Amazon B550 not delivered

I bought a motherboard because of the fact that a power supply I bought had killed my old one. So I figured I would buy a replacement and Amazon had guaranteed 2 day delivery. When I bought it, they said it was in stock. Now that I want my money back they are refusing to give me a refund. I was outright refused a refund, despite the fact that I spent a lot of money on my Prime membership plus this part. I did some research and they hadn’t shipped it at all. They stole my money, and are refusing to refund me after they lied the whole way through.

Desired outcome: My refund sent plus a month refund on my Prime membership

Amazon Pest control product that you sell

I ordered a pest control product that you sell, this is not only Hazardous materials in it. This product, on the label it said must be applied by a licensed exterminator. I also have pets and a well. I am not licensed exterminator. How can you ship this product to the general public. I will not ship this back because it is against the law to ship, you need to find a way to pick it up. I am sending a copy of this email to the FDA, Florida state attorney, The U.S attorney general. I will be waiting for your responce, so it can be added to this email. I will not be ignored and will send this email, if I feel you are not. I will also going to keep researching any agency that needs to information. I will also considering releasing this on the internet. The last thing I want is you to refund the money I paid for this product none of this is only fair.

Amazon Delivery instructions and customer service

They ask us to put delivery instructions but the driver cannot see them. I know because the driver showed me his phone and his instructions did not match what is on my amazon account. Because of this drivers are using wrong code to enter building and just give up and leave without delivering item. Happened twice in one week and customer service apologizes but doesn’t fix anything and you cannot talk to rep in America anymore. They gave me a measly $10 credit even though twice in one week they messed up delivery. If I have to spend an hour on the phone for each delivery it would be easier to just go to the store to buy something.

Amazon Home Safe by Tolblid

Defective they only gave me 80% return which makes no sense, had to spend 600 USD to have a professional locksmith open the safe as my passport and other valuables could not be retrieved and now they further inconvenience me with taking a day off from work to wait for PILOT freight to pick it up even though its totally destroyed. I have spent hours on the phone with foreigners that barely understand me.

Desired outcome: Need complete refund to my AMEX card not a Amazon Credit Card, need check for 600 USD to reimburse me for the locksmith. Need confirmation that item will not be needed to be picked up to receive 100% credit.

Amazon HP 17 Laptop Computer

On 05/18/2023, I ordered a HP laptop from Amazon, the transaction was declined because of fraud. My bank said to reorder it, I did. Amazon resubmitted the original order. So, a second laptop was sent out that I didn't know about. I contacted my bank thinking I had a duplicate charge. They reversed the second charge, about a month later my bank put back the second charge. That is when I found out a second computer was sent on 05/24/2023, which I wasn't home, I was in San Francisco watching my daughter graduate. I guess someone had took it from my property. I contacted Amazon, telling them I never received it. The bank, Amazon and the seller, does not want to refund the second computer. So, I am stuck paying $947.00 for something I don't have.

Amazon Refund of a product reversed and they have the product

Amazon gave me a refund for an item I'd sent back. A week or two later, I received an email that what I returned was wrong; that I needed to return the right item or I would be recharged. It was a firestick still in the box.

I called them immediately after receiving the email to discuss with customer service and was told I didn't need to worry, I wouldnt be recharged.

I received a 2nd email as a reminder to return the item. I called again and explained again that I did return the right item and if they think it's wrong, send me back the wrong item. Again I was advised I wouldn't be recharged.

Not so, they recharged me for the firestick and did not return what I sent them.

I found out that they disposed of the item...what ?

Why would they do this if there is a problem. They got rid of the evidence and have not proven the wrong item was sent.

I went back and forth with different CS individuals telling them they cannot charge me and keep the item, but they did, and now I don't have either.

I contacted the BBB and all they did is establish another communication with the company, which went nowhere. They took my money without approval and didn't return my item.

I've called the credit card company and didn't get anywhere with them.

This is so wrong. The item was $33.91, but that's my money. I am a senior on a limited budget and they took advantage of me, not to mention their reps lied.

Desired outcome: I want my money back or the item, they need to figure out where it is.

