On Oct 20, 2018 I went to the store around 8:15 p.m. there's a employee by the name of Marie there was a few customers standing in line to play the Lotto she took her time about serving the customers by the time she came to serve us we all wanted to play the Lotto she told us the machine isn't working she has done this on more than one occasion it's like when the Jack Pot grows somehow on her shift the machines quits working, but I went to the shell station and played my number.

packaged sandwiches
I don't usually write complaints, but this time is a very serious situation. I've purchased a already sealed and packaged tuna sandwich this morning for my lunch. First half was delightful. The second half I stopped midway. There was a long brown hair tangled up in the tuna and I felt it in my mouth. I've never felt more disgusted. I've never gone through this experience in my 25 years of life. I won't ever be able to trust these packaged foods again from this store or location.

Hello I am writing you a complaint about your 7 eleven stores in Denver, Co . I have had just enough of the lack of customer service skills, the rudeness, the lack of knowledge, and the racist people you have working for the company. I don't understand the bad work ethics I witness . I myself work in retail and there is no way for that type of behavior should be tolerated. I can name about (8) 7 eleven stores in the Metro area that are the worst in the city, I know I'm not the only one who is making a complaint but I would appreciate it if you can get better training for your staff, I understand we are working with the public but we also need to be professional in working with the public.

Disrespectful every time I come to the 7-Eleven There's this one particular person that keeps on harassing me. I was there last night around 11:00pm. It happened at Chapman and Hewes in the city of Orange.
Male Hispanics. Works at night I had a coupon and it would not take it saying they will cost him out of his pocket. Yeah so everything had me to the last straw. That's why am writing a complaint today.
Every time I come into the store yet to see comments, like is that a new girl. Always saying something Unprofessional.
His comments makes me Be in a hostile environment.
I am complaining about customer service I received at one of your locations
I walked into the store to purchase a gallon of milk and was not greeted when I approached the cashier . I was curtious enough to greet them and got no reply. then they asked if I wanted a bag for the milk andni replied that, yes please I would like one. The employee pretty much out the milk and bag and pushed it towards without saying anything. I was nice enough to say have a good day and was now given a reply.
Yet a customer was behind me and was greeted and spoken to without a problem.

On October 8 2018 7 eleven store number #32579 Nappanee st Elkhart Indiana my husband went in to purchase gas when he went to put his chip card in and pin there box was having issues instead of waiting to see if it went through Cashier took his card slid it then handed back he got one receipt we got charged 2 times and they say there not paying for it when it clearly shows on my bank statement what they done the manager tried telling me the bank did it I went straight to bank tcu they said they can't charge me it comes directly from the merchant I've been dealing with this for a week so needless to say they have lost my business

I want to report regarding to the experience of my husband.. He purchased 1 breakfast meal and 1 bacon clubhouse sandwich today Oct 12, 1018 at Bangga Dama, Santa Barbara, Iloilo branch and after purchasing he went to our shop at cabatuan just next town.. And when he arrive there that's the time he eat what he purchased at 7/11 the breakfast Meal is OK but when he bite and eating the bacon clubhouse he saw something first he thought it was a stick but he check it properly it is a feather of a

He rest for some time and He went back at the 7/11 and complained but they said there is no manager and they advise him to go back around 10am..he went back to 7/11 store around 11am here need to close our shop just to meet the manager and when he complaint to the manager the manager just advised to return the 39 pesos that is worth of the clubhouse.. How pathetic it is.. Is this your manager face the complain.. It is inconvenience in our part he need to go back and forth to the store because there is no manager and he need to closed our shop just to complaint and he felt sick for the sandwich he ate that he purchased in your store.. unsafe elements of going into this store location
My complaints are about your store located on Good Hope Road in Washington District of Columbia. The store is very poorly maintained very poorly stocked and the customer service is deplorable at best. I understand the neighborhood is less than savory, nonetheless there's armed PAID SECURITY at this location that in my opinion is getting paid to be part of the problem not the solution. Homeless People Sleeping on the stairs directly in the path of entry, panhandlers CONSTANTLY in front of and inside the store BEGGING and NOONE is addressing the problem. I personally refuse to allow myself or my family to use this location any longer cause its became a very deplorable and dangerous situation. I would greatly appreciate if my concerns are presented to the appropriate Management for review and remedy.

I got gas at 7-11 Murrieta CA. I prepaid $30 with my Visa card. The pump stopped at $.04. they would not reset it. They would not credit my account back for $29.96. the store manager said it will be credited automatically. It has not. No call back. I called corporate. They the the store owner will contact me to get this cleared up. No call. What kind of business are you running. If you don't get this fixed properly I'll take this to the BBB, states complaint Dept.

