7-Eleven advertising says 1 thing not true

Not trying to be order anything but if a sign says they have a deal 3 for 3 and I go to get three taquitos and they charged me five bucks even though the sign says three for three and then they tell me that they are not doing that advertisement or that deal right now I feel a little frustrated amongst other things here at the store. The pizza says $5 and when I asked for a full Pizza he's charging me like two bucks a slice so times that for the pizza I can't get a mayonnaise packet with a hot dog because only ketchup and mustard go on hot dogs and everything is extremely outrageous but besides the price have to find the guy at the counter doesn't understand what I'm saying

The way of talking of store manager was so rude. How the manager can talk with the customer like that. Vaccume was not working and went inside to talk about that, But the way store manager was talking, was tatally disrespectful.
I request you to solve this problem as soon as you can.

I tried to talk with manager again but she was so arrogant. Her name start from P. and store no 37795 in calgary.
Her behaviour was unacceptable.

This an Oregon complaint regarding the store on 65th and Nyberg Road, Tualatin Oregon. The store is arranged in such a fashion that people cannot move without bumping into each other. For example, a person retrieving a drink from the cold case completely blocks the flow of traffic. Two lines formed up cramped aisles to the cashier who was held up endlessly for someone with, who knows, a bad credit card? Now another line formed unaware of the first . Someone asked for assistance for the seemingly endless problem with #1 cashier, and #2 cashier did come to the rescue, but complained. Meanwhile deliveries of Coke and other products are coming down THE MAIN AISLE, in front of the cashier, nea renough to cut off toes. This store is the worst configuration inside ...but wait, there's more! Try the parking lot, a veritable death trap with cars backing in and out from the pizza store. My god, please alleviate this potential crisis before someone is killed!

7-Eleven rude employee/clerk

Im a regular at one of your stores at Moret st. Sampaloc, manila. One of my encounters with one of your very rude and arrogant clerk staff in the name of jerome was very dissatisfied. On my way approaching the counter his face was already in displease, i dont know why but thats how i see it, and I ask question about a product, in my perspective he was annoyed now. And the way he answered is very arrogant and very rude. By that time i got irritated and we have an disagreement, on another note one of my friends also has the same scenario with that same clerk, and rumors around my school was that clerk callforth someone to a fight. Is that how the 711 management hire people without basic ethics and hospitality. I already sent an email and followed up at (customercare@7-eleven.com.ph) but sadly the no action has been made. In faith with this complaint, someone will do something about this matter.

I was on my way to work and stopped for cash and a soda. I am currently going through chemo but still working. The gatorade was a dollar something. I only had the 20. The girl with the large hickey on her neck, Laura, was busy flirting with the old man at the counter. I told her I;m sorry I only have the $20. I heard you will need to wait 20 minutes. I said 20 minutes? She was rude and said, I didn't say that. I said I'm sorry I hear you wrong. The customer laughed. I said that's fine. She continued to speak to the man and then started making coffee. The money had already dropped. She continued making coffee. I said I'll be back I'm going to put my things in my car and look for the change. I come back in and she still has not picked up the money that had dropped. I'm standing there. She then asks the manager if the money will drop from the other register. i told her it already did. It was all ones. I continued to ask her the total price so I could give her change she ignored me and kept counting out ones then handed me 18 one and change, . Laura was extremely rude. this was in El Paso Texas 8610 Gateway West and Lomaland.

7-Eleven service

I visited 7 Eleven Located at 8315 Steele Creek Rd. Charlotte NC 28217 today around 1:00- 1:15 today to get a snack. I decided to get a bag of Sour Cream & Onion Lays Chips and saw that there was a deal buy 1 and get the other for $1. So I got the Sour Cream & Onion chips and a bag of Nacho Doritos and brought them to the counter. My items were rung up and when i noticed the price I thought it was a little off. The chips are priced at $1.89 and using i pay $2.03 with tax i was expecting to pay $3.03 since the other bag would be only $1. But the register said $2.89. I asked the cashier about the deal and she told me that the Doritos wasnt part of the deal when it clearly states that it was so she immediately became frustrated and another gentlemen who also works there comes over and she tells him" she wants to get the Doritos with the Lays" with an attitude and he looks at me and say let me explain the deal to you as through i cant comprehend what it visibly says. I told him I didnt need him to explain to me i was just wondering why the amount didnt add up I buy these chips all the time I know how much they cost. Then he proceeds to tell me that i was getting them for a dollar and when i stated that isnt what i was asking they both aggressively keeping saying they took the .89 Off. Then a customer joined in and yelled to me their a dollar without knowing the situation. I told declined to buy the Doritos and just brought the Sour Cream & Onion Lays and was charged $1.89 without the tax still not being added. They both keeping saying your paying a dollar for it as though that was the issue. I felt attacked for asking a question and even more embarrassed when the customer joined in because the young lady didnt know or wasnt properly trained to answer a simple question then after the transaction the gentelmen in a very rude way said ok ma'am sorry have a good day. I should have really just not purchased anything and walked out and went somewhere else but had a time restraint and needed something to snack on but i wont make that mistake again. They were unprofessional and to not esculate the situation i just purchased and left. But I will not ever come to this location again they are rude and your company is losing money because they arent properly charging tax or are aware of the price of items or deals. I believe it matters I am a women of color with purple hair and casual attire and they were both hispanic and basically ganged up on me and you can think it wasnt about race but why that reaction from not just the young lady but the older gentelmen who immediately got short with me I wasn't aggressive or even had an attitude even when the customer joined in I didnt responsed but yet that was all i recieved coming into this location