Amazon Shipping & Product Receipt

I have had several packages that when ordered were to be delivered next day (which is why i ordered them and not the cheaper listing). But the delay of delivery is getting to be rediculous. Then there is the fact that you cannot even call or complain to amazon regarding the delay.

There should be some sort of customer compensation when items are not delivered as promised. And there should be some oversite over USPS shipped items. They get lost and misdelivered all the time. I should not have to wait 24 - 48 hours before I get a refund of items that are late. Why pay for a Prime subscription when you are not getting the 2 day delivery guarantee. Amazon Prime is not worth the cost and it is getting worse day by day.

Desired outcome: Amazon should be accountable for it's delivery delays and mishaps.

I wholeheartedly agree. I received a notice that my package had been dropped at the post office. Since I was out, I stopped to pickup my package that had something I needed that day. I was told by the post office that I couldn’t get my package. They had received it at 7:00 a.m. I stopped at noon. I was told that they didn’t have time to process the pallet. When I walked in, there was no customers. They were standing around talking. When I complained to Amazon, I was told that I needed to talk to my carrier. Amazon is the one that is sending things using smart post. Not UPS. The kicker……..the UPS truck stopped at my home later that day to drop off a different package from Amazon. I cancelled my Prime. I have waited up to a week to receive a package.

Amazon Shipping

Hello There

I placed on order on 7 29 2023, I was told that it would be delivered on 7 30, if I ordered it in the 5 hours and 15 minutes. Well, lo and be hold I just checked on my order and it won't be delivered till the 7 31. This may not sound like a big deal but, this has happened to at least 7 times in the past year and a half. It is getting beyond annoying, why don't they just state that it will take two day to receive my order instead of stating it will be here the next day? Supper Annoying !

Amazon Amazon not delivering order

Dear Amazon Representative; Sony Bravia A90J Oled TV, which I purchased on July 17, 2023, my order numbered " [protected] " was expected to be delivered on July 26, 2023, but the product was not delivered. I bought the product for 41300 TL on Prime Day, but its current price is 56116 TL, so I ordered it I don't want to cancel. At the time I bought the product, Media Markt was selling at an affordable price, I trusted Amazon and preferred to do my shopping from Amazon Turkey, but I am suffering and as of July 30, the price of the product has increased or sold out on all sites. As an Amazon Prime customer, my primary request will be for the order I paid for to be delivered smoothly or for my loss to be covered by Amazon. I hope this situation will be resolved quickly. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and exercise my legal rights, with all due respect.

Amazon Customer service and returns

Good Morning!

I have been an Amazon Prime customer for many years. I was drawn in way back when you had the “Amazon Mom” prime memberships. I have, no doubt, spent thousands of dollars on your website. The ease of use and ease of returning products is what has kept me a customer for all of these years.

More recently, I have had trouble with returns. In the past few months I have experienced two different occasions where I have set up a return using the Amazon website. I requested a UPS pick-up and UPS never attempted a pick up.

Both times that this happened, I spent a lot of time either with your chat support or on the phone with amazon customer service. They would set up a new return each time with a new UPS pick-up request, but UPS never came.

This most recent time, after three conversations with your Amazon customer service, I obtained a UPS tracking number and called UPS to find out what day they would be picking up from my residence.

UPS had absolutely no record of any UPS pick up at the address I gave them nor with the tracking number that was provided with Amazon. They suggested to call Amazon back and get a “pick-up confirmation number”.

I called Amazon customer service again and explained all of the above (yet again). After some time on hold, the agent was unable to find any sort of “pick-up confirmation number” for the UPS pick up that I was told was arranged earlier. She offered to set up a new return and pick-up (for a fourth time).

I declined her offer and now have driven 20 minutes to my local drop off location to return this package.

The entire point of using Amazon was for the ease. This was not at all easy and I really hope that you can rectify this issue soon as I am already hesitant to place more orders on your website.

