Good morning sir or madam
I am very concerned about the purchase of the above product from you, the machine has broken down on the 23-10-16 ( 7 weeks from purchase). On the [protected].40 an engineer attended too carry out repairs he diagnosed it needed a new motor, new control panel and DC board. As of the 28-10-16 the repair parts are still yet too arrive, we are now looking at possibly a delivery of parts at the earliest on the 1-11-16 which could then mean a repair by 3rd or 4th of November. Having purchased your products before, infact we have a Beko dishwasher and tumble dryer at present.
I find this very worrying and it is causing a great deal of hardship too our large family as well as cost of sourcing outside laundry facilities, I do hope you can reaffirm our faith in your companies products by resolving this matter swiftly and favourably

Double oven
I had my oven delivered on Tuesday and on the Thursday my third time of using the oven the glass door exploded all over the floor and my foot, leaving me and my 7 yr old who was in the kitchen getting a drink pretty shaken. I phoned very and they told me to get in contact with beko. They sent somebody out the following Monday to have a look at it and order a new piece of glass. I was then informed I'd have to wait 3-4 weeks for it. Completely unacceptable to expect when the oven was brand new. I then spent over a week being passed round different departments with beko each time being told something different and that someone would contact me, which they never did. Eventually they agreed to deliver me a replacement but after nearly 2 weeks of feeding a family of four on take aways and microwave meals plus £15 in phone calls trying to resolve the matter I am seriously out of pocket. I'm nervous everytime I open the door on my new oven incase it happens again. Completely disgusted with my treatment and put off ever buying a beko appliance
I bought a Beko BXIF35300X single electric oven and used it for the first time on Friday 7th October 2016, 20 minutes after it being on the glass shattered all over the kitchen floor and inside the oven, like yourself I feel pretty nervous about using an oven again, I have to wait a week for delivery and understand what you say about having to eat microwave meals and take aways, it doesn't seem fair.
Freezer
I bought a freezer beko since 2 years now, and since 3 months the problem start, its digital screen start to show red alert and it start to produce horrible sounds, I called Egypt customer service and they send me technicians to solve the problem but they couldn't and recently they no longer answer my phone or even try to make any attempt in order to solve the problem which seems to be manufacturer error, if u can't fix or maintain ur appliances, don't sell it .# beko Egypt is the worst of all.
Non-working fridge
Dear Sirs, To our deep dismay to be dealing with the customer service, maintenance and call center agents of Beko Egypt who are unable to handle the business and are working intentionally towards ruining the company’s reputation. I have a non-working fridge, and called for an appointment. I have received an inspection visit on September 10th where the two technicians present promised that I will receive a phone call the very next day to relay three essential matters • Spare parts availability/ or repair plan • Cost of installation of spare parts/ repair • Repair is at residence or at the company maintenance center. This phone call never happened. A couple of days later my husband received a call from a driver saying that he wants to come over to pick up our fridge to take back to maintenance center (We needed the basic knowledge of the essential three items mentioned above and as promised by the technicians to be able to make informed decisions, so my husband asked him to relay such information to the administration prior to taking the fridge). And since then, nothing technical took place and the fridge is still not working. From the day we received the driver’s call we have been trying to communicate with the call center to ask for the report and have our fridge fixed. Every phone call the agents ask us to wait from 24-48 hours to be able to learn the technical response (of course, we never received any calls). The issue with the call center is that the agents-who are the main interface with the customer-are not trained and are not courteous enough; their tone of voice, manner of response and words they mouth are inappropriate for business they work for and a disgrace to the call center industry Egypt is trying to promote for as a niche business. We kindly ask your support in fixing our fridge or directing us to any other center/business that your recommend and trust. Washing Machine - WMI61241
we have had our BEKO WMI 61241 integrated washing machine for 3 years, it stopped spinning so we called a local repair company. The engineer arrived and suggested it may be the brushes, but as the machine is only 3 years old he thought that odd, as the machine looks brand new and there is only two of us using it. He took out the first brush, which was fine and this confused him even more, as it looked like it may not be brush related. On taking the second brush out, this was a lot shorter than the other one and was causing the problem, it looked like the spring which keeps the brush tight to the motor was too weak. The engineer replaced both brushes and now the machine works fine. The cost was £150 including call out, parts & vat. I emailed Beko UK as we thought a cost of £150 after 3 years due obviously to a design/manufacturers failing is not acceptable. We got back a very specific "get out of jail" type of response, "reminding" me it was out of warranty and that Trading Standards would confirm this, as well as the responsibility lies with the seller not the manufacturer if i wish to take it further. Emailed back to say we are very disappointed with the response and therefore no more BEKO appliances will enter our house and we will warn anyone we hear of wishing to purchase an appliance of this companies products and "customer" relations.
So, Beko acted the same as any other manufacturer...over a product that had an issue after 3 years, when any product can get an issue after 3 years...yeah, boycott them...then boycott the next company when the same thing happens...
What is wrong with you!?
You won't buy Beko products anymore because you had to pay for an out of warranty repair three years after buying? Which can happen with ANY manufacturers product...and the response you got from them is the same that any other manufacturer would give you...do you have a bare kitchen now?

