Bad bad bad x 1000 service and rude staff!
7-11 / seven-eleven at melaka, lorong pandan.

Two stupid staff, one boy one girl (The girl act like hell!)

As customer, me and my fren went into 7-11 to look for food and drinks... We are thinking what food and drinks is suit for us. While we was seaching the food and drinks... The stupid malay girl staff look like us with her irriatating face... Like want to eat us... Obviously, we dun care... Keep looking for food and drinks... About 20minutes... We are holding something in our hands which the things we want to buy,
Who know, the girl said out loudly, say we duno is doing what.. Duno want to buy or not one... With the damn stupid idiot face.

Then the malay guy come to us asked whether we want to buy any things one or not... Can't he see we already holding the items we want to buy? Whhatt the hell, user canot see take times to consider what they want to buy? What is the stupid fuking idiot service and attitude?

Seven - eleven, sigh! Please use better staff can? Let those stupid staff work until the shop duno like wat?

Hey? Dun let customer consider their items, we dun pay u money now? Disturbing you two when we looking for items? What you two want to do inside with no people there? Ask you come back stand only one a?# man! 7-11... Lorong pandan, melaka! Sigh!

One more things is... I wrote this complaint to 7-11... And I don't even saw any reply!

Huh?...7-11...

The muscular Male Indian cashier at Yio Chu Kang's mrt is extremely rude. Twice I was in the area and went to buy ciggarettes, twice I was served by this cashier. He threw the pack of ciggs I bought onto the counter and was very impatient when I was looking for coins to give him the exact amount. I'm not the only one who received this treatment. Other customers in front of the queue received similar treatments. I suggest you reevaluate his employment with 7-eleven. Thank you.

18/4 10.05pm I was heading to TOP up my phone credit with my Friend, your Malay girl staff show me the god damn stupid face when she trying to telling me enter my phone number for TOP up, She is not very clear to tell me but still act like she was right ! This kind of attitude is suck! If she felt tired of this job please ask her go back to sleep!

I tried to get gas this morning and I was trying to explain to the man that he had to open my gas tank with a card because my lock is broken. I tried to explain it to him over and over again but the problem was he doesn't speak English. Then I am waiting and because he doesn't understand what I am saying, he tells me I cant get gas. This is horrible and as I understand we all need jobs, when pumping gas you really should speak English.

No gas attendant has to pry your tank open. There is a good reason for them to not do so. If the car was damaged you would be blaming the attendant and suing. He is in the right, you are in the wrong. Go to a self pump and pump your own gas after you jimmy your tank lock.

sold a dozen box of egg on 24 th march with a best before date of 19 th march walked into the store was offerred a box of eggs in return to the cruel act by the managment of seven eleven cArlingford. pathetic behaviour and unacceptable norms. they need to work properly to earn money rather than ripping people off.

The label for Tropicana OJ was 2/$6, we thought it should be $3 for one, when the food was checked out, it's charged $5.99 instead of $3, so we talked to the cashier that we thought it's $3 for one, if we need to buy 2 to get the 2/$6, can we get one more bottle? We were told that the price for 2/$6 can only be used when two bottles are bought at the same time even though we we almost at the same time ( we found the trick right after we saw the receipt and it was already too late to get two!), then we said can we return the one bottle and we were told we can't. Will anybody buy only one when the one bottle price is the same as two bottles? This is ripping off.

This particular store has recently consistently been getting dirtier and dirtier. The woman whom I thought was the manager is the owner, she is East Indian. She periodically likes to yell at her family members/or employees from the front of the store to the back. Since she only speaks in her native language is not possible to decipher what she is saying. However, her tone and body language is always hostile. Today, she was louder than normal and her cashier asked her to tone it down because I could not hear what the cashier was saying. I asked the woman if she was the manager and she informed me that she was the owner. I politely asked her to lower her voice so those of us at the register could hear her cashier and finish our transaction. I also noted to her that the store had been getting dirtier and dirtier with waste in all of the fountain machines and around the coffee area. She immediately got hostile and yelled for me to get out. I told her that I did not appreciate her tone or behavior. She replied that she did not care and told me to leave. I informed her that I would be contacting the company and she responded that she didn't care since she was the owner. 'Who cares about them' was her response. Over time I had also witnessed her cashier and her be very rude and demeaning to other minority customers. It's a shame that 7-11 does not hold its franchise owners for better customer standards not does it institute sensitivity standards for its owners. After this experience I will never stop at the store and will certainly reconsider ever stopping at other 7-11 stores. The experience by this franchise owner was hostile and humiliating. I prefer to give a different franchise my business.

