WES Ref No 3357781 .Hi, This is the second time you have done this to me and I am almost on the brink of giving up on dreams of coming to canada. I sent my completed attested Btech marks transcript second time 20 days back. First time you mentioned that the semester 5 marks were missing and this time after so much trouble we sent it to you a second time . We made sure that every senior official at each step checked the marks transcript thoroughly . You have now updated the page saying Sem 6 marks are missing. Really disappointed and heartbroken at the way you have dealt with this in such a trivial way. The entire report is on a sheet of paper and i have semesters 8-1 together which means it is not possible to lose the report of 1 semester alone. I don't think I am even going to try again. Thanks for ruining our dreams of coming to Canada. I'm not even going to try calling your customer care as I know I'll get a standard reply that says i would have to resubmit it again. I cannot put my father through all the pain of doing it from scratch since I'm not even in my hometown to get the transcript myself. I believe this is a scam or something. Totally totally devasted frustrated . Thank you for being responsible for it!

I am writing to you regarding my order WES Reference# 3499393.
I received an update today that my order stands cancelled. I fail to understand the reason for cancelling my order as I do not see further details in the portal.
I am perplexed about this result because my previous order 3419578 to evaluate my MBA credentials was of no Canadian equivalent academic value.
After following up with your team over email, and a telephonic conversation with your support specialist, I was told to upgrade my order by paying an extra 100$ and raise another request for my Bachelor's degree evaluation.
I complied with the instructions given by WES support executive, made the extra payment, and sent my transcripts for only my bachelor's degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as University of Pune). I have attached my application. This university is recognized by WES.

I applied for WES evaluation for my graduate studies in USA and paid the application and had not yet delivered my educational documents for evaluation. Meanwhile, I got admission in Wichita State University, Kansas USA which do not need documents evaluation and I have applied for student visa but unfortunately my visa has been refused twice. Due to which I do not need evaluation of my documents and request refund of my WES dues paid to compensate the loss suffered by me.
I shall be thankful to you for this act of benevolence.

customer service and online payment
I am really frustrated with their sevice.There is an option on their website wherein you can make a question.Everytime I make a question, the representative don't know how to answer a very simple English question.It's like he/she is not even reading about my inquiry.
About the online payment, I made a payment but I did not receive any confirmation that they received the payment or not or there's an error or something.The old website was way better compared to this new one.
wes' negligence and irresponsible
I have asked for ECA and they have entered my DOB incorrectly. I don't know from where they have entered those details - none of the documents I submitted have those details. Such a blunder and they charge exorbitant prices to show their inefficiency. Now as requested by them I have fax'ed the details again and they have emailed me stating my evaluation was completed long ago (with date). How irresponsible can you guys be?!
WES, if you cannot do your services and please your customers, atleast do us all a favour - please do not take us for a ride! Money ain't growing on trees for all of us!
wes completed report upgrade to course by course
I have been stuck with your system for 2 weeks now. I know that to upgrade to course by course assessment I should go to my account and press upgrade .. fine I did that. the problem here is different. the new draft application created is not allowing me to choose the evaluation type to certification and licensing. The draft application is read-only now and I am not able to update the evaluation type from immigration to Certification

I have requested on several occasions for this evaluation to be cancelled as I am now no longer able to travel out of the country.
I have also been asked to pay an additional $7.91 which wasnt explained as I paid the full amount that was detailed on the website when applying.
I would like this resolved asap and the amount credited back to the card I used to pay with.

Wes Canada said it has sent verification requests to my institution in Ghana.
I had to travel to Ghana and found out that Wes did not send any request.
I have sent several mails to Wes but I have not gotten any suitable response.
The worst part is that I cannot remove the credentials from my portal without contacting Wes who would give a generic response.
duplicate record
This is regarding my request and payment of a duplicate assessment record (3331073) through World Education Services USA. I have sent several messages and keep getting what seems to be an automated reply asking me to verify my address which I do, then nothing happens. I enquire again (4 times now) and get the same request. This is extremely frustrating and examples your very poor customer service. My address has remained the same since I applied AND I did not receive the second duplicate report which was applied and paid for the day after my original assessment application. Our mail service is first world and reliable. I have been at my address for several years and this is the first time I have not received mail in this way.
Extremely frustrating and I would never refer this service to anyone now Ive been through this.

I applied for ECA on 7 June 2017. To date it's never been finalized. WES received my document, sent to my institution for verification, institution sent verified docs to WES Canada 15 times on email and lastly through DHL with a tracking number that very clearly shows C. Maple of WES Canadapter received the docs. This was shortly updated then again WES puts the status as 'we are waiting the institution to verify your documents'. As if the 15 VERIFIED DOCUMENTS SENT WERE NOT ENOUGH! WES has truly proven to be a scam. Created application around mid June 2017. July 13- The first status post submission of my documents confirmed that for diploma and MBA (both final certificate and statement of marks ' accepted) and for Engineering (final certificate ' accepted) but (statement of marks ' Not Accepted). I arranged for the delivery of the Engineering mark sheets to be couriered again. Meanwhile the same status was available under "My Account". July 13 - Post the site improvement message as well the status remained the same on site and I got the remaining documents couriered and confirmed that Wes received the same by checking the "Track courier" option. Aug 10- However, I received the second update stating that now Engineering and MBA (both final certificate and statement of marks as accepted) but diploma showed that only final certificate ' accepted and statement of marks ' Not accepted. I sent an enquiry about the inconsistency in status on Aug 10 itself. Aug 19' I received an email confirming that my request has been forwarded to an Area Specialist. I have still not received an update on my application as well as correction on the inconsistency reported on the documents. Sep 1 - I have still not received any update from the Area Specialist. However, I received a response on my second enquiry as given below ->
"Thank you for your inquiry.
I am sorry our message of 8/23 was not more clear; in fact the documents we received were a copy of the course syllabus, not your official mark sheets. Please contact your university to have your marks attested and sealed.
Please note that WES does not accept attested college-issued mark sheets unless they are from an autonomous college. For India, as stated on https://www.wes.org/required-documents/, all individual university mark sheet photocopies, must be attested and stamped by the university's controller of examination or registrar in a sealed envelope. Attestations from persons outside the Controller of Examination and Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will not be accepted."
This is pathetic response and manner of handling an aspirant's application Its been more than 2 months and Wes is only running me in circles for the assessment.

