I did a wire transfer using bank of america in baltimore MD johns hopkins branch to my own account in India using SWIFT codes. I was told that india is a slow to pay country and it takes about 3 weeks and no investigations would be don't till then. It has been 2 and a half months and it hasn't gone through. My bank in india has not received any information regarding this from bank of america and the bank of america is not willing to help. Every time i contact them they tell me that they are sending e-mail to the bank in india to find the status and that the money is in india and nothing can be done about it and it is possible that i lose my money. I have no clue as to how to go about it.

Run to your nearest credit union and open an account with them.
My MC card is only 10%, and has been for years.
For $25/year I can get visa for about 7.5%.

Ask around for best credit union.

I have a Bank of America bank account and credit card. The only reason I still have the bank account is I have an overdraft I haven't paid off yet. I barely use the account. I pay $25 monthly for the checking account even though the only use I have for it is to deposit money so I can pay my Bank of America Visa. They don't have a lower cost checking plan. They charge me 23% interest for my $9000 balance because I was one day late two times paying the visa. When I get my finances back in order I will never, ever do business with a company like Bank of America that pays fees before the customer.

Bank of America just jacked up their rates in the middle of a billing cycle. When they did so they also made the interest increase retroactive to past purchase we were still paying off. Not sure this is even legal. Since when purchased made they made with an agreed upon interest rate and now they have almost doubled that. Plus to be honest, their in bank customer service is the worst. Not the fault of the tellers, there just aren't ever enough employees around to do the job. 20 minutes in line to get a bank draft is ridiculous.

5 years ago I had some unauthorized charges on my BoA Credit Card. They contacted me before I ever saw a statement because the charges went over my credit limit. I asked to cancel the card and negotiated terms to pay off the card over three years and had them automatically deduct the payments from my checking account (with another bank). I never received a statement from BoA over this time but I kept track of the payments through my bank statements.
After 3 years I get a call from a BoA rep asking me to renew the payments. I was surprised and asked the rep for a balance due and was given an amount that would take several more years to pay. Due to my lack of diligence I could provide nothing in writing that showed I had originally agreed to pay the debt in three years time. The rep was discourteous and not very helpful but when I refused to authorize any more payments I eventually convinced her that I needed to speak with someone else. A very friendly and persuasive bank rep called (I'm sure that's why he has the job) and he convinced me that I had misunderstood the original terms from three years ago and we set up another payment schedule that would pay the debt off in three more years. The new payments were 3x's as much but I just wanted to get it over with and gave him my fax number and requested confirmation of our agreement via mail and fax and also monthly statements, and I received none of these. However, I was still able to track payments through withdrawals from my bank account. Yes, I'm too easy going and it is my fault but after a year I renewed the payments via phone and again requested something on paper. Again, I received nothing but they continued to withdraw $ from my account. Then on the 11th and 12th months they withdrew smaller amounts.
I was contacted by an ANGRY rep who wanted to know when I was going to pay the back amount due plus penalties. When I calmly asked why they hadn't withdrawn the correct amount she said that wasn't her concern but I needed to pay the amount due "NOW". And then she asked me to renew my payments for another year. I almost fell over when she told me the total debt was almost the same as it was 2 years ago! Yes, I've been negligent and bear some responsibility for letting it go on this long but something is wrong and I tried to get her to transfer me to someone that could answer my questions because she said she couldn't.
After 5 years I'd had enough and refused to renew payments until someone that could provide answers contacted me. The rep asked when I could be available and I gave her a date and a time to contact me. For the first time in 5 years I was prepared, I had 5 years of statements, dates and handwritten notes but I never received a call. After 30 minutes I called their customer service number but nobody knew what I was talking about. After 45 minutes of being put on hold and being transferred several times by impatient BoA employees I gave up. Then after two months I received a call from a collection agency which didn't go well because I refused to pay anything until someone could tell me where my payments had gone and I told them I would see them in court. After a week of calls (to my workplace) they gave up and I didn't hear from anyone for two more months when another collection agency, NES out of Ohio, contacted me about settling the debt. Well, that was yesterday and I've paid the current debt in full, $1100 more than the original amount owed. Where have my 5 years of payments gone and why did I never receive anything in writing from BoA?
Don't trust their reps and get it in writing because a verbal agreement is worthless. The reps (follow up callers, not the rude initial callers) tell you what you want to hear just to get more money out of you. Also, sometime over the past couple of years BoA bumped my interest rate to 22%, I never knew that because I never received a statement from them. My agreed upon payments weren't even keeping up with the interest charges!
I'll never get my money back but hopefully someone will read this and it will convince them to get their credit card through someone else. Or better yet, don't use a credit card at all.

About a year ago my wife went to put gas in her car and her ATM card wouldn't read at the pump so she went inside and the clerk told her to go ahead and pump her gas and he would run her card when done. She filled the tank and returned inside to pay, the clerk ran the card and then angerly stated this card is no good, what are you trying to pull. Not sure why her card wasn't working knowing she had plenty of money in the bank she offered him a credit card. He refused it saying she was trying to rip him off and he wanted cash. She told him she didn't have any cash and offered him her drivers license to hold and she would go to the bank and get money. He said " your drivers license is probably fake too, you will not leave until you pay". Now scared she called me and I went to the gas station and paid him in cash. She imediately went home and called Bank of America to find out why her card didn't work. They told her that a business she used her card at had been compromised and for her security they cancelled her card and will be sending her a new one. So we figured OK we will get over it, thinking it wouldn't happen again.
Well fast forward to a week ago, we are vacationing in Hawaii. We pay for the plane tickets, the condo rental, groceries etc. with no problem. Then halfway through the trip she goes to make a purchase and the clerk rudely states your card is no good. Thinking maybe the salt water had ruined the card she goes to the closest bank to withdraw cash and the teller once again rudely states this card is no good and procedes to call the next customer before my wife can even respond. She returns to the condo and calls Bank of America, they tell her they cancelled the card because of suspicious activity. What activity she asks, There are several large purchases in Hawaii. I'm vacationing in Hawaii she responds. Oh well that explains it, I will reactivate your card. So we think all is well. The next day she goes to use it and guess what same thing. She calls them back and know they tell her we can't reactivate a card once it's deactivated we will mail you a new one. I'm in Hawaii she responds. Sorry that's all we can do, they reply. So I am stranded in Hawaii with no money she tells them. Once again sorry, we'll mail mail you a new one. Luckily I had cards with another bank and we went on with our vacation but this could of ruined a very expensive vacation and left us stranded thousands of miles from home. The ridiculous thing is they told her you need to call us before you travel so this doesn't happen. This is our third trip to Hawaii using the same card, never had a problem before. On top of all this we just got home and she checks her account online which is suppose to have email alerts for suspicious activity and there is nothing. Apparently they will shut of your card with absolutely no notice, then tell you sorry nothing we can do about it. We will be swithing to a new bank.