I am really astonished that I sent this email to five of your team, the email was received your end and I have a notification saying that, but none of you answered! Your Customer Service did not call back to advise the date of installation!
May I remind you that it is now two weeks that I am without a washing machine and while you replaced it with a new one, what good is it, if it is not working. The whole scenario is not my problem, it is yours! I bought a machine that lasted for nine months and your technician checked it and assured that it is a mal-production!
What am I expected to do now! Would anyone of you remain for two weeks without a washing machine! Totally unacceptable!
Needless to mention the rude attitude of the driver you sent, he was shouting at me because YOU gave him a wrong number and when he called he did not find me answering! What logic is this? Was I supposed to answer him on a wrong number?!
Totally disappointed and I think you are ruining the good you tried to do.

Bad Behavior
Dear Carfour,
I have one complain against your Branch in Egypt “Zahraa Al-Maadi Branch”, I purchased 2 small Cookers and 2 Frigidaire on 5 June 2015, and from this date no one called me to deliver anything, and on 9June 2015 I changed my request to be 1 big cooker and 1 small one.
Next day one driver called me from Carrefour, and told me that he will bring for me only 2 fregedairs, and told me I’ll bring it and you’ll double check on it on the STREET and I’m not responsible to put it in your flat, you’ll receive it on the street and I’ll leave it, I told him how come this will happen? He told me if you want I can carry it for you and you have to pay 150L.E extra !
I called Carrefour call center and told them what the driver said and they told me the delivery free and he should carry it for you, and he shouldn’t take any extra money from you, I told them I need to record a complain but call center refused to record a complain.
On 11 June driver came and bring 1 cooker and 1 fregedair, when I asked him why you didn’t bring what we agreed before he said after 2 days I’ll bring the other things.
I give him 20 L.E extra from me but he fight with me and he said no, I want 150 L.E and he refused to move from my house and he said bad words!
To stop the fight I told him I’ll give you 50L.E and he take it +20L.E and he left with same bad words from his mouth.
I went to Carrefour and meet “Shams” From customer care and he refused to record complain for me and he said I’ll bring the money for you and this is not first time this driver do like this with customers.
Next day driver called me and said I’ll pass your house to take the invoices but I told him I’ll leave it with information sec in Carrefour but he refused and insist to come to my home to take it and he is too angry, maybe he want to fight with me again because I complain .
What I want is Compensatory about the bad words uttered in my right .
Bad Customer Service
My Daughter purchased an Beko American Fridge/Freezer in April 2014. This morning we noticed a warning light and on opening the freezer we found all the food was partially defrosted. We undertook instructions from the manual that came with the fridgefreezer but there was no improvement. After trying for 2 hours we called Beko who advised someone would call back within 24 hours. A couple of hours later Beko rang and said that they would send out an engineer, but that the engineer could not come until next Wednesday - a full week from today. My daughter said to them that she had no other freezer but the lady advised that this was the policy they had with Littlewoods and that she should contact them directly. My daughter rang Littlewoods and after being kept on hold for 52 minutes the lady answering the call, put her on hold again, spoke to the Aftercare department, and then confirmed to my Daughter that this was Littlewoods policy. My Daughter stated that she had never seen this on the Littlewood's website, against the product description or on any of the documents received. She was given the direct number for the Aftercare department and asked to call them to raise her concerns. She range the Aftercare department but on explaining that she had been told that it was Littlewood's policy, the man put her on hold, and then came back to say that it was not actually policy but that Littlewoods believe 7 days is a "reasonable" amount of time to wait for an engineer. My daughter explained that by this time all the food in the freezer had defrosted and was upset. Littlewoods stuck by their thinking that 7 days is a fair wait for an engineer. My daughter bought this for £699.00, paying an additional £99 for additional insurance, but this has made no difference. We have now raised this on Facebook and Twitter. Littlewoods staff lack experience in dealing with peoples' complaints and by being patronising they irritate more than they help - why doesn't Littlewoods invest some time in training their staff properly also how can Littlewoods believe that it is fair to wait 7 days for an engineer to attend - this is no like a washing machine as at least with a washing machine you can take your dirty linen to the launderette - but there is no help with a freezer! Please beware when purchasing from Littlewoods that they do not make the conditions attached to purchase of such items clear.
