service
The new owner's that bought the store on Ingomar Rd. are horrible. They don't understand what's going on and the 3 times I've been there, I've had nothing but horrible service. The first time I paid for gas, the employee didn't know how to turn the gas pumps on. So he tried to call the owner and customer service but couldn't get ahold of either. Then he didn't know how to refund the money back into my card. The entire time this is going on, the other employee was standing at the coffee station, just leaning on the counter. The second time I went, the coffee was old and when I asked if they could make new coffee, the owner told me that she would when she had time. So I left with nothing. This last time I went, there was an item that was on sale and when I asked if I had the right one, the employee said he didn't know. When it rang up wrong, I ran to get the other kind and within the 7 seconds that I was gone, the employee went outside and the other employee told me she couldn't ring me up bc the order had already been started and she didn't know how to restart it. While I stood there a d waited, she tried to help a customer with a lottery order and kept asking him what she should do. He said didn't really know, but to try to inserting the ticket into the machine. A code came up and she asked what it meant. He didn't know and neither did she, so he gave up and left. I stood there while 3 more customers were helped and the employee that was ringing me up was outside. I gave up and was walking out when he finally came back in. Never apologized or anything. I paid and left.
I used to visit that 711 at least 5 times a week bc it's less than a mile from my house and the employees were so nice, that it was nice to see them each time. That'll be the last time I go there. I've also heard the same type of complaints from my neighbors.
money
711 on Ellsworth in Ypsilanti mi. I gave $5.30 for a reg size moon mist and quickly turned and left. I forgot to grab the $4 I wad owed. I tried calling but no public #. I returned to the store and the man act as though I never been there. (I had the moon mist in hand) I even told them what time I was there. The man was not helpful. I was there between 2:06 and 2:15 pm est. I am very disappointed and will NEVER SHOP AT 711 AGAIN. This happen a few days ago.

nacho cheese
To whom it may concern
I am a long time customer of 7-11. I've been coming into 7-11 for many years now to purchase a big gulp, a hotdog and nachos and cheese... well since your corporate decision was to change the nacho cheese flavour (may I add the new cheese flavour is horrible), I have to say I will no longer be a 7-11 customer. I am not alone in this decision as many little Indians of my tribe are also boycotting 7-11. So what's it going to be ? Bring back the spicy nacho cheese or loose long time customers forever 🤷🏾♂️
rude cashier
So on July 25 2017 at 8:45 PM me and my friends walked to 7 11 to pick up some slurpee. We filled up our glasses and I decided to pick up a donut as well. It turned out we were just 20 cents short to buy the donut, so I decided to put it back. As I was putting it back, i accidentally touched the donut with ONE finger for like half a second. The cashier from across the room shouted that I shouldn't do that and I rather throw it away. i asked him where the trash was and he demanded me to give it to him so he could throw it away. He turned around and literally smashed it in the can and he was MAD. He asked us stupid rhetorical questions about health and i was having absolutely none of it. He told us that they had already LOST THE MONEY. what? The donut was 99 cents! Like boy you probably lose more money on wasted slurpee. His name was like jagpreet or something, so freaking rude. You can tell how pissed I am.
unprofessional employee.
On July 24 2017 at approximately 730 pm I went to the 711 on the corner of Front st and Uniondale ave. As soon as I opened the door all I could hear was very loud gangsta rap music.I mean the hardcore stuff with the N word ..I get up to the counter and the big blacks guy with the beard and glasses starts pacing back and forth reciting the lyrics, throwing his arms in the air and did not say a word to me..Gave me my change and continued his chant..Extremely inappropriate and offensive..
1033 bay street, toronto 7/11 location
On Friday, July 21 I visited the 7/11 at 1033 Bay Street in Toronto, right across the street from my house. I went to purchase snacks for an event I was going to immediately after. There was an entire wall of Crisper's and had two price tags in front of it that stated "2/$2". There was nothing else around them. Additionally, in another section of the store, there were bags of chips with a sign that said "Ruffles and Cheetos 2 for $7". I got two of each of the aforementioned. When I got to the cash register, the woman rang me up and said my total was $23.00. I pointed out that it could not be that amount. She rudely scoffed at me and said to show her that those deals existed. So I pointed to both the price tag signs and even brought them to the cash to show her. She provided absolutely no explanation but instead rudely said "no no that's not right". Being in a rush and having no time to go elsewhere, I was forced to pay the $23.00. Coincidentally, an individual standing behind me in line spoke up when he heard this and told the woman that they have consistently been doing this and the same thing happened to him. As a lawyer myself, I know this is not legal. You cannot advertise and promote one thing to get individuals up to the cash register and then charge them something else. Additionally, my father went back in today and pointed out to me that the signs still remain up. My family frequents this store but has decided not to return to 7/11 unless this is adequately resolved. I would like to be reimbursed for this unfortunate experience. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.