I banked at Countrywide for years with no problems. Not by my choice, accounts got moved to B of A. I went to a branch in LA area to transfer money between 2 accounts. A counter teller did not know what to do, "Please have a seat and wait for someone" OK> After 10 minutes, another woman told me they will mail me a cashier's check to deposit to another account. I told her that does not sound right. Her response, word to word: "I did not have to come out of my office to help you. I could just let you sit in that chair." I'm taking out my $. I never want to set a foot in B of A branch. They are so rude. I'll tell my friends.

On 9/29/2017 I went to the Bank of America branch on Providence Rd. in Charlotte, NC to deposit my husband's long awaited unemployment money. The money had come in the form of a NC eppicard/debit card. My husband and I share a checking account at BofA. In order to use the card to pay bills we needed to get the money on the card into our accounts. The teller asked for my ID and BofA debit card. She had me call the eppicard to find out the exact balance; which I did in front of her. She took the eppicard and left the counter; no details were given as to how she was going to deposit the money from the eppicard. She returned a few minutes later and handed me a receipt. Before I stepped away she stopped and said she had just noticed that the name on the eppicard wasn't mine. I confirmed it was my husband's and that I was depositing it into our joint account. She then told me she had not yet deposited the money but had done a cash advance for the full balance instead. She then became very belligerent. She took the receipt she had given me back and left the counter again. After quite a while I saw her at another counter. I approached her to find out what was going on and she said she was going to reverse the advance. I told her not to but to ask for the manager instead. While I was waiting I saw another woman approach her and the two of them huddled at another counter for a while. Afterwards they approached me, handed me the eppicard and said the whole transaction had been reversed and told me they would have nothing else to do with it.

It is now 10/4 and the balance on the eppicard is still zero. Both my husband and I have tried numerous avenues to get Bank of America to tell us what happened to our money but they refuse. They contend that now it's a problem between us and the eppicard.

My contention is that if they were not authorized to do a cash advance in the first place they should not have done it. This was their first error. They tried to make the error disappear by reversing the transaction and washing their hands of the whole thing. However, the money has not been returned to the eppicard. The last transaction shown on the eppicard was the cash advance. Where is the money? Since they were the last people who held the money it was their responsibility to make sure they gave it back. Bottom line, we are out our money and the last people to have it just won't cooperate in any way to find out what happened to it. Any suggestions?

Yes, they, Bank of America, screwed me too! I opened the account, was given a temp bank card, temp checks, a BIG WELCOME package and told to make sure I activated my new card at their ATM before leaving. Well, now I am magically overdrawn by $65 on a $50 deposit that I had only withdrew $20 at their ATM to activate the card and drove across the street and put $20 in my gas tank.
HOW IN THE HELL IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Is this how they are trying to repay the BILLIONS they STOLE from the TAXPAYERS?

UNDISCLOSED Research Fees?

I am going to report them to everybody who will listen, FTC, Federal Banking Commission, I am even going to contact every fricken NEWS channel who will listen!

DO NOT GO TO BANK OF AMERICA! YOU WILL LOSE!

After moving to Virginia from Ohio, we opened a checking/"keep the change" savings account with Bank of America. Nothing but problems from the get go...! My first payroll check was held for 1 week (all but $100)...no one told me that would happen when I opened acct. Apparently since it was drawn on another bank..that is why. Ridiculous! I was told this would only happen once...hah..it happened again, and again. My fiance' received his bank card 1 day prior to going out of state for training for his new job. Used the card once, then when trying to use his card to pay for his meal, declined! He called customer service and they told him it had been blocked, due to suspicion of fraud. No one bother to call him or I. They would not fix the problem...he used the $50 he had on him to pay for his meal and was left with no money for 3 days. This was a temp card til he received his actual card...in a week. I find that when you make deposits, (other than cash), they hold those deposits til 9 am the next day...the funds are added into your available balance...as a pending transaction. Which in turn you can still use your debit card...but they will let those transactions go throught 1st, therefore possibly causing an OD on your acct, before deposit is acutally posted. So, if you didn't have enough in acct. prior to that deposit...you will get charged OD fees and more fees on top of that. Kind of tricky if you ask me...and trust me...we have had many OD fees credited back due to trying to hold my paychecks for 1 week, when they shouldn't. They also try to keep me from cashing my paycheck as well...the excuse is "It won't let us cash it" or "you will have to deposit it then do a less cash received"...this way it does not credit right away...but yet you can still use your debit card on that pending deposit and rack up fees. The bank also charged us a $10 fee for them transferring money from my savings to checking in order to cover a transaction coming through. Seriously?! They charge you for them to do their job...amazing! Customer service at the branch I utilize and opened my account at, is the most unorganized and if you go in and ask the same question to 4 different people, the answer will be different each time. We have dealt with the VP since all of this has happened...she has seen our frustration and has helped us out...but unfortunately when she fixes one problem...one or two more come up. We have given them many chances and we have decided to move on. We were warned before we opened an account with them and we should have listened...so for any of you want to bank with them...please think seriously before you act. Oh and just to let you know Bank of America managed to NOT pay their taxes last year...hmmmm? Mind you we have only had this account for a little over 30 days...and too many problems in that short of time if you ask me. If you decide to bank with...make sure they inform you of EVERYTHING as far as their policies on new accounts...because there was a lot of information that we didn't get...and a lot more policies that came up as we went...who knows which ones are right though. Different CSRs give you different answers.

