I have been using this world remit for last one year and gathered some voucher by referring friends. Now I started to use these vouchers one by one but suddenly disabled my account giving no explanation why! I called and mailed them several times but they can give me no reason why they did it. Just says security reason and according to their terms and condition they can close any account anytime!
Even I can't claim for those vouchers! I feel I am being cheated with their false promotions and hopes. Is there any place I can complain about these? Help.

I am so angry right now...I sent money to my mum today ..for her surgery and she hasn’t gotten the money since ...the money is deducted but my account has been disable with no reason pls I need help ..pls check for me it life and death this is her transaction number [protected]

Why did they disabled my account?
recieved a list of qosidly uestions from World Remit.part of their privicy policy. I send money only to my sons and Godsons in Ghana, now they ave blocked me. I found the questions intusive, if you have family in another country think twice before using world remit.

I sent money to my family in Africa for something very important and till now family hasn’t gotten the money. Are you guys scammers. And why did you have to disable my account as well. I mean my worldremit account. I guess you guys are pushing ur customers away. This is my transaction #[protected]
What is the solution after my worldremit account get disabled without any offense and I'm unable to do another account, the other account I do I can't send money, it keep saying your details already with us and I like worldremit alot their service is one of the best services in the world

well i had the same problem with western union . after sending money to ghana ( friends i know for 10 years ) i guess there is someone in that company with racist feelings. Always problems if you send to africa but when you send to rich people in other countries then everything is ok ...hypocrism and corrupt i should call western union
when you complain they reffer to trustpilot but u cant post negative on trustpilot so its useless. probably they work together or control it .
i tried to send money with western and my bank called me to say they are on the blacklist ..i was surprised. if i would send i could loose my money so i blocked it and stop all communication with western .if they are on the blacklist it means its a criminal organisation or not serious or they get much complaints
I have been banned now from every single money sender in the United States for over 2 years now. No one will give a reason . It is my belief that there is a federal register of names given to these senders and they are mandated not to do business with them but I am not a criminal nor have I ever done anything illegal but I’m treated as such.

I have had the same experience. I have been using world remit for many years without many issues other than a delay here or there. I send money to family in Kenya and have been using it to pay for deposits for wedding caterers. World remit delayed the 2 transactions and after calling them, said it would be investigated and I'd get a response in an hour. I had to follow up with them 3 times to be told my account was disabled, closed and that I cannot use them WITH NO WARNING OR REASON. I send money to family, charities and to buy services from established businesses. I also have not received a refund of my funds. What kind of organisation are they running where they keep your personal details but close your account and cannot give you a reason. Ethical or transparent? I think not. VERY disappointed.
A family friend sent me some money and now it says her account is disabled and I am yet to receive the money. Kindly refund her back or credit the receiver.. Thank you
Worldremit is a joke
I have been trying to send money to Thailand and can not yet have in the past.
The same problem I am facing right now because I sent money to a friend yesterday and for no reason my Worldremit account was disabled while they have already deducted money from my account and I can't even log into my account. Worldremit is a biggest scammer I have ever seen in my life. What do I do guys to get my money back?