It's been more than 2 months since my docs were started to be reviewed by WES (for my ECA) and around 6 weeks since the status is showing 'waiting for verification from Institute'. Is there some issue somewhere in my evaluation why this is taking so much time? I am really worried and frustrated I did not expect this much wait. And no reply till yet, not even customer service executive picks up the call. Where should we contact, please reply. I contacted my Institute and they haven't receive any verification mail from WES. .
I have been on the line for over an hour and a half, for days now i keep trying waiting for somebody from WES to answer. I only have one simple question. Definitely the worst costumer service I have experienced BY FAR!

I am an Indian citizen (a Homoeopathic doctor) who is keen on immigrating to Canada. I have a IELTS score of CLB 9. I had sent my Educational Qualifications to World Education Services (WES) for evaluation purpose in the month of May 2017. My Account no is 3296074. I had sent my full time 5 yrs Bachelor's degree and my post graduate diploma certificates and transcripts. However WES repeatedly kept my status on hold asking fr my 10+2 certificate n marksheet. It is clearly mentioned on the WES website that if one has a minimum 1yr full time course after 10+2, then it is not required to submit the 10+2 certificate n marksheet.
Inspite of calling them repeatedly from India and sending innumerable mails to enquire about the reason for asking 10+2 certificate, there is no satisfactory response.
It's been more than 3 months now and my evaluation is still pending.
Kindly request someone to please help me get my degree documents evaluated or a refund of my fees.

After waiting 9 minutes on the phone line, I gave up and shut down the phone.

illiterate people from wes evaluation of educational programs
HI,
I rang twice time and explain about my bachlore degree and master degree course. I sent marksheets and dgree certificate. When I first time ring they were not even able to understand transcript which one from bachlore degree course Computer Science. After one month i rang again as they had considered master degree transcript which was again bachlore degree transcript. At last they sent, all your degree cource equilant to 4 years CAD bachlore degree cource. I found many people are illetrate or just passed schooling level, how this type of people could assessments of masters/bachlore degree education.
How can I take legal action as they made mess on my degree assessments.

My university submitted my transcript to Wes. Wes says it was not sent by the university (it was). I emailed WES to say I have proof over email and they responded saying transcripts cant be sent over email but must be via paper by the university. They didn't read my message properly and only give generic responses. Tried calling, they do not answer and left me ringing for 29 minutes. They have no idea what they are doing and have wasted my time and money. I will advise people against their services and take these complaints further. Canadian customer service is poor but Wes takes it all the way.
upgrade documents missing
I did WES evaluation of my educational credentials using WES Canada and the report was generated in due course (November 2015). WES is having an option to upgrade reports for higher studies by paying an extra fee. I am looking for admission and asked WES Canada to upgrade my report and paid the fee. However, the WES Canada application status is showing as waiting for required documents for the past one month. I tried to contact them using their online web form, but no one is responding back.
It is really frustrating to see that WES either messed with the documents/ don't keep any records. But they are happy to take your money for upgrade even though they don't have time to look into the previous application materials

So it's been a week that WES told me that my evaluation was returned back to them, not sure why but the address I gave them was accurate, anyways they sent me a paper stating that if I want to change the address, I can just filled it with the new address that I will receive the evaluation, been there done that (filled the paper out and scanned and emailed it to them)and WES still has replied or updated my status online to say whether they received the information or not.They won't answer their phones or even answer to you emails which is very easy.I really starting to get pissed off because how hard is it it to transfer the evaluation into a new evelope, write the new address and post.I regret using WES, first and last time ...
WES is total trash, pure trash anybody needing to do an evaluation please do your research and find a different institution because World Education Organization is pure robbery.So at the beginning I paid 152 dollars to get the evaluation done and this included 7 dollars for postal fee.Look now they are asking me to pay an additional 7 dollars to have the evaluation resent to me.It is not my fault that the first evaluation that was sent to me got returned, it is not my fault, This organization is a total robbery, pure robbery.I should ask you all for a refund and keep you all evaluation and use a different organization
Anybody thinking to get an evaluation from WES please use any other institutions because this organization sucks and the people there can't do their jobs. So as I keep saying, it been since April 27 I started my journey with WES, and the evaluation was completed and posted to me on May 16th but for some weird reason WES claimed that it was returned to them.They have sent me a form to fill out in case I want the evaluation sent out to a different address which I did.Emailed them like 4 times (one with the attached changed of address form signed and 3 other emails via their website) to confirm they have received the information.They have not lifted one finger to sent back at least an automatic mail confirm.This institution suck.I will never and I say never use this institution again to get something evaluated.I know am not the only customers but how hard is it to just put an evaluation in a different evelope and write the new address and post it over and also how hard is it to sent an email confirming they received the required info.smh