I am getting married in October 2017. I have been preparing financially by moving debt around and paying off as I should. I have never been late on a payment and I have been a loyal Bank of America customer with two credit cards, a checking account and an auto loan with them. I recently was helping out my sister with her debt so I had taken it onto my initial Bank of America platinum credit card. To align my debt properly I moved her debt to a different credit card company with my parents and moved my debt to a new Bank of America Cash rewards card (second card). In the process of the balance transfers I had asked Lisa Bird (approximately a week before I post this) to swap the credit lines on my credit cards. Not only did she not swap the credit lines specifically stating that I had debt on the platinum Visa - which I had demonstrated to her that was in the process of being moved - but she called out for both of my credit lines to be lowered! I received the letters today April 21, 2017 of these actions; with no notice on the phone conversation with her. This was obviously infuriating and detrimental to my financial position, both long term (mortgage loan when married) and short term (wedding expenses). I was capped out because of Lisa Bird's failure to pay attention to details. Moreover, I was approved not even a month before for the Cash Rewards credit card for that limit, and now all of a sudden WITH LESS DEBT I had become liability? Today I called Courtney from Phoenix Bank of America and she was very helpful even after my ill choice of words. She was able to help but not put me in the position I once was and more importantly, should be in. If anything, I should have an even higher credit limit for controlling my debt properly (and of course having a high credit score and being a good customer).

As a side note, a separate online chat involving a salesperson Sara was chock full of misinformation about authorized users and credit scores. The same type of misinformation that could lead to very serious credit issues.

I will not rest until I am back to par.

IM FURIOUS! Well I didnt want to open an account with this bank in the first place, but the lady said she could open a student checking account and absolutely get me a credit card even though i have never had credit, i then informed her that i would use this account for direct deposit. She said go ahead and give you payroll department a blank check. Sounds easy... Dont think so. As i woke up friday and checked my bank account to my surprise there was no money in my account. So I called customer service and the lady told me that since florida is soooooo over populated they have to issue a separate routing number for direct deposit. WHY? WHY? This is the only bank that does this in florida! Because they are scam artist! Long story short they still havnt given me my money and its been 4 days. ALLLLLL because this didnt give me the correct routing number! and customer service is like "we apologize" well so do i because when im through with this someone will be unemployed! What a great bank!

I've experienced one of most horrible customer service after calling the Bank of America (BofA) toll free number. The rep made jokes about the payment I sent the previous month to pay a credit card balance that BofA never credited to my account, plus posted a $39 late fee. He said that live was though and should get over and send a "good" check.

In September, I sent 3 checks to pay my credit card balance (never missed a payment either with them or any other bank). I received a letter stating that they could not honor one of the checks because it was a cash advanced check issued by a financial institution from the same FIA group, what I understand. But, one of checks was a personal check for $8, 000 from my checking account (with more than enough funds to cover it) and the other was another cash advance check from another financial institution. Even though the fact that I sent 2 cash advance checks may have sent the wrong message, I don't have any balance at all on those accounts and was trying to lower my over all interest with a couple of offers, since BofA had recently increased to an insane 17.9%.

We have been making partial payments on our home loan with Bank of America, due to layoffs and lack of work due to the economy. We recently spoke to a customer rep. informing the that our financial situation had inproved and that we could increase our payment at which time the representative we got did not speak ENGLISH very well at all. He kept saying reinstatement. A few days later we were contacted by another BofA representative inquiring when payment could be expected, a week from the day was agreed He gave us a new amount to pay $1, 348.13 to be Western Union transferred. We sent the amount that we were told on the 17th and on the 24th we received a phone call that our payment was declined, the representative was very informative, more information was given to us by her than any other representative we have spoke to loud and clear she let us know that they will not accept any payments until a full payment of 14, 515.13 our records show that your house is in FORECLOSURE. Just when our financial situation started to improve and we have consistently made payments, not full payments, they want to foreclose on a house we have been paying on for 18years! How does a person sleep at night!

I have had a credit card with Bank of America for several years with no problem. Recently, my interest rate was increased with a credit line of $21, 500, plus large minimum payments. When I received my September statement, I paid it off in the full amount which was posted to my account 2 days before the due date. I just received an October statement charging me periodic finance charge of $42.76. I called customer service, was on hold for at least 10 minutes, then transferred to a customer "manager" who spoke with a strong accent that I was unable to understand and had to ask him to slow down and speak more clearly. He said the finance charges were because I had not paid the account in full the previous month? I do not understand this, it's probably written in the small print of the massive "terms" that I was too ignorant to understand in the first place. I'm going to send them my $46.76 but I can promise them, I will never use their credit card again and I will tell as many people as I can about my experience with Bank of America. What they have done, is totally unethical. Isn't it nice the bailout money was given to them so they could stay in business and continue to take advantage of their customers. I hope there are enough customers taking their business somewhere else that it will make an impact.

On Nov. 2, 2017 our home caught fire. our insurance company was very fast in getting our check for the damages done to our house. since we still pay a mortgage we had to send to check to bank of america so they could endorse the check as well. we called for a week straight to find out what needed to be done. we talked to a different person everytime and got a different story everytime. their employees from there floor supervisors to the little people are rude and inconsiderate. they are ###s. Bank of america is refusing to release our check that in all legal rights belong to me and my husband. they want us to pay out of pocket for the repairs. i think they owners need to get off their butts and either train their people better or hire some body different. all you get when you deal with bank of america is the run around and a different story everytime.

They will NOT make out a check to you. Insurance makes the check to BOA. BOA pays to have house fixed. The only check you would get is for your personal property. The reason they will not give it to you is the house has to be fixed/rebuilt. They are not allowed to just pay off the mortgage with it and leave you with a half burnt house.

Bank of America reduced my credit lines to $5K from $55K even though I called them to straighten out a mistake made in a balance transfer from another bank and they said they would restore the credit line.

Banks measure credit line by using amount of available vs. outstanding credit. Now we will have a never ending cycle of credit card limit deductions, each justified by the previous one.

I spent an hour with the bank explaining it the first time. They agreed to correct it, and now it is 10x worse than before.

Unless they resolve this satisfactorily, I will never do banking with Bank of America again.

Bank of america sold (?) our mortgage to bac. soon thereafter received a letter stating that we had to have flood insurance or secure a letter of map amendment (loma) from fema.

long story short, after jumping thru all of fema's hoops and many dollars later, we received certified loma and sent it to bac flood dispute dept.in early april. the only phone number provided was to insurance dept. which I have called frequently. the loan dispute dept. has no telephone or email. thus they cannot be contacted. supervisors in insurance dept. do not accept incoming calls. the representative have to email supervisors to request they call the consumer. the supervisors do not call. there is no website for bac! one must wonder if this a legitimate company. and, further, when you call the insurance dept. number, the recorded voice simply says 'thank you for calling insurance dept'... no mention of bac!