brewed iced coffee big gulp
As i was going to pay, clerk Nelly was charging me $2.59, because she said that I filled up from the mocha chiller machine, I told her that I used regular brew with Hershey's chocolate creamer, She started screaming and humiliating me in front of a lot customers waiting in line to pay, I told her that she could check the cameras to verify from where i took her, she kept screaming saying that she knew our kind of people, I told her about I was going to complain, and she told me she didn't care, because the only person she was afraid it was the owner, who was there when i paid for, i used a different kind of creamer (sweet cream) this time . i would like to demand an apology from the clerk, for the humiliation. my name is Mario Linares phone # [protected], email :[protected]@aol.com
1/4 lb big bite special (with a big gulp)
Store #35796
Every morning when I get off work I come to this 7-eleven next to my work to get the 1/4 lb Big Bite/Big Gulp special. It's been my breakfast after working all night for the past 6 months or so. This morning they had no hot dogs at all. To me this is a simple item that virtually all Convenience stores that have a hot dog machine have ready for the customer. This was completely unacceptable. They should have had them ready to go.
car wash
I have a real problem with the 7-11 at 7051 Murphy Road in Garland, TX They advertise to keep your car wash receipts for a free car wash. The sign DOES not say you can only use your receipts for that store. I use several 7-11's car washes and took my receipts into that store and the worker said it has to be from that store. My response was you need to post that on your sign. Also, the credit card machine at the outside car wash has not worked in over a month and they won't fix it. You have to go inside to get a code OR get gas and get a code and hope they have tape in the machine. Very frustrating and workers have attitudes. Terrible store.
favoritism in the ranks
I worked as a sales associate for the 7 eleven located at 8305 w. Hillsborough ave Tampa, Fl 33615 for two years! And in those 2 years I received 2 complaints from 2 different women about the current assistant manager verbally harassing them and I took it to the manager and she brushed it off! Meanwhile we lost 2 good customers to someone who should not had been working after the first incident! That's just one of the many things that go on there!
harassment
Homeless man outside of store harrassing me just cause I don't want to give him money and employee does not tell him nothing just laughs with him I told homeless man twice I don't have money and he continue to harass me as I was walking out also they have very bad customer service here don't even say thank u very rude and unprofessional
I hope this matter is resolved

refused service
On 7/14 I entered the local 7 Eleven @ 1174 MORRIS AVE UNION NJ. I played my usual round of pick 4 #'s, pick 6 and Powerball (as I do on an almost daily basis). The attendant playing my #'s as usual fumbled around and let a ticket fall (valued 1$). After some back and forth with her colleague, they reviewed my plays and he printed me another ticket.
On 7/15, I entered the store to play my lotto. The same female attendant told me the machine was inoperable (even though I could clearly see the machine screen functioning). I left despite having a strong feeling she was full of [censor].
on 7/16, I walked into the same store. The colleague that was present on 714 and 715, told me the machine was down without even looking at me. I asked him what was wrong with the machine. At that point, his response was referring to the incident on 7/14 and how he or 7-Eleven will not service me. He then shooed his hand as to say to leave. I asked him if he was implying that I stole the ticket (valued at 1$) and he confirmed. I proceeded to tell him I've been coming here on a daily basis for months, live around the corner in a luxury building and do well enough for myself that I did not have to succumb to stealing a dollar. This was an ultra insulting experience and the fact that I was told to leave because of some [censor] assumption/preconceived notions is ridiculous!
no care, incorrect everything
July 13th, 2017
Had my husband go into the local 7-11 in Fernie, BC between 130-230am to get taquitos and chicken wings. We ordered 1 Monterrey jack taquito and 1 beef taco. Neither of the taquito's he was given were correct, not sure what kind they even were but this is crap. What if i had an allergy or vegeterain?
Asked for SALT AND PEPPER wings, they sure weren't salt and pepper.
The lady who served him even asked my husband 15 times what kind of taquitos he wanted like she couldn't hear him the first 14 times and yet she STILL didnt get it right!
