How to begin, When I paid this truck off, the person in your customer service told me that they sent me the tile. Was a lie. It took almost a year after I paid it off to get my title. Then I get a letter dated 3-20-23 that I overpaid by 226.78 and you saw I hadn't cashed the check yet. I called and told them I never received the check. After multiple times calling in about the same check I kept tract of the reference numbers starting with [protected] then after calling in about that reference number a couple of times, they told me the check had been cashed. I asked by who and where. They did not know but opened up a new reference number [protected] to find out. I called and called was promised someone for sure would call me back. Of course like usual that has not happened. I called today got the same run around, I insisted to talk to a manager he put me on an eternal hold. As long as I live I would never ever use Ally again. Your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experience in my 62 years. Wow you really don't care do you?
Desired outcome: Give me my money plus the interest and late payment fees you would have charged me if I didn't pay this 8 months late.