I have a mortgage with Bank of America. I originally purchased my home with my bf. We split, and I did a qualified assumption, releasing him of all liability, and re-closed on my home. Three years later, Bank of America reverted my mortgage back to it's original state, with my ex boyfriend on it! They have no explanation and their customer service was horredous. I am suing them, as I dont have a accurate account or mortgage right now.
Check your mortgage. I would not even of known this if I didnt go online and try to pay my mortgage. I found I was locked out because it was under my ex's name and identity.
Bank of America needs to get shut down!

I took us almost a year from time of listing our old home last year in May 2017 to go to settlement. We found our dream house in January 2017 and then found out it was a short sale (I wanted no parts of a SS!). However... it really is our DREAM house so we made an offer and signed contract of sale 1/22/2017 putting $10, 000 into escrow. We know the market very well and offered a very fair price... not a lowball offer... and it was based on local comps. GMAC was the first mortgage holder. They agreed to the sale right away. Turns out that the second mortgage holder was Bank of America...you can guess the rest. Like Whitney, we have been in limbo the past 4 months. We went ahead and closed on our old home 3/31/10 and moved into "corporate housing" locally. Corporate housing is where they charge you double for a month-to-month lease. We did this for several reasons: 1) allow the sale to go through on our old house, and 2) have a place to stay while BOA goes through their dance. We found out today that they want to close on 7/8/10...one week after the $6500 tax credit expires! So far, we are on the hook for $3000 for 3/4 pt to extend our mortgage rate lock (5.125%) ANOTHER 30 days, $3500 in storage carrying costs for our worldly goods, $1500 for the "extra" move (because we will have to move twice), will lose out on our deductions at next year's tax season since we're not paying mortgage interest for past few months, not to mention the pain of living in a tiny apartment while waiting for our new digs which will be an amazing 4 times the size. We're living in limbo and ask ourselves everyday why BOA has to treat nice normal buyers, who are paying fair market price in our area for this house, with such indifference. We are not the Seller. We did not make this frivolous loan of $150, 000 (second mortgage) on top of a massive first mortgage (yes, the internet has amazing info available if you dig a little!) to someone who was overextended. The Seller is a nice man caught in a bind, and we are the solution for him. At this point, we are waiting to hear back from the Listing Agent if BOA will budge on settlement date. The house does need some work and the $6500 would really come in handy for the repairs.

In Nov of 2017, I started the Home Affordable Modification trial period and was told by a BAC rep "Do not make the November mortgage payment and in 3 months I would get a packet in the mail." During the next three months I called in from time to time to check on the status and to see if anything else was needed on my behalf and was given the same answer every time 'WAIT FOR THE PACKET IN THE MAIL." I should have received my packet in January and I did not. I called to see what was going on and still could not get any pertinent information, but yet again, "wait for the packet in the mail." I did not receive this packet until about March 13th 2017 requesting needed information that also stated I return the packet by Nov. 1, 2017. Based on BAC files and dates given in letters, I was late before I even received any notice. I called to find out about the date discrepancy and was told it was ok. I then submitted the requested information. Once again waiting and being told to wait for packet in mail. Now it's May 1, 2017 and I get another letter asking for additional information and telling me I have till May 30th 2017 to respond. Ok, now I finally got a time line that is correct and thought things were on the right track...NO. After looking into what was requested of me and determining none of it applied to me, I then called on May 10, 2017 to find out what I was supposed to do and was told to fax or Fed-ex letter stating that none of what was requested pertained to me and the supporting facts. When I get home that night I find a new package, mind you only 8 days after I received the last additional request that was due by May 30th, telling me that do to not providing BAC with the documents requested my request was incomplete. Are you kidding me, I have gone out of my way to ensure BAC had everything they needed in a timely fashion. Yet BAC can not get there dates correct and its apparently my fault! I faxed the Letter the next day (5/11/10) also asking that I be contacted by someone who knows whats going on and actually has a clue! It is now May 17th 2017 and I have yet to get any answers as to what is going on and still no phone call. BAC is setting me up for failure and I am not going to stand here and let it continue!

I got a withdrawal fee on my savings account last month. When I called BOFA, they told me that the Federal Government had a limit on how many withdrawals you could make a month. They told me it was three including ATM withdrawals. I went to the banking regulation site and in actuality, the number of withdrawals or transfers you can make per statement period is SIX and ATM withdrawals are exempt! I called BOFA back and the customer service rep again tried to blame it on Federal Regulations. He then read it to me and I pointed out the errors. He finally admitted that the policy was Bank of America 's. I felt that I was lied to and I resented the fact that after 20 years of banking with BOFA that they would start nickel and diming me over what they considered "excessive withdrawals" - more than three a statement period. I took my money out of my savings and am currently looking for a bank that adheres to the Federal Regulations of six withdrawals with AMT withdrawals exempt. Shame on you, Bank of America!

After discovering what was originally involved in my loan process, I immediately called ( Countrywide) at the time in an attempt to refinance. Please keep in mind that I had a credit rating of 825 and was operating a solvent business...I had no problem making the payment, but I saw there would be a problem with the loan in the future. I was ready, willing and able to refinance. I had no bad debts at the time...This was early 2017... They refused to refinance because they had decided that the upscale area of Olde Naples Fl. would be a " high risk" area.. This despite the fact that it is one of the best real estate investment that one could make. They told me that if I could pay another 25% down in addition to my years of having paid on the loan ( 7) and never being late on a payment ...and then they could consider a refinancing... This of course, would have headed off any future problems.

Fast forward to the economic crisis... My company is struggling and on the brink of going under. I have let everything go except the mortgage... i have tried consistently for two years to find a solution w/ Countrywide and then B of A... I was completely and utterly exasperated... they would not even look at a loan modification ...
I was told on 4 separate occasions that if I wanted anyone to even speak to me about a loan modification that I would have to be at least 90 days late on a payment before they would even take the information for a loan mod.
Subsequently, I said... all right... I am going to let the payments go 90 days .. They warned me my credit would be affected, but at that point, it was a moot point because my credit ( for the first time in my life) had already been decimated.
I then proceeded to put in a call weekly attempting to apply for a loan modification. Please keep in mind, that during these 3 -4 months, I never received a call from them - I never received any kind of a late notice - and I was never contacted by either the collection or the loan modification depts. Actually, I was never contacted at all regarding ANYTHING despite the fact that I called weekly... Suddenly, I speak to another one of the thousand's of reps that have " no information" and they tell me that my home had been turned over to their attorney's for foreclosure process. I absolutely erupted... i demanded their attorney's name & phone number and all the information. They gave me the numbers and said that a letter had been sent out the previous month ( January) that said there might be a variety of possible actions...I never received any letter at all at any time...
I call the attorney.. They tell me that no letter had ever been sent to me because my house had been submitted for foreclosure but they were told not to proceed the next day - so my house was not being processed for foreclosure. They had no idea why .. they assumed that B of A wanted to see if I wanted to work something out.

