An engineer from your company came to repair my cooker last month & said would send 4 new tops for the hobs. As I had not received these I rang & was told these had not been ordered and Domestic & General would deal with it. When I contacted them they said it was not their responsibility. The appliance is under a year old &, therefore, under warranty. I have sent numerous e-mails to customer services, etc but they also say contact D & G so I am stuck.
On top of this, now only 2 out of 4 hobs are working & I need a new knob for the one which turns the oven on. Can you help?
Desired outcome: Engineer fix cooker & bring 4 new hobs with.

Recently purchased cooker, just out of 30days return policy. Bought from Argos. The seal on door broke off after oven only used twice. The heat in oven is not consistent, the oven overcooks one side, and you have to turn dish around. My Yorkshire puddings flopped with turning, soy did my Cake.
I explained this to the engineer who fixed the door seal. He said this will happen to Yorkshire puds and suggest when the cake is overcooked one side, not to open the door to turn cake, but to cut off the overcooked area! Am I really suppose to pay £699.00 for a cooker I cannot use for baking?

Bought a beko front loader in 2015 had 10 year warranty had a technician come out who said it's the motor board cost $130 then they want me to pay $480 to fix it even though it's under warranty they refuse to fix that's the cost of a new machine they are charging I know this is a known issue they have replaced the same machine twice for my daughter with the same fault not happy that they want to charge knowing this is a known fault I will be putting a bad review on every social media site as this is a known problem they don't seem to care ones you have walked out the door

I am complaining about the failure to refund for a Beko product which was returned 9 April 2021
Microwave MOC20 100W ser [protected] bought direct from Beko 31 March 21. Negotiated by phone to return for refund. Collected 9 April 21 by Fedex. Advised that refund ref [protected] would take 2/3 weeks. Began emailing Customer Care & Support 29 April 21. Have had apologies and praise for my patience from a series of many emails of but still no refund. At date Beko tell me 'soon' and 'a special team is working on the case'. I have written to the manager of the Customer Care& Support and had no reply. It is extremely difficult attempting a phone call. Beko have the returned item and promised a refund, but after 10 weeks it has still not been finalised.

Gas Cooker
I'm using Beko 4 burner gas cooker which was purchased in London and now we are using in Sri Lanka.The complaint is when we open the burner the flames are blue and the tip of the flame are yellow color which makes all the bottom of the cooking pans turn into black.Please give us a solution for this problem.The gas cooker one and a half years old.Looking forward for your reply.Thank you.

14 weeks now i have been waiting for a repair to my six month old machine absolutely disgusting customer service response and no call backs as promised .i have. booked several days off work several hours on the phone to get answered by staff who are unable to resolve the issue i am at my wits end it's isn't like you can just borrow a machine off someone

Front loading washing machine
Purchased from.Robinson's Tuguegarao in February 2019 with a two year warranty.
It failed precisely 12 months later.and the matter reported to Robinson's and Beko Customer service department.
It took Beko, following several complaints, to replace the washing machine which was delivered, not to my home, but to a police checkpoint some 7 km away.
I managed to get it home and working
This replacement machine has failed after only 8 months and the matter reported to Beko Customer service department about 3 months ago.
Nothing has been done to fix the problem
All I get from Beko is excuse after excuse and mostly lies.
Can't deliver, can't send a technician, can't come to your location because of covid all these excuses have been offered, by email, so the evidence is here.
Yet, I can order many items through Lazada and Shopee which arrive on my doorstep with two or three days from Manila. So I don't buy their flimsy, pointless excuses.
Desired outcome: A replacement washing machine fully guaranteed for two years, or my money back.
Rude staff and worst product/brand ever
I bought washing dryer machine model code : wda105614 date of purchase :22/6/2018. After 2years plus of using this machine, the spinning become so noise and we raise to your customer services about the issue. Then they provide us the technician. This technician very rude from beginning. They got call saying they want to come but when I refuse and ask them to come to the date that I prefer, they keep insist want to come on that day. Then they charge us rm100 for transportation cost. They take our machine to their store for further investigation. After almost 3weeks plus they keep our machine only they call saying they already detect the problem and need to charge us rm780 for repair. After that they got return our machine and just test to do spin however when the time we try to wash our clothes, the water suddenly keep coming out and the next day we call them again. They come and said need to take back the machine. This is the worst service ever. How come the technician come but cannot solve the problem and keep taking our machine and did not take care our machine properly. U see our body machine become worst and worst during under their service. Not sure where they put our machine. Almost 1month finally we get our machine. These two rude technician come and try the machine then the water coming out again and they quickly open the machine and do the several action. After that they just want to try the spin, I urge them to wait until we do washing because we also do not want to face any problem already but what they reply me is so frustrated. They said they cannot wait. They have many work to do and just call them again if got any problem. Suppose you as technician should wait and test the machine until your customer satisfied. So that we no need to keep call you back and we also do not want to see your rude technician ever again. This is the worst experience ever and this is the first and last I buy this brands. Boo for the low quality of product and worst technician attitude. So for other customer, I remind you do not waste your time to buy this brand because u might end up experience the same situation as mine.
beko ref compressor not working after 2yrs
after 2 yrs using beko refrigerator the compressor suddenly stopped working. We tried to call for help from our tech friend and found out that the electrical installation from the compressor is wrong which caused the compressor to stopped working.
Then we called service center and after 2 my months they quoted us for 5550 pesos for system processing fee including labor and freon and replacement of compressor. It's too much for the price since its their product not working properly. I must say don't buy any beko products.
I have a very bad experience with Beko refrigerator like Mr. Ryan Collado the refrigerator’s compressor stop working after two years, last April2020 i reported it to them since i really need a storage i accept the repaired /replacement of compressor, etc. I paid almost 5000php but then after 3 months the same problem again. So i called them and complain then they told me to request for a replacement, then i follow up again and again then suddenly someone called that if it is ok to replace the refrigerator even with different model, i agree because my purpose is to replace it. But until now? Nothing and they were not replying and answering the messages and call. I think it is an international brand. I’m searching for an email that i could send my complaint at least to ease the dis appointment with it..😞😞
Washing machine warranty service & non existent service centre
Brought washing machine in 9/10/12, problems started almost straight away, tried to contact service centre, but passed from one automatic message to another, then back to where I started in first, without any human contact at all.
This will be the last product I will purchase from this company, and will advise anybody else likewise, as this is worse service from a company that I ever experienced, but it seems as with a lot big corporations, customers don't matter after parting with your money