Broken Fridge Freezer
We bought a brand new Beko frost free fridge freezer 6 weeks ago. At the weekend, first the fridge was not cool enough and then the freezer defrosted. Rang Beko customer service, and followed all their 'flow chart' checks to ensure there was a problem, they are sending an engineer...that was Saturday, and they are not coming until Tuesday.
I have a small baby and need to cool milk and purees, and explained this to them, also explained how I have lost a freezer full of baby purees. They did not care, said there was nothing more they could do...
How can they sell products that break within weeks, and also have no customer service to support people whoo are inconvenienced by their lack of product quality? Awful product, awful company.
I have purchased a Beko American Fridge Freezer 7 month ago and last weekend I noticed that the Freezer side did not feel as cool as I would have expected and a few minutes later a red warning light appeared on the digital display. I checked the fridge side and that did not feel as cool as it should be.
As it was late Sunday evening and I had to be at work early the next day I had no choice but wait until coming back from work Monday night to call Beko customer service. Please keep in mind that I had done my weekly shopping of for a family of 4 on the Saturday and stocked up my freezer compartment. When speaking to Beko on Monday they offered to send an engineer on Thursday. I asked kindly if they could get somebody out quicker as it is mid July and the outside temperature is well above 20 degrees. I was told that they would pass the matter on to one of their subcontractors and they did call me back within an hour to inform me that they could send somebody on Friday? I told them I would go back to Beko and go with the appointment that they offered to me on Thursday. When calling the customer service team they kindly informed me that they had cancelled the Thursday appointment as I declined this in the first place?.
I never have declined the appointment I was simply told that they would try to find somebody who could come out earlier. I am finding the whole experience exasperating as I can not understand why I as a customer have to liaise between Beko and another subcontractor and that Beko although said they will try to get somebody sooner have postponed my appointment for another day. In the meantime my food has gone off, I have no meanings of keeping anything cool and I am far from recommending any Beko products as I also bought a washing machine, which after 18 month started to make a strange noise. The customer service I have received is less than poor and on top of all of it I was informed that, should the engineer find that the fridge freezer has no manufacturing fault he will charge me for the call out, to which I replied. Should he find that there is a manufacturing fault I will charge Beko £150.00 for the food that I had to bin. So far I am still waiting for Beko to contact me to let me know when they will be sending somebody to me.

I am totally disgusted that my appliance has only lasted 2 years. First of all the freezer started to defrost my food from the top downwards, so an engineer replaced the fan and seems ok now. However my fridge is now freezing everything from the bottom upwards even though I have it set on the warmest temp that I can. My engineer is dumbstruck to what the problem can be and tried everything. I have noticed that the noise isn't the same as it used to be and every so ofthen you hear a bubbling noise, Surely fridge/freezers are meant to last longer than 2 years especially when it cost £600. I am a bit worried as when you look at the reviews of this appliance a lot of customers are experiencing the same problem and a lot worse. I feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall, My appliance is now out of warranty so Currys where I purchased this from say I need to get an independent engineer to write a report saying that it is due to mechanical fault. To be honest I cannot afford to throw anymore money at this and think that they should send someone out free of charge to investigate, Especially knowing there is a 6 year rule on electrical applinances that were bought from a retailer that came into effect in 1979 to protect us!
APORLING SERVICE
I have had 4 appointment with the Beko Service engineer. On the Fist appointment he could not move the fridge freeze so i had to arrange another appointment. Appointment number 2 booked i asked for a 30 min phone call didn't get was told the engineer was outside my property and would not wait. Appointment number 3 booked and i had arranged for my son to be there and they still did not do the repair. Appointment number 4 booked they advised me that they would remove the plug that was in a sealed unit and i have been advised that it is against the law to remove this type of plug i also asked for another 30 min phone call and never received it was told again that the engineer was out side the property and would not wait. I am totally disgusted as they expect me to take time off work unpaid to sort there problem out. There contractors only work between 8 -6 and they are not prepared to get an engineer out to my house for 8am. They don't have a complaints department and there staff are not willing to help.