I called B of A back and gave them THEIR information ( that they didn't have)... I had just listened to three people telling me that I would have to go down to the courthouse and see when the sale date was...
NOW, they tell me that I can apply for the loan modification process and that they would take the information on all my bills etc.. on a monthly basis and income etc... I gave them every bit of information and asked what the process was and how I should proceed. They told me I would be contacted by a " negotiator" once someone had been assigned the case. At that point, they would speak to me and send out a packet of information. I called back every week to see where the process was... Each time, I was told something slightly different but that I was pre -approved and should wait to receive the packet of information to fill out. Please keep in mind that I called weekly attempting to get a negotiator's name or a phone number that I could call and follow up with... Their reply: There was no way to contact them or any direct phone number until it had been assigned...

TODAY, I WAS SERVED A NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE...after being told one week ago that the loan modification application had not yet been processed and that they were running 45 days late...I called their attorney immediately and left a message. Coincidentally, I receive my FIRST message from B of A's mortgage dept...I call them back and the rep says that oh yes, it was in foreclosure but it hadn't gone to sale.. I was livid and asked what had happened to the loan modification application.. She said that it had been denied in february...? I hadn't even given them them information until April...
I then asked her why none of them had this information the last 5 months and why hadn't they shared this essential information. She said that she had no idea, but that it was clearly on my record !
I asked what happened to my loan mod application and she replied that they had records of all of my telephone calls, but that I had NEVER GIVEN THEM THE INFORMATION... Not only had I given them the information but I called back three times to review it and check the status. I had all dates and representatives names...AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE INFORMATION and thus, they just proceeded with a foreclosure notice at which time... they now saw fit to finally contact me to attempt to "work something out"
HUHHHHHHHHHHH? Their suggestion was that I should make the payments and make a larger payment every month to make up the $$$ from the missed mortgage payments...I said why would I believe that she was telling me anything more legitimate than anyone else had for the last 2 years...My guess would be they would attempt to get those payments and proceed with foreclosure anyway...and anyway... if I could afford THAT .. I would have made the other payments!

After an hour of heated discussion - she took all the financial information that I had ALREADY GIVEN THEM 3 TIMES and promised to have a manager call me back in 48 hours to attempt to do see what they could do... She also said she would stay on top of the acct and call if someone did not contact me within 48 hrs...
I am sure that they will have nothing available that I suggested ( reduced overall balance )- reduced payments for a period of time...pay over a longer period of time...etc...and that they will proceed with foreclosure.

If there is anyone that would like to get a class action suit against B of A mortgage division, please let me know. They have indulged in fraudulent practices, they have instructed consumers to miss payments for 90 days leading them to believe they could work out a loan modification when they were simply going to proceed with foreclosure and attempt to get more money out of the consumers...They take down information with absolutely no intention of doing anything with it and scam the consumer...

I am at the point that I honestly believe that everyone should walk away from these banks that will not work with the consumers in a reasonable manner. It is the only way to force them into having to actually do what they " promised" Congress they would be doing. I do not know one person who has been successful in getting a loan modification... DOES ANYONE ?

Please reply of you have ever experience anything remotely similar to this?

Thank you all for your patience and consideration...

Sincerely,
JK

My Dr. took me out of work because I became ill, Cigna the Disability carrier for the company that I worked for, refused to pay my disability claim so I was left without any Income at all… So I called Bank of America and asked about a loan modification, one of their agents told what materials to gather and fax them to Bank of America’s Modification Department which I did… About 4 days later I received a letter form Bank of America saying congratulations on taking the 1st step in saving your home… The next time I hear from Bank of America it’s from their Collections Department and trying to get in touch with them is virtually impossible… When I did, they informed me that I did qualify for their Modification Program and that is 7 to 10 days I would receive a package by FedEx with the paperwork to fill out and return to BAC… Well now my home is scheduled for a Trustee Sale in July and it’s been a month and I have still not received to FedEx package… I have lost my vehicle, and now I’m afraid I will lose my home, my Domestic Partner and I are both disabled and she suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, she had her back fused and I have Diabetes, High Blood Pressure which both are out of control, I also have PAD a bad left shoulder and arm, and suffer with a Panic Disorder… Bank of America doesn’t care about nothing but their Millions in Profits that they make every year…

All the health info isnt needed to prove what jerks BoA is...we allll know what idiots they are. Posting the pic is quite an add on too I must say. You certainly have a flare for the drama.
FYI...nothing you listed is just cause for you not to be gainfully employed.
Your diabetes being out of control is YOUR problem...take care of it and dont look to blame others for it.
Panic disorder ay? Probably what got you disability too isnt it?
Its no damn wonder that the hard working people like me and the thousands of others that read these sites are fed up with people like YOU! We work hard and pay our bills and yet get penalized with higher interest rates etc to cover for people like you who run up bills and then flake off and claim disability ! Sheeeeesh you irritate me and every other hard working American

Just like everyone else, Bank of America is inconsiderate and doesn't own up to its own mistakes. My fees were much less than most people, but it's the principle of the things that really gets me.

I was signed up for automatic payments on 2 credit cards for six months, and suddenly for some inexplicable reason, the payments didn't go through this month. I didn't find out until two weeks after they were due because I was so busy with everything else. I called and the woman *said* she fixed it--had me pay this month AND next month's payments on both cards (ouch), as well as removed the late fees. Alright, fine. But of course a few days later I check my account and the late fees were never removed. So I emailed BOA and whoever responded thankfully removed the two $40 charges (I hardly make any money with my job, so 80 bucks is a lot). He said to "Please remember that this adjustment is a courtesy, and may not be waived in the future." So I emailed them back to make a point—that it was NOT my fault and the fees were NOT applied correctly. I said they should not penalize customers for relying on a service that they provide and promote. He responded with, “We understand your concern. Please note that our system shows that the late payment fee was correctly assessed and because of your great history we remove it as a courtesy. Allow us to inform you that we use the word courtesy since the fee was applied correctly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.” The two emails were responded by two different people, naturally.

