Ok so I've read a lot of zbiddy complaints.
Yes this website is a scam you have to put money down before you can join. But for all of you who have been scammed by them you obviously didn't read the whole page.
When you are asked to give your billing information it says just above it that the total package charge was $159!
I'm sorry if you feel ripped off but when your entering any new website where you might have to pay for something those that are legit will not ask for your billing information until you have won a bid or selected an item.
I don't mean to be harsh but I am only 19 years old and your trying to tell me that a bunch of middle aged people who should know better than me got ripped off because they didn't read the whole damn page?!
Buyer beware things are not always what they seem read everything before handing out your information!
Sincerely,
Brianna

That is not true...I never got to nomorerack.com to click on any other site. I clicked on the facebook ad for $29 iPads and it took me straight to zBiddy.com and I didn't realize it wasn't nomorerack until after I had registered and had been taken for $99.00 on my credit card. Something is wrong with your facebook links...or you are in on the scam!
It doesn't tell you that you are buying that $99 purchase by registering your credit card. It misleads you into thinking you are entering your credit card information so that you are guaranteeing your bids are covered...NOT that you are purchasing them in "big lots" amounts just by registering your card. The site is clearly trying to scam people...why else would they not allow someone who has never even logged in to verify their email address to cancel the "purchase" and get a refund? They never even put up a screen asking me to verify my "purchase" until AFTER they had billed my credit card and finalized the deal without my verification. They ought to be put out of business! Total Scam!
Dear KJ Lowry,

Samuel,
I believe you guys are just punching send on "robo-mails" ... do you even read the responses? AND what does "Please feel free to revert if any issues." MEAN, anyway?
To repeat my concern: Your links on Facebook have either been hijacked to "zBiddy.com" OR you are in on the scam with them!
I had purchased credits, and was never able to win an auction. Whenever you get down to the last seconds the bidding just continues and continues with additional bidders. A few times I sat for hours, but you just continue to use your credits because the bidding continues. I stopped bidding for awhile and I had money left in my account. Since I had not used them recently, when I went to view my account, the credits were no longer there! I am assuming that zbiddy took them away and I did not know they were going to do this. If I had money in my account, I should be able to use them when I want to. I will never use this site again, will tell people not to sign on and anyone reading this should not use zbiddy.

I have already had the pleasure of calling and being told that "sorry, we have nothing to offer you as a refund except we will reduce the price we charged you ... FOR NOTHING. I did "NOT CHOOSE" a bidding package as you claim...it must have been a preset automatic "choice" because if I had realized there was a purchase being recorded rather than just a registration for possible future purchases, I NEVER would have done it. I have already called and got no satisfaction even after telling them that I would have to try to stop the charge on my credit card. I cannot believe that there is a business where when a customer IMMEDIATELY says to cancel an "order" - that business will not refund or stop the charge on the credit card...my only hope is that a business such as that (SUCH AS YOU RUN) will not be in business very long.
When a person "chooses" to buy something online, the normal method of making the purchase is to click on a product choice, then view a "shopping cart" that lists your potential purchase, then after entering information for billing the customer is asked to confirm a PURCHASE. On your scam site, the only information asked for was to register and if there were any "choices" to be made they were PRE_CHECKED by your system. After being told that my "registration" would not be finalized unless I responded to your email address verification, I was thanked for "purchasing". This is the first moment I realized that my information had been taken as a purchase rather than what you had posted as a registration. I then realized that I could just refuse to respond to the verification email and the "purchase" would not go through...BUT THAT WAS A LIE also. You processed your scam on my credit card without the verification and when I immediately called to cancel - you REFUSED!
hey zbiddy official, why not just make the site more clear to the consumers that they are not "registering" but purchaseing a bid package?
If you are so "proud" of the site, why not change it to make the people who think they are registering more aware they are purchasing?
I know why, because then you wouldn't get as many purchases.
What you are doing may be technically legal but it is immoral and unethical, and everyone involved who is rationalizing that this website is standard are lying to themselves as well as the public. You will pay the piper eventually. Karma rules.
This site is completely stupid. Make sure you read terms and agreements b/c you have to click on them to read them, their is no verification of purchase! If you don't check they will charge you 99$ for 250 bids, which is a waste of time. The company should be shut down!I have no intentions of using this site, customer service is ###, only half refund and offer 100$ gift card for restaurants.com that are useless in 3/4 cities. If i ever meet the founder of this company i would kick them in the balls! Don't be fooled by this ### site the offers to save money on products, you would be better off using overstock.com that is actually provides decent service!
Zbiddy is a good site and they never charge a card without authorization. contact their customer support.

They monitor this site, and comment on every complaint, atempting to justifying their immoral practices.
They don't care about complaints as long as they continue to get people who don't know better to keep "registering"
You should contact their customer support at [protected] Monday thru Saturday from 8am to 12am EST. They have good customer support team. I'm sure they'll help.

There are few people who are falsely bad mouthing about zbiddy. How can zbiddy charge you during registration when you never give any CC info to them? They never ask for credit card while registering.
I don't agree with you. I am a member since last 11 months and they never did any unauthorize transaction on my credit card. You should report this to your credit card company and Zbiddy customer support.
Every penny auction site works that way. Zbiddy.com is a legit site and the registration on the website is free. To purchase your bids, you will be required to pay $0.60 per bid and the bids come in packs of all sizes. Every bid placed on the auction will add couple of seconds to the timer. It is advisable to read the website's terms and conditions thoroughly prior to choosing to participate.
On any penny auction websites, you must first register and purchase a bid package to place bids and win products. Contact our Zbiddy support agent who will assist you with your concerns at [protected].

Lost $159.00 as well, tried to go to there web site to see if we had points to bid with and could not get in, asked for a password reset, which they said was emailed to us, but never received it,
When we call the customer service number we always get the same guy, he barely speaks English, accent was so heavy couldn't understand half of what he was saying, asked to speak to someone else but that never happened, funny most companies have a call center with several people answering calls' felt like i was talking to PEGGY

Zbiddy can be trusted among other penny auction sites.
Registration is free. But if you purchase bid package then you will be charged. This is the standard process across penny auction industry.
Yeah, Zbiddy is a great website.
Well, Zbiddy is not associated with nomorerack.com. Make sure to scan your PC with Antivirus and beware with Nigerian Scam.
Bid on three Magazines for 37cents each, when it came to pay they want to charge me over $20.00 each, same as if I'd bought them for FULL price. Trying to say it's shipping and handling, that's BS, I ship things all the time. There is NO savings, you pay full price for everything on their site, the money you bid goes toward the purchase...FULL PURCHASE PRICE!
NO SAVINGS AT ALL.
Should have known better, "IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS!"
I'm not paying for the magazines, so I'm wondering what will happen?
Zbiddy is a pure scam. After charging me 100 dollars they refunded less than half on the same day when I was unable to get onto the bidding site. In it's place they e-mailed me a certificate for 100 dollars of free gasoline in increments of 10 dollars each with a litany of hoops to jump through in order to redeem the certificates. I filed five of them and never got a dime and was told when I contacted them Zbiddy would send me certificates for restaurants instead which I never got. Thieves all the way.
I do not agree with you. Shipping and handling cost is already mentioned on every item. Why don't you checked these cost before you bid? People are just hiding what wrong they did and put the blame on the site.
Zbiddy is not operated by hijackers. I agree with Karenbason66. You should scan your PC.
Whoop! Very long email. Zbiddy is working since more than a year now and has many satisfied users. Penny auction works differently as compare to normal auction site like eBay. I urge you to read the fineprints and check how they work. What are their terms and conditions then jump in.
