This the point where in I have to write about the delay in processing & I am sure and have full faith that even it took so long, justice would be done fairly.
1. Dated 27th April, 2024, there was a deposit through UPI done from my friends account wherein I was unaware that 3rd party transfers aren't allowed. The deposit was made as my bank account limit was finished. Trust me if I had an idea, I would not have initiated such a transaction. Amount was 30,000/- which was transferred from friend named Anand Raj Gude to the operator whose UPI was [protected]@sbi. You can check with the Operator.
2. Dated 27th April, 2024, there were 2 fund transfers done through NEFT as my limit for IMPS was over & new beneficiary adding limit was also finished.1st transaction was amounting 5000/- and 2nd transaction was of 25,000/-. Both are yet to be resolved.
3. Dated 28th May, 2024, there was a Bank Transfer done to Operator Mr. Pandian amounting 15,000/- but it never reflected in my bet account.
4. Dated 1st June, 2024, there was a UPI transaction done to CSS Brokes of 20,000/- which was done successfully but it never reflected my account. It was told to me on email support of 1x bet to create a payment slip through Paytm UPI with UTR and I did that twice, still no amount came in.
5. Dated 1st July, 2024, there was a UPI transaction done to PRB Enterprises of 25,000/- which got on hold due to network error but was eventually successful but still that amount it yet to be added in my bet account.
6. Dated 11th July, 2024, there was a UPI transaction of 20,000/- done to Mr. Dhanush & it showed success but funds are yet to be reflected.
I have been loyal to 1x bet since long and i understand you have millions of customers worldwide but as a customer resolution is what I expect are proper scrutiny. All my above pending grievances are emailed on [protected]@1xbet-team.com, you can check that. Whatever requirements your team required, I provided all of it & I am still ready to provide any additional proofs or documents you would require.
Humble request to get the funds immediately transferred to my bet account & take this into high priority and let me know if any help required to help you guys to make this quick and to resolve so that I can rightfully get my funds.
I will be attaching all the necessary documents regarding my complaints chronologically.

Desired outcome: I would like to get the funds in my bet account.