How as the fee applied correctly when I had automatic payments? That's BOA's responsibility, not mine. And they should have informed me that my payments did not go through if they can see I have signed up for automatic payments. I’ve never been late or skipped a payment before in the years I’ve been using a credit card. When I pay off these cards, I’ll do my best to never use them if I can help it, or switch to a different bank.

Company phone = [protected]
Incident = In February 2017 I contacted my mortgage lender Bank of America about their Making Homes Affordable Program in which I was solicited via the internet. I did call and inquire but was told I did not qualify. About 6 weeks later I receive a FED-EX package about the program. I called Bank of America and was told the documents were sent by mistake and to "toss them in the trash." That is exactly what I did.

On June 4, 2017 I noticed that $199.16 was missing out of my checking account. After looking through my bank statement my fixed rate mortgage had jumped from $424.17 to $523.75 in May of 2017.

I contacted Bank of America and was told "this is your new payment as we opened an escrow account to pay your property taxes and insurance for the Making Homes Affordable Program. I explained to 7 people over a 2 hour time period that I was not eligible for the program, never signed any documents nor submitted an application and have paid my own taxes and insurance outside of the loan since I first purchased the property.

The bank did admit that I did not qualify for the program but the escrow account had been set up and it could "never be terminated." "You will have to just live with it Mr Russell the rep explained." I told her my taxes are $199 a year and my yearly insurance is $250 but your withholding almost 1, 200 a year? Response: "well at the end of the 27 years we will refund you the difference". I then informed her that Bank of America fraudulently changed the terms and conditions of my loan without permission, my knowledge, or any signed documents. Response we do this all the time its perfectly legal for us to withhold for your taxes and Insurance. I stated my taxes are paid to date and so is my insurance, you cant legally raise my mortgage!

I explained to the representative that I may not even be able to pay my mortgage next month as Bank of America has funneled out $199.16 out of my checking account due to the "increase in my mortgage." Well Mr. Russell if you don't pay your mortgage, we will simply have to foreclose on you and have the Sheriff remove you." I explained to her I have a limited amount of money and pay my property taxes each year with a small bonus check I receive from work, my insurance is paid in small increments monthly and I cant afford a $100 monthly increase in my mortgage. The representative then hung up.

I called Bank of America back and basically was told pretty much the same thing after speaking with 4 more people and a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that he could "try to opt me out of the program"(could take months) you know the program I did not qualify for, and never returned any documents or applications I stated. He said yes sir that one. I demanded my $199 back (1/2 of next months mortgage payment) that Bank of America had fraudulently removed from my bank account via auto-pay. The authorization was only for $424.17 a month not $523.75 Response: its not possible Mr. Russell. Because of Bank of America fraudulently increasing my mortgage and illegally withdrawing more than agreed upon I'm sure I will have overdraft fees as I only have $9.00 left in my account.

It is quite apparent that Bank of America is committing blatant fraud in order to account for the TARP money they have received. If you are wondering why their numbers have increased by 70% in one month, allegedly enrolling more people in the Making Homes Affordable Program? This is how their doing it. I no doubt will loose my home as I will never be able to catch up or pay the higher unlawful increase in my mortgage. Mortgage loan # 8709XXX Did I mention my taxes, insurance, and loan payments have never been late!
Damage Resulting = My end up loosing my home.

I am posting this to hopefully shead some light on what a lot of American's are facing. I purchased my home in 2017 and have made my payments on time every month. I went through a divorce and took on the entire house to keep it from going into foreclosure back in 2017. In July of 2017 I was laid off from my job. The day I was let go I called BOA and explained to them that I would need help as my savings would only carry me a few months with no income. I started the Making Homes Affordable program at that time. Since that time I have been nothing to lied to, confused, and been given the run around. I have been told literally everytime I have called "Oh well the person you spoke to last didn't do it right or know what they were talking about." When I called in December to follow up, since the promised package never showed up, I was told that my house went into foreclosure on October 22...which happens to be my birthday. But yet I was never notified and they could not tell me when I needed to be out. Then in the begining of Feb the promised package with the 3 month trial payment plan showed up ... apparently the house did not go into foreclosure. So I made my 3 month trial payments. Then at the end of May I received a final package, stating what my new final monthly payment would be and guess what ... it was HIGHER than when I first started this entire thing! MUCH Higher than the 3 month trial payment (which by the way are not placed towards the balance of your loan and it does not appear that you're making payments - so your credit is hurt even more). I was given 5 days ... 5 DAYS to sign the papers and send in the new HIGHER payment. Their goal or what the president wants to be the goal is getting your monthly payment to 33% of your income. They got mine to 70% of my income. So after a year of fighting to save my house, I'm done. I can't take them anymore and I cannot make the higher payment. So here you go BOA ... here's another house to add to the pile of things that are hurting our economy. Do you care? NOPE! Thanks for using our tax dollars that our president put out there to help Americans for your personal gain. Because it's certainly not going to the American people. It's certainly not helping us. Enjoy it because we can't take material things with us when we go and how we act in this life, depends how we live in the next. And I know I tried my best and am a good person. You can't look in the mirror and say the same.

/// Not necessarily. It's easy to say "not overdrawing = no overdraft fees" but in practice it doesn't always work this way. It should, but it doesn't always. Here's my story...

I got paid on a Friday and deposited half of my check into my checking account and the other half into savings. Paid a few bills, bought some groceries and gas. On Saturday afternoon I took a road trip out of state. During the trip, I paid for a hotel room dinner and a few drinks at the hotel's bar. Sunday was breakfast and then the return trip. I filled up the tank and drove home.

I keep a written record of all my debits and after my last gas purchase my ledger showed that I still had $12.67 in my checking account. All of my bills were already paid and I still had half of my paycheck in Savings so I figured I was fine. I checked my account on Monday afternoon and everything was still A-OK.

Tuesday morning I stopped to get gas on my way to work. I knew from my written ledger that I had $12 in checking and since I was in a rush and didn't feel like stopping at an ATM to access my savings, I simply purchased $10 gas (enough to get to work and back). To my surprise, my card was declined. I checked my online account from my phone to find that at some point between Monday evening and Tuesday morning, I had been charged four $35 overdraft fees. I wondered how this could have happened when I kept such detailed records of my weekend charges and had not used the card since. This is where it gets stinky...

