wrong solution
I ordered a sourin drop and it came today in the mail damaged, and they refunded me but I would have liked them to send me a whole new sourin drop instead of refunding me because i ordered it to have it this month not get my money back and not even have one... I would like them to send me a whole new one and not refund me.. I am very displeased with wish.

I am getting really sick to death of you not allowing my payment to go through ! There is a white board blocking me purchasing on my pc and now you are stopping me buying on my phone . I put in my debit card details perfectly correct but still you don't let me purchase . I don't know what you think I am doing wrong ? You wrote and told me that the problem was solved but it seems you have not resolved the problem on YOUR side as I am the person I say I am I sent you 2 photographs and bank details of my last purchase at the time and you wrote and told me everything was correct again. But no this is the THIRD week you have messed me about . For some reason my 100% perfect PAYPAL won't work on your site so I don't understand that and I've contacted PayPal over this and they have told me that the problem is with YOU. So will you have to get this sorted or I am going to stop using WISH altogether as I am sick to death and very very angry at having to go through this every time I wish to purchase . I am a bloody good customer and am being treated very badly - I deserve a huge apology ! This is absolutely ridiculous

June 2 was order date item received june 12 and the pants are way too small. Order number was 5cf40af69cda18412b871d2e. I am requesting a refund and a way to send the item back. Payment method was a credit card and I will be watching to see if it used for any other purchases. I was not told the item would be coming from China. Please let me know if you need anything further.

I am sending this complaint because I am unable to inform the company about my order as well I feel that the order was very high and the taxes. It's like I was paying for 2 different orders with that price. $87.50 they took from my account on 5/30/2019! Also I am not able to put in the problems I am having with WISH! I t says that my account has been flagged whatever they mean with that term. It seems like I'm blocked to communicate with a agent or somebody. I was never informed about this. Also I have received some sandals that are terribly made and they're to big. I would like a refund and a explanation about the flagged on my account.

error on order/ordered led light outlet covers1
I made an order may 25th 2019 for 4 LED light outlet covers which was 7.80. it's not a lot of money but it's mine. I received an email saying that it was processed and it was shipping and I went to the wish app and my order is gone it's vanished. I have my order ID number I have the transaction ID number when they took it out of my account through PayPal I have all the information but it says error 404 error when I try to click on it in my email. I tried to get ahold of customer service I've tried to contact the seller but they say I can't contact the seller if I have never made a purchase.

Locking my account, and then prompting me for a photo of my Driver's License and a Bank Statement (good luck)? What is this about? Nowhere in the Terms etc is this ever mentioned as information you require for accounts and payments.
someone hacked my account and changed password
Someone this past week hacked my account and changed the email address and password. I have tried to contact the company but they asked me to log back in using the new email adress. I notified then that i did not change the email but have not heard back from them. Also whom ever did it then refunded a bunch of items that i did not request a refund for so im sure they have taken that money to do what they want. I have shopped with the same email and paypal account for over 5 years and this is thw first time i have had anything like thia happen. The one person who contacted me was completely unhelpful. They did not adress my concern at all.
SOLVED. This happened to me as well today. Just got a email that I requested an email change which I didn't. Wish's security sucks. If someone wants to change their email, at least they should email to the original email confirming that you're really trying to do that, instead they send it to the email your changing it to the new email, so hacker can simply confirm the email, because it's their email. They simply send a notification to original email that you requested an email change. There's no way to revert back to original email. In my case no payment info was saved and I didn't order anything recently, so thank god. But I was able to take control back of the account pretty quick, because hacker just changed the email and not the password. When I received email from Wish that email has been changed from a@gmail.com to b@1secmail.com, I simply used the hackers email to login using the same the original wish password. I got in, then I simply changed hacker's email to mine and changed the password. Screenshot is attached, and it shows which email it was changed to, so you login to wish using that (hacker's) email and change it back. I hope that'll help. Please leave a comment if the trick worked for you.
I have had an email from Wish today thanking me for changing my email address and password. I can’t access the account now and have cancelled my debit card that was linked to my PayPal account. I still have my bank account details on my PayPal account as I’m an eBay seller and am waiting for payment for items. The Wish support are useless. After me emailing them they replied that I need to log in to my Wish account to view the answer! How can I if the email and password has been changed. Will my bank account be safe?
The exact same thing happened to me. So much so that I thought I was reading my own complaint. I'm looking into a class action lawsuit against them b/c this is ridiculous and they need to be held accountable because they are clearly not doing anything about it

There's nothing much to say I'm trying to purchase something and it's telling me that there's something wrong and then give no help when I go to directed website. Just sends me to Facebook? I buy a lot here n can't now?
Ive seen many other people with the exact same problem and no advice still. What is going on with this app? Also the website on my computer states no delivery fee except for free things yet I've paid delivery for every order and at times it's more than my order

My account has been blocked. I've gone through the app and emailed several "customer service representatives" only for none of them to answer my questions. "why is my account blocked from making purchases?" and "how do I get it unblocked?". One of them didnt even speak the same language as me yet sent me the same cookie cutter excuses! They tried to tell me it was because I contacted my bank awhile back, (nov.) yet had zero problems with me making purchases in dec. And jan. So obviously that had nothing to do with it unless "company policy" also says "wait 2-3 months before doing anything". The reason I contacted my bank was because the app made an unauthorized purchase that I happened to catch and cancel, only for the representative (at the time) to deny me a refund on a purchase I didn't even make.

Just like everyone else would... You can audit accounts all you want... I don't give a flying f*k! But I do want my money back and my account brought back to normal... After all you people are supposed to have a 30 day money back guarantee! But I guess after you never receive something or it's the wrong size... Too many times... They trying to say that you are screwing them out of money... Ugh... Who is screwing who?!?! Wish is screwing everyone!
