My vehicle Z-55705 Toyota Raize met with an accident on 06-06-2023, the mistake was not mine. I submitted the police report and related documents at Al Futtaim Umm Ramool Office on 08th or 09th. After that, nobody called me and the representative Mr. Waseem was not answering neither my calls nor I got a call back. Later on, upon contacting the Insurance company they told us to get the car to the workshop on July 7th, that means after one month. Again I was not getting any proper response from Al Futtaim workshop nor my calls were answered. On 13th July they informed me that the insurance is still not approved. Why your representatives are not informing the customers in case of such delays from the insurance Company? I spoke to the insurance company to get the approval, and get it done on the same day. Again I received the car with the same condition, not repaired, on 25th July saying that the parts are not available. How can such a big company can do such irresponsible deal with their customers? I took rent a car for these 18 days. If they have to give me the car in the same condition they could have do this on the same day of approval of insurance, and they better know the availability of Parts. They promised after getting the parts only 2 days it will take for the repair. Now Yesterday I got the call for the parts availability and I gave the car today morning. But Now they are asking for one more week for the repair works.. Never thought Toyota will give such a bad service.
Desired outcome: Need a convincing explanation and wants my car to get repaired at the earliest.