Amazon Error closing my account([protected]@163.com)

Last month, I registered an account on Amazon in Spain with the email address [protected]@163.com ,. I placed several orders for Xbox Sky controllers during the Prime event, and then my account was suspended. I was asked to submit materials to prove that my credit card was not stolen. I submitted my ID card, proof from my credit card bank account, transaction details, and both sides of the credit card, but it was not used. Afterwards, my account was closed. My account still has gifts worth over 70 euros。

Afterwards, I tried to contact Amazon customer service to apply and submit new proof materials. But every time the customer service says to contact the account specialist, there will be an email notifying me what to do. But I just received emails repeatedly stating that my account has been closed, and there are no other emails telling me how to submit new proof materials. I am very disappointed about this.

Desired outcome: If possible, please provide a channel for appeal so that I can submit new evidence and carefully review my evidence materials.Attached are my proof materials(English or Spanish version)

Amazon non-receipt of order but difficulty in getting refund

I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator from Amazon. It was supposed to arrive the next day, July 27. On that day the status was "delayed in transit", "problem with order", and "returned to sender". Today, I checked the status which was "if you don't receive the item by Sunday, you can request a refund". I called amazon and was told they had to receive the filter back before they would issue a refund. BS. I complained but just got "sorries". Later I called amazon again and was told they would process a refund, but was put on extended holds then connected to a line that was just gibberish.

Desired outcome: An immediate refund of $56

Amazon False information and not honoring chat promise.

I purchased an item that a third-party seller sold and then they cancelled it with no explanation except that they are no longer a seller on Amazon. This is not true since they still have an Amazon Store. I chatted with Amazon and was eventually told to buy the item from a different seller and then once it arrives, contact them back and they will refund the difference. I did this and they refused to refund the difference. I went through several people who were not nice at all, one person said they will charge me a restocking fee and shipping charges. I was transferred to another person who actually hung up on me as he said to call customer service again. Finally, after all this they still refused to honor what is written in my chat transcript and still charged me shipping to return the item. I am extremely disappointed with Amazon.

After all the hassle and lies by amazon I got no resolution at all and had to pay for return shipping. I had only purchased the item because I was instructed to do so and the Manager I was talking to said they can't override the system, but it is done all the time. It is so unlike Amazon's character that I was shocked that they would not honor what one of their employees promised me in writing via the chat transcript. They saw it and still refused to honor it. This, in my opinion, is dishonorable for Amazon not to follow through.

Desired outcome: Honor what I was told or at least refund the shipping charges that I should not have to pay after being lied to by Amazon. They have all my information via my email address. bribig.[protected]@gmail.com

Amazon Kindle ebook

I got locked out my account the young lady tells me that my account can't be unlocked but we can make a new account. I told her I don't want a new account because all of my ebooks are connected to this account. She tells me that they could make a new account with the same email and I can keep my ebooks and purchase history. We make me an new account with my old email. I sign in to my Amazon kindle account and none of my ebooks are there nor purchase history. I tell her she sends me a link to try and sign in to my kindle and it's a link to start a kindle membership.

Desired outcome: I would like my ebooks or a refund.

Amazon Customer Service

I placed an order for a new laptop. It was delivered on 7/7. When I looked at the laptop that was delivered I discovered it was not the item that I ordered. There were no options for me to request that the right item be delivered. My only option was to initiate a return and order the item again in the hopes of getting the right laptop. It has been three weeks since I initiated the return and the tracking says that I will not receive a refund until the middle of August. It is entirely unacceptable for me to be out $1300 for 6 weeks because Amazon made a delivery error. I am appalled at the customer service response.

Desired outcome: Refund my money immediately. Change your policy and make it right when you delivery the WRONG PRODUCT. Do not put the burden of your mistakes on your customers.

Amazon Return a defective machine

Purchased a Beurer machine for back pain (comes with electrodes and brace). Try to use it. One day it worked and tried twice after and it did not work. Going back and for th with the company. they try to help and when they do ity works sometimes. I can't use the machine. It was purchased for a patient that had back surgery and it is impossible to use. It is like new. It is about 3 months out but have been trying to return it. Can't get anyone I wrote to or talk to to do it. Name is : Estelle Beigel

Amazon My account being put on hold due to amazon's mistake.