7-Eleven unauthorized debit card

Yesterday 05/28/19 ; 20:38 i went to store located in 205 WASHINGNTON BLVD, in Roseville Ca, and i only bought a small piece of snack value 1.39 i have ticket, however in my bank account movements appear a charge for 100 dollars, I`m very disappoinment about this, it seems to be an assault no guns needed, please do it something.

7-Eleven store manager

My name is john sanders. I went into your store at corner of 46 and 17-92(French ave) Ive been going there for some time. I go in the mornings get brfast sandwich and Cuban sandwich because they run out. I usully go back and have them flat heat my Cuban at end of day never had a problem. anyway yesterday 5/28/19 I went into store the manager said they cant do that said ok I guess could use microwave he didn't want me to but said ok, then tells me never ask again to use microwave. I told him it a 7-11 product I bought because run out what the big deal told him I contact hq on him told me get out don't come back being rude and unprofessional. iasked him his store number to complain again got upset yelled get out etc. so id like a letter or something to keep your manager in check because I am I loyal shopper. please contact me at Sanders.[protected]@gmail.com. thank you for your time in this matter John Sanders

7-Eleven harassment

The manager from 7-11 in store # 34694 has been trying to convince me to go out with him for money. Always saying uncomfortable things to me as i walk in to the store with my children and this morning he was saying more things at the front door of this store and waited for me to finish purchase my things and followed me to my house in his car (white subaru) i contacted the police and they will talk to him and i will get him fired. He has been doing that to me for over 3 months and even the employees know but they stay quiet and acted like they didn't see or hear anything !

7-Eleven disturbing the peace

There is a 7 eleven located at 3900 Martin Luther King ave SW in Washington DC that continues to disturb the peace with their building alarm. They have people around the building that hangs there and make noise. Instead of them calling the police they cut their building alarm on to try to get them to move. This is happening through out the day and night at random times. This is my second complaint about this. Can you all let them know that they are distribuing the peace. The alarm is very loud. They need to call the police if they do not want these people around their store.

7-Eleven service

So I was heading down to get my dinner at a local 7-eleven store near my house, so when I entered to store the store smelled like cigarette. And I knew that one of your employees smoked since I saw him out in the streets smoking before. And when I approached him to inform him that he shouldn't come inside straight away after smoking, he screamed at me "I never smoke in the store right?! So it's none of your business to care! It's your problem and not mine!" I replied with a "ok" but he was still screaming "it's your business not mine!". He banged the table with my change, which I thought was really rude of him to do so. And when I was exiting the store, I heard him speaking to the customer behind "it's her problem right?".

Bumili kami ng bf ko kagabi ng hotdog. Cheesy hotdog saken ata jalapeña sa kanya. Pagkagat nya nung sa kanya. Matigas! At ang lansa pa hilaw na hilaw! Nung sinabi nya sa counter para papalitan ayaw palitan. Initin na lang daw. Edi ininit na lang. Nung kinain na ulit ng bf ko. Matigas pa dn! At pinagpipilitan ng cashier kahapon pa daw yun at luto na. Baka naman kahapon pa na hindi nabenta at nilagay lang ulit. Kaya ganun tumigas at ang lansa sobra!

7-Eleven food - the tuna sandwiches

I just want to make a comment about the tuna salad sandwitches. They were great just the way they were! I'd rather have the plain white bread other than on oat bread. In my opinion, you should make them the way they wewe, they taste better that way. Sometimes, it's best to leave well enough alone. Please return the original tuna salad sandwitch!

7-Eleven no change

I have been frequenting this 7-Eleven for years. There's no question that the cashier that was on duty right now that's the 8th of May at 5:25 a.m. has seen my face. I needed some change for a $5 bill because my bus pass has expired. This woman proved extremely ugly I don't give out change unless you buy something she barked at me I was in shock and awe, i went and bought a banana I gave her my $5 bill and then I said I'm of the opinion that not everyone that walks in here is a dope Feen a prostitute or an [censored] you should consider how you treat people better she looked at me with looks could kill and in a very ineffectual way told me basically [censored] off but she said have a nice day. I don't need to shop at that 7-Eleven by any stretch of the imagination and regrettably I must openly admit I will never part those doors again. Funny how one incident of poor customer service can sour your attitude about not only your organization that I was using but the people who work for it. I am sorry. Goodbye. Oh I left the banana there, it certainly was grocery fresh!