It seems that BoA not only held all of my weekend charges in a state of "Processing" even though the money had already been deducted from my account, they also held all of the authorizations ($100 for my hotel room, $1 at one gas station and $2 at 3 others, $1 for each of the 5 times I swiped my card at the hotel bar between Sat and Sun, $1 at the restaurant we ate dinner at on Sat night and $1 at the restaurant we had breakfast at on Sun morning - $114 total). The kicker, though, is that at some point on Monday, BoA finalized the largest charges (my hotel room, dinner and breakfast) but kept the state of the authorization holds related to these charges as "processing". At this point, those charges were finalized, but because the authorization holds were not removed simultaneously (namely, the $100 hold from the hotel) I became overdrawn. Then, on Tuesday morning, the authorization holds were released, but since I had already been assessed 3 overdraft fees of $35 each I was already way overdrawn when the remaining charges from the weekend were finalized. This resulted in four more overdraft fees of $35.

Of course, I immediately contacted BoA and was told that they "cannot control when authorizations are lifted or when transactions are finalized". Really?! So even though my charges were less than the amount of money in my account, BoA's clever way of "holding", "processing" and "rearranging" purchases is quite obviously designed to exponentially increase the likelihood that your account will become overdrawn. In my 5+ years of banking with BoA, I had never known them to finalize purchases without simultaneously removing the authorization "holds" related to them, but that is exactly what they did, resulting in $245 in overdraft fees. BoA did not deny that I was being charged for overdrawing, even though I did not spend more than I had. Instead, they informed me that this was the way their system works and there is nothing they could do about it.

Many people probably keep a healthy balance in their checking account and would, therefore, never run into a situation like this. I on the other hand, live check to check and usually only deposit enough into checking to pay my bills and other things that require a CC#. I firmly believe that this is a blatant predatory tactic used to exploit those who are most likely to come close to overdrawing... the working class. How else can you explain a finalized payment being processed on both ends, yet the authorization hold still showing as "processing" in my account?

Needless to say, I do not use my debit card for any purchases where it is not absolutely necessary and I try to keep $100 or so extra in there whenever I do. Unfortunately, keeping track of your spending and "not spending more money than you have" is not good enough to save you from ridiculous fees. I would expect that this "system" that BoA now has in place is one of their biggest revenue generators. If they can get me for $245 in two days when I spent LESS than I had, I can only imagine what they do to people who actually do find themselves a couple of bucks in the red. Too bad that they can always stand behind their BS claims that the way and order in which they process payments is out of their control. It is obvious that they have created a system that is intended to squeeze the maximum amount of $35 fees possible out of their clients.

There was a fire at my home on Christmas day. I am relocated to a temporary location while my house (which BOA has equity in) is being repaired. The repairs are not able to be completed in any timely manner because of the property claims departments refusal to complete my claim and do their job. I have records of the 38 people I have spoken to in property claims and my 160 phone calls over more than 80 hours to that department with no resolution or even a clear answer as of today (4 months later) they are asking for additional reports.

A few months ago I received a call from an overly aggresive person saying they were representing Bank of America. They were offering a credit protection plan for 12.99 a month. I told them no, but agreed to have the materials sent to me for approval. My answer "yes" to the sending of materials was enough to activate the program and the monthly charges began. Through a series of phone calls and rising blood pressure, I have supposedly had the charges removed. In the meantime, hower, it has affected my credit score. Whenever banks call offering extended services, I encourage everyone to say no, no, no. The telemarketers are scam artists and banks are not serving their interests well by latching on to these companies.

Bank of America continues to send me my bill late. This is a trick by them to be able to charge their customers "late fees" I have contacted them several times and they say they are required by law to mail the bill at least 21 days in advance. When I ask them why my bill continues to show up late they all have the same corporate answer "we have no control over the post office" I then ask them why I can no longer access my bill on line and they say "you can't?" Well I am tired of them stealing from me I am going to stand up and as I told them simply no longer pay my bill.

Here is one story of my bad experiences with Bank of America. I do not trust them as far as I can throw them but I somehow think in the back of my head that they may do the right thing. I am WRONG every time. A little background before I go into the complaint. I bought a house 12 years ago when the housing market still was inflating its bubble. Well, the loan that I used has bounced all over to different banks and finally landed at Countrywide for a while. Then Bank of America bought out Countrywide so my loan is now with them. I cringed hard the first time I found out about it because of having bad experiences before. So anyway, I am now in the process of short selling the house because of moving to anther city. I tried selling it but because of the obvious housing bubble bursting, the house is upside down in the mortgage. So now I have to short sell it and as we all know the only way to get the process started is to stop paying the mortgage for 3 months before the bank will take any offer seriously. So I am on my 4 th month now and waiting for the paperwork to go though to finish the process. All of this controlled by Bank of America.

Sorry for such elaborate backround but had to explain to get to where my complaint is. I got a credit card from Bank of America several years ago because of a ridiculous interest rate offer they sent me but I set it aside and used it once for a balance transfer and eventually paid it off and set it aside again. I get a balance transfer checks every month from them trying to get me to use the account more often. I finally reached a point where I wanted to use the 6 month 0% interest for a balance transfer from my Sears credit card. So I call them and initially they could not even find my account in their system but finally they found it. Well at the same time I guess the information showed up on my mortgage being behind in payments. The guy decides he must do an immediate evaluation of my income and grill me on what is happening with my mortgage. I am getting irritated by this since this should have nothing to do with my credit card that is in good standing and an offer that they sent me, but I go along for the ride figuring there would be some sense in the end and I would get my balance transfer. WRONG! They did an instant rejection of my balance transfer and the only reason they had to stand on was that it was company policy. They could never explain the connection between my credit card account and my mortgage account but somehow it is there. I could run up my credit card with expenses right now if I wanted but I can't do a balance transfer because they don't like the fact they are going to lose money on a short sale. Just remember that this was one of the banks that NEEDED to be bailed out with our tax money and so soon they forget the small guy coming to them for any kind of help. WELL FORGET IT. They have made it their policy to screw THEIR CUSTOMERS any way they can.

STAY CLEAR OF BANK OF AMERICA AT ANY COST, IF YOU CAN, BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE TO RELY ON THEM EVER, THEY WILL NOT BE THERE. PERIOD! but they will take handouts from the goverment any day of the week.