THAT BRANCH EMPLOYEES ARE SO IGNORANT, I HAVE BUSINESS ACCOUNT, I WAS THARE TODAY AFTER 1230 PM, CASHIER WAS REGINA SHE IS SO SLOW TALKING TO CUSTOMER ABOUT HER SISTER BOY FRIND DATING SOMEONE, DONOT CARED ABOUT PEOPLE TIMMING, JUST DOING BLABLA .OTHER THREE WINDOWS HAD NO CUSTOMER BUT THEY DID NOT LIKE TO HELP ME, I KEPT WAITING, I WAITED ABOUT 40 MINUTES .
SAME TIME CUSTOMER CAME IN REGULAR LINE, 1ST WINDOW PERSON I DONOT KNOW HER NAME BUT I HEARD SHE WAS ACTING MANAGER CALLED A CUSTOMER BUT CUSTOMER MENTIONED HER THAT PERSON IS WAITNG(ME), LONGER THAN ME BUT CASHIER SAID OH HE IS MERCHANT.NO WANTED TO HELP, WHY I AM NOT A CUSTOMER?OR MY MONEY IS NOT US $, THEY DONOT KNOW HOW TO COUNT IT.IMAGIN A BANK HAS THAT KIND OF ACTING BANK MANAGER WHO IGNORE CUSTOMERS.

Around 7:30 tonight, the 7 eleven on 2150 W int'l speedway blvd cross fentress blvd in the city ofdaytona beach has the worst customer serivce ever. specially there is a black man aproximately 140 pound, 5'4 feet cashsier stand behing the counter. I went to the Gaz station to bpurche gaz for my car but i used my personal check . I gave him my check, he ask me for my phone #, he took my number wrong then he said that my phone # invalid then he gave me my check back he moves away. Then I ask him do you enter my number right. that cashier told me that they have to stop take check very rude. I ask him for his name because he did not wear name tag with a civilian clothes on. he stated that he will not give me his name. then he said if you want call police do so. i'm not going to enter you cell phone # twice, you 're wasting my times.That's very direspectful the other cashier came and do it then I put gaz in my car.this is my last experience with that 7 eleven. I will never go back there anymore.

Store manager refused to allow military service veterans a free surpee on veteran day in this location. The manager was VERY RUDE and even called the advertment a LIE and said he was too busy to look at it even through we all had a printout of the add in our hands and we even showed it to him on our smartphone. I believe this store manager should be FIRED because he is not a pleasant person to deal with, refused us service and ask that we leave the store.

After I was waiting 10 minutes in line, I was next in line . The Old monkey employee told me to wait because I just had a lottery ticket and I wasn't purchasing any other product. Old, Rude and Monkey ! 7 eleven all ways have people with no education and sense. Nobody like him in my condominium He is famous already for his attitude.

Once again in Yio Chu Kang Singapore. The Indian muscular guy has been awfuly rude to students. In my case, I bought cup noodles and I requested for chopsticks. He passed me a soup spoon and stared at me expecting me to take it. I kindly replied may I have chopsticks please. He threw a ice cream spoon at me. Expecting me to take it. Also he pushed the soup spoon on the floor. I stared at him and luckily for me his colleague was around so he passed me the chopsticks and call me a chi×××. I have seen him do many such things with others and the most extreme I've ever witnessed was him scolding a secondary school boy many vulgarities because he dropped his coins and was taking a long time to pick them up because he was injured. Although I am a student, I think we still deserve a certain amount of respect and I wish for 7-11 to change staff there as many students are traumatised thanks to him. He has been there for several months and students are getting fed up with his nonsense and I hope that 7-11 either places a supervisor there with the rude staff or copletely remove him from the area. Thank you. I hope that this may make a difference.

I’m and employee of 7-11 in Port Richey Hudson fl….In your corp. stores you have managers of your corp. store and district manager. That doesn’t care if about their employee...the bulling need to stop. If you don’t hang out or bow down to them. They will find any way to get you out. I work by myself a lot and only a part time person...I went from working at one store 3 years 24 hours plus a week down to the manager telling me we have no hours for you...find another store. So I did and I worked great with everyone got work 24 to 36 hours a week...boss had to go medical leave. Acting Manager came in and she was fine for the first couple of weeks brought her own crew in and pushing me out I’m working now 0 hours and she has mad ever excuse why i have no hours look on came...talk to i work with I’m use to love my job now I don’t know why 7-11 lets this happen to us good people.

Your 7-11 store at 1800 Welton St., Denver, CO 80202 has pornography magazines near the entrance where children can see them. I asked the cashier if they would hide them. She said I'd have to speak to the manager. Today, 2/27/18 at 12:44 PM, these pornography magazines need to be removed from the entrance and hidden, so children can't see them.

If you don't do this, 7-11, the 280 Million Christians in the United States will boycott you.

If you think that doesn't work, remember, we boycotted Target and they lost $16 billion.

The 7-11 on 17th Ave., and Logan in Denver, CO has a very rude cashier there. Every time I asked him for the receipt he acts mad and rude about it. At first he stares at me and it's eerie how he stares at me. I'm not going back to that 7-11. I've complained about him before, but his behavior is the same.
You employees, 7-11 have very bad consumer service skills.