7-Eleven bullying

I am an employee at 7-eleven on the turnpike north side Somerset pa and my manager is being very very mean to the point some employees have quit but I love my job and don't want to leave at she yells at me in front of customers for stupid things grabs stuff out of my hands when I ask for help she is very rude I wrote down some of the times she has done this all of the employees are scared to death of her even the new ones I'm so tired of going to the bathroom and crying and calling my mom crying i come to work and do my job very well but it never seems to be enough I'm actually scared to come to work anymore I really need help

Find a better job and leave. [censored]box Sue has done this to pretty much everyone. She is nice to maybe 2 people there and a total [censored] to everyone else but they need the (miniscule) money and are too scared to find another job that they aren't familiar with. I remember she would back her chair into me on purpose over and over again when I walked behind her in her cramped [censored]ty office. The whole place was a [censored]show. I enjoyed getting back at her and working at 10% of my normal pace leaving the store in what id call a great [censored]uation. I liked all the employees other than Al the crazy eyed power tripping [censored] and [censored]box Sue. That place is a [censored] hole and Leaving is the best thing you can do. Heres another random horrible memory: [censored]box Sue used to bend over in front of the register and pretend to straighten displays etc for a long time. I am sure this was to go check the cameras to see if her employees were checking her out HELL NO [censored]BOX SUE KEEP IT MOVING NOBODY WANTS TO SEE THAT! Leaving was the best thing I ever did.

A friend linked me here so here is my 2 or 3 cents. Manager here was always a mega [censored] to put it nicely. Ole [censored]box Sue was her name, I'd be minding my own business, doing my job as usual, id walk behind her in her cramped [censored]ty mess of an office and she would back her chair into me on purpose over and over, had the worst attitude. Not going to lie, I did find enjoyment in getting back at her by working at 10% of my normal productivity while working with someone completely useless, therefore leaving the store in what Id like to call a great [censored]uation unless [censored]box sue or captain worthless decided to move their [censored] and pick up the slack which they almost never would. Her favorites [censored] up all the time and the actual workers usually hear about how it was their fault. Like the time her pet left a whole order of ice cream in the fridge for 8 hours (was supposed to be in cooler before 10am if i remember correctly but instead left it all for me) until I went in at 1:30pm and took care of it and got [censored]ed at for not seeing it earlier when I brought it up lol. When i worked here 4 out of 9 of us did at least the bare minimum their job and usually the ones doing their job got the most [censored], you know who you are. Here's some advice- find a better job and leave the place. It's a [censored] hole anyway. Theres no money being made at a sunoco, go do something you enjoy for better people even if it pays less, which would be pretty hard to find a job that pays less. Also [censored] Al that ole crazy eyed power tripping dirty [censored] and [censored] this Sunoco as a whole. Worst time of my life even though most co workers were nice people and I still talk to some of them, it was beyond [censored]ing horrible thanks to [censored]box sue and how she treated her employees along with the unliveable wage that leaves you scraping pennies. Leaving was the best thing I ever did. THANK YOU GOD (and [censored]box sue) FOR GETTING ME OUT OF THAT PLACE! And no i was not fired i left happily after I went out of my comfort zone to find a new job because anywhere is better than that place. Before i go heres a random bad memory, another weird thing she would do was bend over in front of the registers obnoxiously pretending to fix things and straighten displays. 7-Eleven rude and unprofessional service

Hi on late april I had an bad encounter with a chinese cashier uncle staff wearing glasses and another staff not sure he is from philipine or mynamar but they are both rude... Especially the chinese uncle stare hard at me after I told them nicely not to open the food ordereed.. Its a matter of hygiene they open my food and touched thats not very right and not nice of them... I remember telling the chinese uncle in glasses I order chicken wings and he disrespect me and still peek at my food they should wear a glove or something please pratice that I hope 7 eleven will be fair to customers and not defensive to their staff as I am a regular. This happen at peninsula plaza round morning 9 plus... Then worst they dont apologise never pratice giving receipts many times already and worst I ordered many food the staff auntie in glasses also dont want give plastic bag or receipts this is so rude and unprofessional and rather poor service also never say thamk you where their manners... Thid reflect badly on. 7 eleven I hope give them a warning as many times already they judge their customers n give a sarcastic n rude stare when I ask for a bag... Please hr do something as this is getting out of hand... Appreciated

Super rude person who gave me a hard time for "using the wrong cup" for coffee when there were no other cups stocked/available. There wasn't even enough cold brew for my cup anyway. 7-Eleven service of a indian staff in night shift

I was waiting about 5 minutes in the queue, I understand maybe her just hand over from previous staff and running for a report. (I don't sure about the real reason).

After the guy before me made a payment with pay wave. I was trying to pay by Nets card, as it only thing I bring down to just buy yougurts.

The lady was just rude by replying.. 'Only cash' . I mentioned 'I only have Nets card we me'. She just replied by shooting 'then you just wait'.

What the fxxx of education in Singapore.? I was ok to wait in the queue, but the attitude is wrong at the begin. If a staff is not happy, don't try to bring the unhappiness to other. I am so sorry, we pay for our goods. I will never visit the store again.
