I was greeted by Frank by him asking why I'm not wearing a mask. I showed him my exemption, where he replied that "that doesn't mean I can just walk in here" I replied that "it does" as I am entitled to the same services as others that are able to wear a mask. He disagreed and told me "it's at his discretion who can enter the store" which he said was Caltex's policy and that I "should look into it". I'm also making a complaint to the human rights commission incase this is truely Caltex's policy as this is discrimination on the grounds of disability! I was really embarrassed and wanted to get out of there without drawing attention and felt the best way to deal with it is to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else!

Desired outcome: For this employee to be made aware his actions were disgusting and that they're not repeated to anyone else!