Faulty fridge freezers
Recently in the news about beko fridge freezers bursting into flames. The customer service tel no says to go to Beko website for a list of appliances affected but there is no list. Also the tel no cuts you off so you can't possibly speak to anyone. AS I have one of these appliances who do I go to to get it checked?
repeatedly malfunctioning Beko refridge
Beko Refridgerator (with builtin cooler), bought 10 months ago (so still within the warranty period), started malfunctioning 2 weeks ago & I contacted their local agency (Naseem Al Dada comp.) for repairing & maintenance & within 10 days I recieved 3 maintenance teams who changed many parts (including the compressor) with an average visit of 3 hours per each but the refridge got worse & worse. The stuff inside it was spoiled many times & I lost them, I asked the agency to replace this malfunctioning refridge with a new one as I can;t tolerated more problems with it & even I can't trust the maintenace of the agency, till now they are not cooperative, knowing that I'm suffering since more than 2 weeks, my family size is small (working husband & wife) so no heavy usage for it.
I made a written claim for the local agency as well as the Ministry of Commerce & Industry in Jordan to solve & follow up this issue seriously.
Now I feel I can't trust or recommend this brend to the others or friends.

I had a engineer was to come to fix my freege on 20th oct.waited for him till 1 in the afternoon no one called .I had to go to pick up my kids so i want .TO my suprice he came when i want to pick my kids from school.They are asking 35 pounds for him comming to my property.What is my mistake.this is not a way a customer is treated.why should i pay to them .I am a single parent cant waste money like this.this company dont know how to deal there customers.if this is the way a customer is treated i am sorry to buy there freege and there one yr gurantee which is usless.I want this company to treat customers and dont make money like this from them.what is my fault i cant understand.if i tell them there engineer should have called they say that we dont call like other companyies..I am suprised that companyies like them are still working and peaple dont complaint about them .

i recentle percased a fridge freeza from agos. it was deliverd to me on the 9/9/10. i had paid for my old applayance to be taken away. my delivery was over 2 hours late my old fridge was not taken away and they broke the leg off my old fridge freeza and left it in my front garden. the delivery men assored me that if i rung customer severces then they would arrange another pick up time, so i rung customer servecec and spoke to sumone who refused to take my fridge freeza away i explained that i had been paid to have the appliance taken away and was just told they would refund me my £7.50. to me that was silly becouse i had paid for that sevice. i then told the lady that the leg had been snaped of my old appliance, and dumped proped up against a wall in my front garden, i explained to the women i have an 18 month old todler and the applaience was not safe to which i got told they couldnt do anything. i would just like to add that i have spent lots of money in argos but will no longer use there sevice as i am descused how i have been treated

Delay of parts ordered
i ordered 2 parts for my cooker a door seal and a oven light bulb, on 14 april 2010, after 12 days nothing, phoned to be told the light bulb comes from turkey and is not in the uk yet, but i will have the parts within a week, several phone calls back to them, and still no parts, keep getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse, its now 14 may 2010 and 1 month later still no parts, and same old answer your parts will be with you next week, crap service crap customer relations, and bad experiance all round. steer clear of this company.
I final got the parts, after 4 and a half weeks waiting, the rubber gasket is thin and wont last very long, and the bulb doesnt fit, BEKO YOU LOT SUCK BIG TIME.
i have a fridge/freezer which is listed as being one of the ones that are on the danger list (may cause a fire) but i cant get through to the help line i am very unhappy and worried.
Reported the noise to Beko after 4 months. The bolts have sheared off hence the concrete falling out, and I am being told this machine is repairable. I do not want a 4 month old machine repaired - just a refund for selling me a piece of defective junk. Still in negotiations with the store.
I have the exact same issue, I have the door seal go on my 4 month old cooker, the door literally exploded, been waiting 4 weeks for parts. All they do is delay and get funny with you. not only that they waited two weeks to tell me the parts were out of stock, absoute joke. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Mine is an oven gave up after 4 months, toatlly failed. They offered to repair but would be over a week for the visit. A family of four with no oven for eight days. Told them where to go and got a new cooker NOT Beko.

