I had got my broadband connection on 07/12/2007 but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.Data.Bsnl.In/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.
I am also experiencing the problem many a times. BSNL have to improve their service. Otherwise the customers will switch over to some other service providers as now there is no monopoly.
The internet at my residence is not working. The modem used is ADSL CPE, SmartAX MT882. I have lodged a written complaint at the sector-5 office. But nobody has cared to come and attend to the same.
Tried several times to open the 'bbservice.bsnl.in' but all my efforts were in futile.
bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening from last seven days.i want to my uses detail.
Really BSNL Does not provide good service.
Not only bbservice.bsnl.in . Its online payment site has the same type of problem. the Bill is not showing.
There is no online transaction option.
BSNL PROVIDES A STUPID SERVICE. AND IT'S REAL.
there is a problem in opening websites "http://bbservice.bsnl.in"" and dataone.in for atleast half of month... This is so disgusting and embarssing situation for almost all the users of BSNL... Kindly improve your services or be prepared for some quitters

I changed my portal id after logging into your bbservice.in.
It was successfully changed.
I used capital letters in the new portal id
But while re-logging into your site, I found that the capital letters are becoming small letters automatically and unable to login.

This is to bring in your notice that as per one of your schemes, the subscriber is supposed to get the tariff over the calls if he has a balance of Rs. 2000.
But recently this scheme of yours is no more in being but those who have invested in this lost money in this scheme.
I therefore, kindly request you to please resume that scheme of yours once more until that balance of comes down.
