Burger King Cost of order

On August 28, 2019, I attended this BK drive thru location. I ordered 2 whopper meals and wanted 2 additional whoppers. I asked to use my coupon ‘buy 1 get 1 free'. I was told to drive to window. I attempted to give him (I believe he was the manager) my coupon & was told it wasn't necessary. I then questioned him about my total & was told he gave me a promo 2 whoppers for $7. Again I told him I wanted to use my coupon. Finally he adjusted the price & took my coupon, making the 2 whoppers $6.49 rather than $7. It's not about the 50 cents but rather why he didn't take my coupon in the 1st place? Why did he want to charge me more? I was so upset and aggravated at this mans persistence of selling me 2 whoppers for $7 rather than honouring the coupon!

Burger King whopper meal

I just got a whopper meal with a promotion I saw in the newspaper. Tonight on my punch break I went to the Lee Rd location located in Lithia Springs, GA. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line before I even ordered. When I finally my food I drive down the street, out of the way I opened my sandwich and the sandwich cold. The fries were so cold they're all bent up and they're so dry Theres no a drop of oil on them .I couldn't go back because I was on my lunch break at work. Highly disappointing.

My husband and I stopped for lunch at this Burger King. We arrived in the noon hour, almost 1 pm. Burger King microsoft e-rewards at burger king

Using Bing as my search engine gives me redeemable reward points for a variety of things. One is a $5 off at Burger king. I live on the Illinois- Indiana border and I have gone to 3 Burger Kings in Illinois and 2 in Indiana and they have never heard of these e-rewards and keep telling me I need a rewards card. There is no card. You are supposed to show them either on your phone or a piece of paper, the code numbers that they scan. I've been bounced back and forth by Microsoft to a separate company who handles the rewards, and the burger King rewards department. One store I went into in Dyer, Indiana at 10:30 a.m. had a black woman manager who was so rude and dismissive for no apparent reason other than the fact that I am white, that I decided to not buy anything . In fact, I'll never go to Burger King again. How could someone like her be hired as a manager. When I was younger in the late 70's, I managed KFCs, Pizza Huts and Color-Tile stores and went on to be part owner and manager in a Piper's Wallpaper and Paint store in Evergreen Park, Illinois. I have Associates in Business and multi-craft maintenance tech. I designed in 1974 the removable patio enclosures for all the Kmarts in Illinois. As someone who has served the buying public for decades, I cannot believe that any company large or small would hire such ignorant and vile people to represent them. Blacks don't kmow how to act in society. They will cost you in lost business and theft. When blacks moved into Harvey, illinois and started destroying it as thay always do, the Macdonalds actually had to close for those reasons and the violence every day and night. I'll tell my friends to never go to that Burger King in Dyer. I am spreading the fact that these ignorant and white hating blacks will not be allowed to spew their racism towards white people in that store. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I also went to the village hall and expressed my concern to the clerk. If you fall for this affirmative action nonsense, just to get some tax breaks, you will be sorry. Be more selective in you choosing of store management personal. They are the face of your company. I will never set foot in a Burger King again.

I placed my order in store at 5:26, and I had to wait for 18 minutes to receive the second half of my order for no excuse, which was just 3 fries without salt! they just ignored my order and in purpose kept serving many other people who were in the drive through and others who were after in store. This location closes 15 to 30 minutes early 4 out of 7 nights a week if not more. They say they are out of food or always have an excuse as to why we cannot order. Or they take forever to serve cold and burnt food. The workers are rude and unprofessional. This is the worst location in Memphis. I'm not sure who the manager is or owner but they don't seem to care too much about how their company is ran.

Burger King membership

Ordered an item which I did get from the branch windsor Colorado. But the web membership would not login. Talked to the manager she said it's been down for three days, so I paid. The person behind me said the same thing and they honored his request. And the store had the incorrect straws manager told me to build three straws to make one.
Store was extremely unprofessional.

Been going to this location 9 years now, always received great service, until 08/25/2019, approx. 11:10 pm. At the drive thru, waiting in line over 30 minutes, only one vehicle ahead of me, never moving forward. When I get to the window, I asked what was the problem. Burger King burgers sold not even warm

BK use to be my go to fast food restaurant until In-N-Out came into play in our area. Recently I have eaten at two different BKs locally and the burgers were not even warm. One location was on Columbus St. in Bakersfield, CA and the other was 35112 Merl Haggard Dr. Bakersfield, CA.
I was super hungry at both locations and was totally disappointed that burgers from each location were not even warm. The latter location has only been open about a year and the other many many years, not that should make any difference. What is going on?

Customer service was awful The girl at the window never said one word Our food was cold frys were withered and cold and God only knows what our drinks consisted of. Part coke part tea not sure. I ordered tea with my two whopper meals. When I got home I realized how awful the food was and was not going back out because it was late and pouring down rain