The resolution i want for this complaint is better training on the employees, they need to actually care about the customers because we are the people who support their paychecks! If there was zero customers, there wouldnt be workers, right!? lets get the staff of 7-11 companies better CUSTOMER SERVICE training, maybe hearing aids? Compensation would be nice to, refund for the food we threw away because it was disgusting and not what we asked for!
tobacco and gas and drinks and food
Store #29645
I am a 3x a day 7-11 customer and the new employee was the most arrogant a**hole I've ever met. I spend roughly 3-400$ a week at this location instead of going to the grocery store, and I now will never return. I didn't get his name, but being a business owner myself I would never allow someone to work for me like that. He's tall long black hair and I hope he's fired. I'll never return to this store and gladly spend my $ across the street. If you'd like my bank card # for me to prove how much I spend at this location I'll gladly provide it. My phone # is [protected]
unethical behavior
On Thursday, July 13th 2017, I walked into a 7-Eleven (5590 NW 31st Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309) that was filled with customers and the cashier stopped me in front of all of them to tell me, and I quote, that I was "banned from the store for no reason". He was being very rude and all of the customers looked at him, just as puzzled as I was. I asked him for a reason for me being banned, seeing as how I'm a regular customer and I was just in the store the day before with the manager present, and the cashier kept repeating "for no reason" and said to "just go". I've never dealt with a more rude employee in my entire life and I am completely baffled. But it is not the first time that other customers have lodged complaints against the store for its extremely rude employees, or for them overcharging customers for items, or having bad food and being reluctant to give a refund or replacement (even when it's before the expiration date), but it is the first time that I've experienced it first hand. I will not be returning to the store, but someone should be terminated for how they handle their customers that pay money to be serviced.
customer service
My husband and I came into your store on the corner of Alafaya and Chapman Road in OVIEDO Florida last night around 4:45pm. We went to the counter and my husband (who is black) ordered lotto tickets and stepped away to get some cookies. I requested a scratch ticket after the guy handed me the tickets he printed for my husband. He asked me, with shock in his voice, "you're with him?" (I am white by the way). I replied yes I was. He then proceeded to finish our transaction, throwing my ticket and change on the counter and not speaking another word. I felt very uncomfortable from your clerk showing racism since we were a mixed couple. Not cool 7-11! I guess I'll go to WaWa for all my snack and lotto needs.
air compressor used to fill tires
Thanks to the poor customer service provided by the clerk at the store at Quentin Rd and Northwest Highway in Palatine, IL, you have lost my business and the business of my family. In addition, I will speak poorly about 7 11 to my friends and neighbors. Why?
This evening (7.12.17) I went to this 7 11 because a tire on my car that needed air. Since I did not have the required $1.50 in quarters, I went inside and received $2.00 in quarters from the clerk. After reading the directions, I placed $1.50 in the machine and waited for the compressor to start. It never did. I returned to the clerk and asked for a refund. He said I could not receive a refund. I was told the machine is run by a third party not affiliated with 7 11. My response was that both the vacuum and compressor were labeled with the 7 11 logo. He continued to say that they have had problems with the company that owns the machine.
I don't care who owns the machine or the status of the relationship with this vendor. I tried to use a service from 7 11, paid for the service and did not receive the service I paid for. As a result, you have lost my business and the business of my family. I will also mention my experience to my neighbors. Think of the lost business and lost goodwill all because of a clerk's inability to adequately handle a complaint. It's not the $1.50 but the poor attitude of the clerk regarding handling my complaint.
Needless to say I went to a Clark station, used their compressor and as a result, they have earned a new customer.
gas
I filled my VW bug, with $30.00 of what was supposed to be diesel gas from pump. that means my car was completely empty. 5 minutes down the road the car died. Had it towed to VW dealership in Lewisville texas and was told the gas they drained was regular not diesel. That caused me 2000.00 dollars in damage to my vehicle. I have the letter from service manager and the receipt from store showing i pumped from 15 pump what was supposed to be diesel. I have a letter from the dept of Ag saying the gas is not in compliance. Please contact me ASAP i am looking at a small claims suit.
free slurpee day
Went to 7-eleven after work today. Was going to grab one at a different location close to work but thought i would make it a trip with my son instead. So I went home to get him and headed to the location nearest my home (3522 N Elizabeth pueblo co). Waited in the line to get our free slurpees. Instead of just walking out, like the people before me, i went to the counter to let the man know we had two. But was told "those aren't free". He proceeded to tell me that the small cups ran out a long time ago and that I had to pay. I turned to my son to see if he really wanted it, which he did, so then I told the man behind the counter that I will pay for my son's but not mine. So he took mine, through it in the trash and charged me for the medium. I was so frustrating. The drive home was in silence. Once again, I should've walked out like the people before and after me were doing. I know I shouldn't complain about free stuff but wait...it wasn't