On or about june 9, 2023, I placed order # [protected]. I had not received it long past the time I was supposed to receive it. I tried to cancel the order. I was then billed 2 times for the item that I had never received. I have been dealing with amazon for almost a month. Amazon would never remove the double charge, even though my bank told me it was amazon's fault. I had no choice but to stop payment on the charges. After all that, I received the item. I had already found the part somewhere else and received it. I sent the item back and have been trying for weeks to get amazon to correct your error. No one in customer service has been any help. I was even turned over to a collection agency! I order many items for my business, have been a very good customer for several years, and do not appreciate being treated like this.

Desired outcome: i would like for amazon to correct this issue and reinstate my account immediately. also, it would be great if amazon could hire customer service people that could actually solve problems.

Amazon Delayed Prime orders, taking 3 weeks.

Purchased the Wlupel Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 400w/33kp, on July 12th. The product is a prime advertised product. Not only is amazon not delivering prime products within 2 days anymore, this product was then to be delivered on July 24th. The day has rolled around and it has now been delayed till July 29th. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and they were no help. Order#: [protected].

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the empty promise of shipment delivery dates for prime members.

Amazon Amazon relay

I am a current owner operator working for amazon. I have not been paid for completed loads. I submitted all required information and they have not responded back. I have emailed [protected]@amazon.com and [protected]@amazon.com. No one has responded on the next steps and how I would get paid. The finance manager Elendra mangal is the one who emailed me. She hasn’t responded either.

I have emailed several people who work within Amazon so they can put me in contact with finance or accounting. Everyone directs me back to the [protected]@amazon where no one responds. I have copies of multiple of emails that was sent

Amazon Delivery

I have reached out to Amazon multiple times in regards to my deliveries. I have CONSTANTLY mentioned how their drivers leave my packages in the driveway, at the gate outside the yard, thrown down my steps and out in the rain (despite there being multiple covered areas in my yard)

I have even bought 4 or 5 different signs (and just bought two more) and put them up every single step of the way to show them where to leave them which is just AT MY BACK DOOR. It's noted on my delivery instructions, surely it's on my account by now and my home is clearly labeled. At this point I have done everything short of neon signs and standing out there and holding their hand to my back step. This is not a big ask, you have to enter my yard from the back already because the front of the house is a busy street so you can't stop there. So they are already half way through the instructions when they show up yet are too lazy to follow through. Anytime I complain they just want to throw money at it - which don't get me wrong, obviously I expect a refund because I'm not paying for something I didn't receive..BUT what I actually want is for the issue to be addressed. Why is it that no matter how many times this is reported amazon does absolutely nothing in terms of accountability or actually addressing the root problem instead of just throwing money at it? My packages have been taken because of this, boxes completely soaked through because they were left in the rain (luckily nothing inside was ruinable by rain but the carrier couldn't have known that) and boxes left ripped and dented from being thrown down the stairs resulting in items inside also being damaged or exploding as a result. The point is I just want my packages delivered to my back door and thats not asking a lot, yet it's like rocket science somehow and I don't have this problem with any other sites I order off of. I report this time and time again and last time I was promised this wasn't going to happen again, that it would be addressed and to "rest assured this will be escalated" yet nobody ever got back to me, my packages were delivered properly once, MAYBE twice and then back to the same old nonsense. In some cases they don't take a proof of delivery photo and I'm convinced it because they don't want to show where they left it. In some of their proof of delivery photos they DO take you can see the sign right there in the photo directly telling them not to leave it there and yet there is the package right there being left where it says not to leave it. If the carriers are lazy- that should be addressed. If they are cutting corners - that should be addressed. If they aren't reading instructions - it should be addressed. If they ARE reading instructions and ignoring them then it should be addressed. Hell , if they just cant read, THAT should be addressed. Their carriers are a direct reflection of them and it's costing them money, would you not fix it instead of just letting it reoccur with zero concquence to the driver ? I spend so much money on Amazon you would think the BARE minimum I could get is the package just delivered to my step for the love of god. My sister is a "prime member" and they leave her packages out in the rain and outside the yard too. What kind of service is that for a "premium" membership you're paying for ? They don't care.
