I was informed that a payment that was made in march, was reversed, which caused my bill to sky rocket to over 600.00. It was than reapplied june 12. I called to the billing department and I was informed of this. I was never ever told this prior to my phone call. All the cs agent kept saying was it will reflect your next statement. Completely unacceptable. I should have been called or a letter sent out stating this matter. Now I will get a bill for an outrageous amount that I will not be able to afford at the time it is due. I will be filing a claim with the bbb as well.
Desired outcome: I WANT BOTH PAYMENTS OF 282.28 APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY SINCE XCEL SEEMS TO THINK THEY CAN REVERSE IT THAN REAPPLY IT. NO MATTER THE REASON IT WAS REVERSED!

The lack of communication is outrageous. You should have been informed immediately, not left to discover this through a massive bill.