I have been a Bank of America customer for over ten years but that all ended this month. I have never in ten years ever overdrawn my account however two weeks ago I went onto my online banking and I was charged 210.00 in fees for 25.00 in the negative. Now here's the kicker, if you look at my balance, I was never negative. When I spoke to someone they kept directing me to look at a link that shows your available balances. When I asked how, if I never cashed anything against my account or made a deposit that needed to clear could there be a difference in my available and current balance. Not one of their employees had an answer for that. They just continued to spit out the same script that they were clearly reading. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told that the best they could do for me was one fee rebate.

The best part of this entire story is how BOA released a statement to the press saying that they were going to adapt the new overdraft rules, set federally, before they were even mandated to. Yet, the transactions they charged me for were all POS transactions, which is exactly what this new law prohibits them from doing.

Needless to say, I closed all of my accounts with them and I will continue to tell anyone about my experience with them.

I have a similar problem with them as well. We have been trying to obtain a loan modification from Bank of America for over a year now. The whole mess started back in April 2017, when we received a foreclosure letter for being 4 months behind on our mortgage. They made sure they tacked on legal fees that are so astronomical it'll take a century to pay off, late charges, etc. there's a whole laundry list. To make a long story short, they escalated the full price of the house due or they would sell the house at public auction.

I managed to get in contact with one of these so called "agencies" that are set up to help homeowners facing foreclosure. I got no response from BOA regarding the letter they sent. I had to make daily calls to BOA and nobody, and I mean nobody, wanted to speak with me regarding the foreclosure. When I asked about loan modification, they snickered at me. The rep finally took my monthly expense info over the phone, and said that we qualified based on what was in the computer system, and that a loan modification specialist would be assigned to our account and we would hear from them soon. A month later, we were sent a package with papers to sign, including a loan modification agreement, stating our payments would be $987 starting on Sept. 1, 2017 and go through 2038. We had all the papers signed, notarized, and sent in the required funds ($877) in a cashiers check. All their documents were sent back to them certified mail. Someone in BOA signed for the papers, because the cashiers check was cashed. We assumed that our loan modification was a done deal since we had signed the agreement, sent in funds and didn't hear anything back from BOA. We have been making mortgage payments since Sept. 2017 according to the loan modification agreement we signed that BOA sent us. We have received absolutely NO other paperwork from BOA regarding this loan modification, other than our monthly mortgage statements.

Imagine my surprise when, a full year later, on 6/15/10 I get a phone call from BOA stating that they are just now getting around to doing our loan modification, and that they need updated financial information from us! I have asked at least ten separate customer care reps about the loan modification agreement we had signed, notarized, and the cashiers check funds we sent in to cover the modification a year ago. NOBODY CAN FIND ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS! or the money for that matter. I was also informed that the final decision for a loan modification doesn't lie with BOA, the final decision comes from either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. BOA is just the loan SERVICER...sorta like the middleman. They asked that the financial information they need be faxed to them. When I declined and asked for an actual physical address to send the updated information to, it took the representative 15 minutes to find an address, and it doesnt go to the Loan Modification dept. It is just a general mailing address.

I have been making my monthly mortgage payments as per the loan modification agreement they sent me, and bypassing what it says on the actual mortgage statement, because it clearly states "IF you and BAC Home Loans Servicing have entered into an agreement to address your monthly payments, please make your payments in accordance with that agreement." I have been penalized with late fees for an entire year, and the amount we are behind has doubled as well.

The trouble doesnt stop there! I have made 8 payments that have not posted to my account, or brought my past due balance down. I called BOA when i noticed the discrepancies on the mortgage statements, where i have been sending in $2017 a month for the past 3 months to try to get the past due balance down, and my past due balance has increased and not decreased. The customer service rep told me just yesterday (6/21) they couldn't see where I had sent in a payment since Feb. 2017! They posted the payment for February in MAY! And in being so far behind in posting payments to my account, they have let me accrue unnecessary and outrageous late charges. I have proof they cashed the checks, because I have the bank statements showing they cashed them. After being transferred four times to Payment Research dept. at BOA, come to find out they are putting the funds in a special account called "FEES". They do not show record of this FEES account on the monthly mortgage statements, or how much is put into this account. I asked the representative if she could tally up and see just how many of my payments have been put into this FEES account, and she told me she didn't have that information, but she could see the dates and amounts in the account. UH DUH! She couldn't add it up and give me an amount. Just not that bright I guess, or didnt want to bother helping.

To me, as a consumer, this is very shady dealings. A consumer should have access to information such as payments that have been sent in, where BOA is putting those funds, and how much is there! This is the worst mortgage lender i have ever dealt with.
I will not be sending any additional information regarding my income, my bills, or anything else to BOA until I get a request in writing.

So how about these cheap skates bank of america? I check my online banking on a daily basis... a pending trasaction had yet to post, I was showing in my account a little more than I had but since I had just checked it I figured it was ok to get my coffee. Get to work and check my account again and nothing has posted yet so I figured I'd wait till lunch to put the money in my account. For what ever reason didn't deposit on lunch and all day the bank account online reads clear and good and shows the cofffee this morning. Long story short well after 5pm my account still red more than positive so I figured I'd wait and go to the bank the next day. Well guess what ? BANK OF AMERICA pulls its pending transactions at the end of the day(11:59) instead of the begining for the sole purpose of maximizing the potential for overdraft fees. SO sure enough after all night of my account reading in the positive... when I awoke the next day I saw my account now read in the negative I went on the way to work and deposited cash into my account and more than cleared it up.. when I talk to the bank they told me I didn't put the money in on time.. "I would have avoided the fee if I had deposited the money on the same business day"! which is impossible because as BofA clearified with me they pull all pending transactions at 11:59pm giving 1 minute to get to an atm yet atm's that take cash say on them anything after 8pm will be posted as the next business day.. so guess what $35 fee... no way out of it... they wished there was something they could do

bank of america is slowly gobbling up all the banks that once actually cared about the "individual" their percentage of interest on their bank accounts are .5% or their high yeliding cd's 1.75%.. give me a break and they pay their shareholders 1 penny per dividend... how pathetic..

because they are becoming so big they do not care any more.. in their board meetings they must be laughing asking what can we take from them next? don't even get me started on all the money they got from the bail out BS*@! and they still treat their shareholders and their back bone the people paying all the bills... THEIR CUSTOMERS>>>US like a little kids piggy bank wondering what they can take from us next.

I suggest banking locally if you can...it may be an extra few minutes in your day but if this keeps going this way I'm afraid of whats next.. aren't you?

And the moral of this story is..."Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today!" Also, don't buy a cup of coffee and put it on a charge card!
