I had got my broadband connection on 07/12/2007 but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.Data.Bsnl.In/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.
I have submitted a Request for BSNL Broadband connection on October 2007.But i have not yet got my broad band from them. And asking any reason they tells me there is some Official problems.
Please provide sufficient actions for this..

This is K. Ramesh, resident in charoda(B.M.Y).My call billing is shown by you is 231 but my actual calls are 23 in the month of April.This is a wrong billing made by you. So please make a correct billing. Do not transfer ones calls to another.This is a very poor billing and the clerks or engineers are doing so well, so you replace them and recruit a new well tallented engineers/clerks. I hope you understand my problems about wrong billing.

In my Mobile i activated the song - Munbae vaa En Anbae vaa from the name of the film is Sillunu Oru Kadal for caller tune. But the song(caller tune) is changed without my interaction.I complained many times but the problem is not solved till now. I need the same song - munbae vaa en anbae vaa for caller tune without newly debiting.The BSNL already charged for the caller tune, so i want to hear the same caller tune without any charges.
Many times i called to the customer care.
So kindly consider to solve the caller tune problem.

I am at a total loss to say that I am totally fed up of BSNL Broadband connection. Most of the time data usage at the site www.data.bsnl.in is unavailable due to which I can't use my broadband connection properly. Also the customer care centre by Ph. 12678 is meaning less.

the web site bbservice.bsnl.in is difficult to access many times.rarely you get access the first time you try.you get the message that the maintenance work going on.updation work going on.why dont they complete all the work update and then open the site in an easily accessible way for the customers? it seems the problem will never cease.any no of complaints to no avail.