I originally bought a HOTPOINT WASHING MACHINE, which was delivered 5 days later, after being told i could have next day delivery, the machine arrived with all the front broken, and i was expected to take delivery, obviously i refused. I went back to currys and purchased a BEKO washing machine, and within 2 days i reported the fact that it did not spin, i was told that BEKO had to supply a number so that they could take it back, i phoned BEKO, no such thing, it was at the stores discretion to replace or refund.
On hearing this, i contacted the store yet again, and was told that i had to wait for an engineer to come out and double check that there was a problem with the machine, before they would even consider doing anything about putting things right.
I telephoned the store manager, PHILLIP WILLIAMS, who was arrogant and smarmy, and i got no where, i phoned head office, and was told THERE MANAGERS DO NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS, so what the hell do these overpaid idiots do all day!
After the engineer came out, i again visited the store to collect my refund, and after having gotten my money in my hand, i was informed that i was now BANNED FROM THE STORE, along with my sister in law who took me in her car.
BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY, THEY CHARGE TOP RATE BRASS FOR 2ND RATE GOODS, AND HAVE LITTLE UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
iT SEEMS THAT IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT FAULTY GOODS, YOU ARE BANNED FROM THE STORE, after visiting that store last night to get my refund, i fail to see how they can afford to BAN anyone, the store was COMPLETELY EMPTY, and they had to raid 4 tills to count up enough money to give me my refund, a measly £300, SO IN MY BOOK THAT SAYS IT ALL.

i have brought 4 washing machines off your company which have all broken down within 6 monthhs to a year . Beko, too bad to mention. I bought a washing machine, gas cooker, and fridge freezer, only 18 months ago, only fridge freezer still working. Pay more get better. Comet, their attitude we have your cash now bugger off. Avoid both the brand and the store.
Had a similar experience, ours was 11 months old, had the engineer out several times to fix it, we are now waiting for a part that has been ordered. If it cannot be fixed this time, they say they will replace the machine, my wife and I have decided we don't want another Beko machine so we may just cut our losses and get another make.
i agree. bought beko wm 7335w waching machine, broken down and not fixable after just 11 months, beko refused to come and look at it 2 days passed 1 year guarantee . worst piece of white goods we ever bought, absolute wate of money. today after independant opinion we decided to challenge beko in court. ridiculous to broke down with normal usage after jst 11 months, but it says it all to quality of their products, not mentioning their fridge freezs in latest watchdog. my advice THINK BEFORE YOU BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. NO WORTH IT.
Washing Machine
Have a Beko washing machine WMA5410 for nearly a year brought Feb'09, Motor/Circuit board blew on the 23rd Dec '09. Engineer came out on the 5th Jan '10, parts ordered an engineer arrived on the 23rd Jan ( after the scheduled engineer on the 21st fell ill ).
New PCB install, but the new motor was broken. Engineer wait away ordering a new part. It's now nearly 3 weeks later an still no engineer or part.
5 weeks of laundrette washing £30 a shot ( Wife +2 kids, couple more weeks of this and I might as well have brought a new washing machine ( NOT BEKO! )
Shame last one lasted 4 years.

I am now faced with having to purchase a new washing machine as my Beko WMA520S balance weight has fallen off after the bolts holding it sheared off. This is unacceptable on a 2 year old machine that is only used 3 times a week for domestic use, i have complained to Beko but wont hold my breath.

Its almost 3 months that we refer this to the branch we bought the product but until now, no feedback yet.
Company does not respond to repeated requests for manual. Replies that they will call me back, but none calls back