I was making two purchases at the Vallejo Tennessee Street 7-Eleven. As I slid my second purchase over to be rung up the coffee caught on a sticker on the countertop and Spilled across my first purchase. That purchased included a pack of Rolling Papers which work now soaked with coffee, therefore unusable. As I completed my second purchase I asked the lady behind the counter or a fresh pack sorry that this one was ruined. She gave me a pack after what the manager came over and took them out of my pocket {I'm pretty sure that's a felony} and handed me back the wet pack so you ruined them you bought them they're yours. I replied that I had not yet left the store and would not be sold damaged goods. At this point the manager begins swearing at me called me [censored]ing piece of [censored] that is a direct quote told me he was the owner and demanded that I never come back. This person essentially stoled that pack of papers from me right there on camera. I do not think it is the store policy that if something is damaged within the store that a customer must be forced to either purchase or leave with it as a purchase. This person essentially stole from me the price of of those rolling papers. You and your company owe me not just for the purchase but for the unacceptable treatment and defamation of my character.
moldy food sold to me
Last night after driving for 12 hours straight my fiance and I stopped at a 7-Eleven in Jasper in the early morning hours for a coffee and a snack. We also purchased $100 in gasoline from the location and the attendant sold us cheese bread with pepperoni inside, which we buy all the time from the 7-Eleven near our house. Like I said it was very early in the morning and still dark out and we just grabbed two of these food items off of the shelf, paid and left. When I opened it I realized it smelled funny and turned the interior light of my vehicle on to see that it was covered in mold. This was nauseating and I am not able to go back to store because it is far from my house. I'd really like something to be done about this.
If you buy 'food' at a gas station, you have reached the bottom of evolution, and do not deserve better.

My mom went in and paid $20 on pump 11 for gas. She then went to the pump and it's not working. My mom asked what happened. Donna replied she "just hits buttons on the register. U can pay again or get the hell out of my of My store" mom asked why and wanted an explanation. She ignored her. That was when I started filming the situation...

Went to 7 Eleven on 1042 Patrick st. As I was parking the clerk was at the side of the building was smoking what I assumed was a cigarette. She quickly darted in and I followed shortly to make my purchase. Once inside the store it was quite apparent that it wasn't cigarettes. The stench of marijuana coming off of her was staggering. After I made my purchase, exited and got back in my car she went back out to the side and relit her "cigarette". It was late but what if someone was with their children? Not a good look. (Clerk was white female with reddish gold hair.) Will go to Wawa instead for now on.

On September 25, 2018 I went to local store named above to use ATM machine. Inserted card and followed prompts. After putting in money amount message came up on screen saying transaction was denied. It then said please remove card which I did. This message appeared to be frozen on the screen as I attempted to again insert my card and then removed it. I stood there for a few minutes to see if screen changed and after it did not I went to store manager at the counter and told her what happened. She said the machine was out of money. I left the store and checked my account that I was attempting to withdrawal from and nothing had been deducted at that time. Later in the day when I went to do some online banking I noticed the $400 amount had been deducted. I contacted my bank and they said the transaction was pending but the next day(September 26, 2018) the amount was deducted. I have filed the necessary paperwork with my bank. I went back to store to talk to manager about it and she said it was nothing she could do. I was told that she had a key to machine but she said she did not. My complaint is how can an empty ATM machine deduct money from your bank account. If need be I would like to see your camera to see if this transaction continued after I left the store and someone got my money as this has caused an inconvenience for me.
cashier might be running identity theft
Walked in the 7 eleven on 3rd and Market in San Francisco, to but a pack of cigarettes. The cashier ask me for my ID and appear to swipe it on the other side of the cash register. I have never had any employee of that store ever ask for my ID. He did not ask the customer behind me for his ID. Is it a policy to swipe certain customers ID? I have grey hair in my mustache and over 50. I happen on [protected] at 11:30 pm. If life lock flag anything with in the next 3 month I will have them handle the matter.

Solution: if there is a policy for the cashiers to swipe customers ID please put it in writing.

Today I went in to get a tea to drink and the supervisor that works there was yelled at me because a coworker quit their job and did not have anything to do with it so I told her that I did not say anything about person quitting their job and everyday I come in I get harassed by the supervisor about my job and saying things that are rude and do not want to hear about why I quit my job with 7-11 she has no respect for customers and is ripping people off for not paying overtime money so I decided to quit my job and us still being harassed
