying to place an order because you canceled all of the other orders where I used my husbands Charles Palmer ‘a card and now I'm trying to use my own card and you won't accept it. I have been shopping with Wish since 2014 and I have never had a problem before. I really need Birthday presents for my two daughters and they were canceled Unicorn pants 2. Cupcake pants 1. You also canceled the mother of the bride dress that I planned to wear for my younger daughters wedding. I am disabled so it is too hard for me to go out shopping. That's why I love Wish so much! Please help me! Thanks!

Wish too small

Hello,

I got the package LF899709761CN from No1208 Baise Road, wish store Xuhul, district Shangai China, today with the ordered pair of shoes, but the shoes are too small. I would like to return them and want a refund. I have not weared the shoes, just tried it on and they will be sent back in original package.

Wish strapless bras

I could not find on my e-mail address, gigi.[protected]@yahoo.com, my placed order of women's strapless bras (4 pcs.)color nude, white, black & pink, dated June 6, 2019! The supposed amount to be charged is only $6 for shipping, as they are free, but charged instead of $12 w 5% discount of $.60, so, the total is $11.40, w/c I could not changed there anymore on my order! Wish não consigo finalizar o pagamento

Manda uma mensagem disse que há algo de errado pedi pra eiu enviar uma foto quero compra o produto adiciono ao carrinho quando é pra fazer o pagamento não é aprovado aparece uma mensagem estranha por favor preciso que resolva essa situação quero compra muita coisa mas tá muito chato cheio de frescura, não consegui efetuar o pagamento nem por boleto.

Wish wish.com charges for bogus purchases

To whom it may concern,
I was just reviewing my bank statements and noticed several charges from your business! I have NEVER purchased anything on WISH.com. I've attached screen shots from my bank statement from what I could find to date. I am still investigating this with my bank.

Please refund all charges, regardless if I've attached proof here or not. This will escalate to involving business bureaus etc. if I do not receive word back and a full refund.

Wish my visa card not being accepted,

My visa card anz is not being accepted for payments,, the anz bank morrinsville holds my account & they say there is no reason why your card should be turned down, I have shopped regularly with wish.com in the past and would like to carry on shopping with wish but wish will not except my visa card, please reply and send me a new payment form to fill in with the same card, you can phone me on [protected] to discuss the matter more, please get back to me asap thank you

I have replied to complaints more than once and just get sillyletters sent back to try again, Please sort my account so as then I can carry on shopping as I do still try and not accepting, please get this sorted so I can then carry on shopping and then I can say thank you for clearing my issue, thank you, please stop sending letters back to me I do not want to waste my time & type all the same thing again

Tell me please why wish will not accept visa card under my partner name sni wilson from anz bank morrinsville. New zealand, it will never be in debt so why will it not be accepted. Please reply asap as we do like buying from wish, we use to but suddenly it always not accepted

Wish seiko 200 meter automatic dive watch

I just received my Seiko 200 meter automatic dive watch on 6/4/2019. As I was inspecting the watch it appears that the Bezel is broken. I purchased this watch so that I can snorkel underwater and if the bezel is broken it might cause water to enter the case. I have included a video to show you the broken bezel. The bezel is unable to rotate properly and is very loose on the watch. I do not have any confident in this product and would like to return it and receive a refund.

Hello I need to contact someone ASAP! Some has hacked into my wish account and I can no longer log in and they are requesting refunds etc and probably buying stuff but I can no longer login to check, please this is urgent as I don't know what to do and how to stop them using my payment card. Wish problème avec mon dernier paiement.

Ma dernière commande en date du 23 Mai, on me dit qu'il y a un problème avec mon paiement et après vérification avec mon institution bancaire je vois que le paiement est passé. On me rembourse et on me fait savoir que pour que je puisse commander de nouveau je dois leur envoyer une photo de mon permis de conduire, ce que je fais et on me demande une photo de l' arrière du permis et que sitôt que les photos seront reçues mon compte sera débloquer et que je pourrai faire à nouveau d'autres commandes. Donc après avoir envoyer les photos, on me demande un relevé bancaire avec la ligne de ma dernière commande, ce que j'ai fais. Je m'attendais à recevoir une réponse favorable entre 1 à 3 jours ouvrables, au lieu de cela j'ai reçue un e-mail me disant une fois de plus que les informations reçues ne permettait pas de débloquer mon compte et que maintenant ça me prenais une photo d'une pièce d'identité avec mon nom et ma photo. Je ne crois pas que de voir ma photo aie quoi que ce soit à voir avec mon compte et ma capacité à faire des achats en ligne. J' aimerais que vous puissiez m'aider car je ne veux pas être victime de cette compagnie. Je vous remercie et espère le tout à votre satisfaction.

Wish my order got refunded

I have placed an order for a projector. When I paid, it got refunded, hence I lost my 15 % discount at that time. Can I still purchase with the same deal as before? It was important to me, now there was a big difference in the amount when I purchase it again, or can I get that discount I lost when I failed to purchase that item so I can buy it again at same amount?.

Wish service and return of items..

Jack Bilberry, 704 Kentucky St, Graham, Tx 76450 placed order on May13, 2019 you deducted the amount of $31.19 from my bank account on 5-4-19...
Item #1 ordered...XA0220PZ41 _12_Grey, you sent wrong size ., ...
Item #2 ordered was Ladies Sport Slippers (FB_161_6_ Grey_41 which is a size 6 and the size ordered was a size 10...both pair of shoes are too small...
I want to return these shoes and you credit my bank account for $31.19..postage free..
I have been trying for a whole week trying to get this transaction corrected,
Please by an email to [protected]@gmail give me the instructions to get it corrected so I don't have to report to Facebook that your company is not taking car eof the customers that are placing orders through them.

Wish product never arrived

My package has not arrived. Wish sent me a notification saying my light unit arrived through the letterbox, but all that was deleiverd was a tiny little piece of electronic wire. I ordered and paid for a light unit which could never fit through any postbox. This is the 3rd time I am writting this same complaint over the past month, but I do not even get the courtesy of a reply. I am beginning to think it is useless to complain because it does nothing.
