I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern about the significant delay in the delivery of my passport, which was out for delivery as of the 16th of October according to an SMS I received from VFS.
Despite this, I have yet to receive my passport, and I did not have access to a tracking number until a friend helped me obtain it through WhatsApp. Upon tracking the shipment, I noticed that it has been moving between Sharjah, Dubai, Al Qouz, and even Amman, Jordan, before returning to Al Qouz again.
I am extremely concerned about this delay, as my scheduled travel date is today, and I still do not know the current location of my passport. I also tried to check whether it would be possible to receive it myself, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
Could you kindly clarify who is responsible for this delay, and more importantly, provide me with immediate assistance to locate my passport?