Product defect
Last May 2020 I sent an email to Beko Customer Service asking for assistance on a product defect. I have purchased it last December 31, 2017, but only used it for 2 years and 4 months because the freezer is not working properly. The compressor just stop working. It can no longer produce any cold inside. This is not the first time it happened because this has been reported last year and Beko sent a technician to fix the issue but now my family can no longer use the whole refrigerator.

When our refrigerator arrived, the door handle was on the wrong side. The installers attempted to change the handle on the spot resulting in the fridge never closing properly. PC Richard ordered a new door and a BEKO service person was scheduled to install it, which took over a month. When the service person arrived, he said the previous installers had not leveled the fridge properly. He "fixed"the leveling issue and installed the door, but the fridge still does not keep the food in the upper compartment cold. We've been trying to get someone to service the refrigerator for weeks, but have to wait till the end of August. We paid a fortune for this refrigerator and it has never worked; it has been months. No one will help us.

The door has come away on the top left hand corner of fridge door. It is very heavy and I have a massive bump on my head when it fell. I have not been able to get hold of anyone to make my complaint as i keep getting passed to different departments. I would like this complaint to be taken very seriously as I know have a head injury over a faulty product

unit is only 2 years old. Sometime December 2019 we heard a rattling sound whose source cannot be determined. We called your customer service and they sent a technician, we were charged a service fee, but the technician did nothing. He only explained that it had something to do with the compressor. When asked if he can repair, he said he is not suggesting repair but instead for us to wait until the compressor breaks down. After a few days the unit is no longer cooling. So we called your customer service and they said they will arrange a visit again. The holidays past. They promised a visit yesterday Saturday 04 January but nobody came. Then we just got a text message quoting us P4, 800 for compressor replacement and unit re-process.
you have very poor product quality worsened by a customer service that is also very inefficient. this is my first to experience a refrigeration unit that was bought brand new but broke down after only 2 years of light use!

I purchased a tumble drier and washing mahine 11 months ago. the tumble drier had to be replaced because it was faulty, banging and smoking when first tried to use it. Paying for special delivery was therefor a waste of time.
The start button on the washing machine became faulty not long afterwards and after 2 visits from engineer was fixed, well it worked better for a while. The problem with the switch became worse so i booked another engineer and yes another unpaid day off work for this. the company stresses that it will charge for missed appointments or if no problem is detected. Yesterday the engineer was due so i rang to confim expected visit only to be told that noone was coming and unbelivably asked if i wanted to throw some more money beko's way for an extended warranty. This would be a total waste of time. I have been sold 2 faulty products and have limped along with one for nearly a year now. This is absolutly apalling and i will persue some sort of compensation.

beko have a very poor customer service employee here in Philippines. Me and my Wife is a Person with Disability we already submitted our complaint 2 weeks ago with regards to our washing machine and up to now no one is checking on it. they always make cheap reasons and allyby for not attending to our concern at they covering each other's back. Rigth now my wife is being forced to do the laundry manually because nobody is attending to us in your office. We bought a automatic washing machine because as I've said my wife and is a Person with Disability and she cannot do the laundry manually or handwash but this is want we got. Is this the kind of service that we customer must have in purchasing your product beko? until now we haven't received anything from your office here in Makati Manila. I waited for 30 min and try opening the door still it did not open and when i tried forcely the handle broke . I am not able to use teh washing machine . I need to get it repaired .
