Shipment of bathroom needs
On 04/16/2020 they took 82.43 out of my checking account and I still do not have my products. If you are smart you will stay away from this co. I will never make another purchase from these inept [censored]s. I have worked very hard all my life so that I could have the important things that are a necessity. Now I am left holding the bag. An empty one to boot. Their website is very easy to put your information in so they can take your money, however it is extremely difficult to log in to check on what is happening to your order. Things are supposed to be easy to handle and I think at 76 years old I do OK. You will have to be a rocket scientist to maneuver around their site. Good luck everyone.

I ordered products on banggood.com and have been very disappointed.
1. They shipped one product to my customer with pieces missing and the product did not look like the photo. I asked for a refund 5 times and they finally agreed to refund less than HALF the price!
2. I got 2 warnings on Amazon that there were 2 products I listed from Banggood that had ownership claims and that Banggood had no legal permission to sell these. I contacted Banggood and they told me they removed one of the products and are not selling it but when I asked for a letter from them to show Amazon they refused to give me one now my account is at risk of deactivation on Amazon.
I would think twice before risking your online accounts and customers by selling this companies products!

Shipping and refunding process
I made a purchase on the websit banggood on january 16th and didn´t receive my order.
I paid $200 for a vaccum cleaner that I never receive.
When I bought the product I paid for a shipping insurance thar suposely guaranteed me that my product will arrive until february 10th and I am still wainting for the product.
I already contact the website that informed me that I have to wait.
I am sendind this message to inform every one that plan to buy from banggood to be aware and to avoid any purchase from this website if possible.
Fully agree - nothing good about Bangbang - only dozens of ads every day via their App and Google don't give their adr

Gooday. I am a first time online buyer. Despite the negative reviews of banggood, I have given them the chance to prove themselves.
However, it's the biggest mistake I have made and will never recommend them to anyone.
I have selected a few items to purchase, after I went to check out, I paid in full and the money was removed immediately from my bank account.
The following day when I logged on, they were going to be shipping the smallest item which was not important.
So when I messaged them, they said that the item was out of stock and I needed to wait almost a month, before they would get stock.
Since then I have had no joy as I'm constantly speaking to a dumb computer. I asked for human assistance, someone sent a mail, and I never heard from them again.
I'm really disappointed, and would like to inform people to beware.
They don't have any direct office numbers or after sales people to assist.
I've seen the products I am looking for, on more trustworthy sites like Amazon, eBay, etc. But since banggood already has my money, I want a full refund, I don't know what to do, or who can help me.
Please can you assist me with getting my refund as soon as possible.

On December 30th, 2019 I made an attempt (order n. [protected]) to purchase a Mi 9 T Pro, but it had the payment denied, although I had credit im my card. The payment method was installment purchase on credit card (6x). The purchase amount was of R$ 1, 846.29 (Brazilian currency) (6x R$ 307.74). The first installment has already been charged. I had already got in touch with Banggood and I was informed that they had already reversed the amounts and I should get in touch with the credit card company. The credit card company asked for a document to prove the reversal of this amount. Since that I have been trying to get this document proving the reversal payment from Banggood but they keep sending the same e-mail with the same authomatic response which doesnot help at all.
All I want is that they me back the amount the credit card has charged me already.

I oreded some bras from banggood corp, It toke longer than it shood to get them . when I did get them they were sized wrong, I am 69-years old I know what size bra I ware, they did not send any way to returne them I can not find a phone number to call them. I purchased a pair of shoe on 01/6/2020, hand haven't gotten them, when I call they said they couldn't be delivered, because of my zip code, I asked them to give me a refund, I signed up by giving my email and passcode, the person helping me asked for the product ID, I gave it and my name, and zip code, he then said he couldn't help me un less I gave he my email. the site Banggod sent me a statement that they have my email. so I am not trusting who I am talking to, Because Bannggood has my information, so I am not trusting the person I am talking to, so I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. I had warned them that I would publish my E-mail between them and me...they did note care about that so here it is BANGGOOD!

Nov 2018, 6 weeks before Christmas I ordered 2 machines to give as gifts to my wife and daughter.
Banggood waited til Dec 15th to ship. They arrived in Feb 2019. So fault 1: no gift for xmas.
On arrival, as expected, I paid customs. One of the 2 machines however couldn't drive an external monitor nor had any audio out.
I complained that they had shipped a broken machine. They told me to get it repaired locally. Over 3 weeks I visited 5 workshops. All refused to touch the machine.
They then instructed me to return it and they would repair it and cover the postage. Realizing there'd be an issue with customs, I contacted the local customs office who instructed me to enclose a copy of the customs receipt along with an explanation to be enclosed when the machine was returned repaired. The customs team would find that and waive the customs fee. An additional explanation of such was inserted into the machine in case Banggood missed it.
Banggood got the machine 6 weeks later and then claimed only if I paid would they repair it; that the faults were warranty issues. I argued that it arrived broken and we then proceeded to debate such for 4 months.
During this time my wife's previous machine failed; I had to buy another 1 locally.
Banggood eventually relented and agreed to fix the machine for no charge.
Then for 8 weeks they claimed they were sending back the machine. It never arrived. Eventually they sent me a DHL reference number.
When I checked it, it showed that the collection had been scheduled but had never taken place. This went on until December 2019 when, the week before xmas, the machine arrived.
However, Banggood didn't include the customs proof of payment, and again I had to pay.
I now have a machine I no longer need; that is worth less as it is a year older. And I'll have to sell it.
I'm out of pocket loads. My computation is:
- Returning the machine 50 EUR
- Extra Customs (because you left out the note) 57 EUR
- Purchasing a 2nd machine because you failed to deliver the first 300 EUR
- Loss of value on the machine you finally delivered me - estimated 100 EUR
When I write them, either Yina (or Giselle, which I doubt are their real names) the say they can't compensate me, no longer recognize that they at promised to pay the postage and instead, offer me a 6% discount or $3 off if I'll buy something else.
Why would I want anything more from Banggood - I've had only heart ache and being out of pocket?
That's where it stands 1 year on.
My recommendation is unsubscribe to Banggood - don't waste your time - you're better off buying locally as you'll sleep better.
They are dishonorable people and painful to interact with.
I find that only by posting to bulletin boards such as this one here, and then forwarding on the links to Banggood, that I get any response. Unfortunately, the response is just more run-around. But apparently, they don't like negative commentary.
redmi airdots wireless headphones
I recently orded Redmi AirDots from your site. The product arrived on monday 23th december on my home adress. Today, when the battery ran out, I put them on charging, but they have not been responding. I never dropped them and they don't have any physical damage. I first thought the problem was in adapter or USB cabel so I tried a diffrent one but it did not respond either. The headphones don't want to charge. I know the light should be turned on while charging, but there is not any. The adapters and USB cabels are 100% correct because I tried them on diffrent devices and they worked. I tried to solve the problem watching YouTube videos cause I saw there were other people with the same problem. Now I cannot use them because the battery ran out and they cannot be charged. Probbably they have a certain error in their hardver. I would be pleased if you sent me another one. Thank you.
