Our Manager at the Caseys in Fridley is abusive, unprofessional and Malicious
Her continuous behavior has caused at least 3 employees to walk out and quit.
I was mistreated by her for the last time on July 15th, (yesterday) at work and then while at home. This has been on-going since she was transferred to our store from BC, Mn 3 weeks ago.
I was threatened last night that I was to work this weekend, we work every other weekend and she had confirmed this that same day (yesterday) same morning, then I received a threat of a write up.
The employees are afraid to come to work and a few have already complained about her.
We are hard - working and do not deserve her treatment. Her threats to me were the last threats I will accept. I have already started the process to transfer to another Caseys near me, and will put in my notice on my NEXT scheduled day to work, Monday the 18th of July
More employees are thinking seriously about leaving that store
I was accused of giving a Caseys gift card to someone yesterday, when I was Off the clock, and she threatened me that it would be reported. The cashier on the clock is new and did this action. (Emma) Its on her register) I was told I did it! We are so tired of her unprofessionalism These events are daily. Blame and abuse and threats will not be tolerated by us anymore I have texts but cant uplaod for some reason to this site
Desired outcome: That Dawn P. be reprimanded in some way for her abuse as a manager. Her threats to all of us, her constant dis-respect be addressed TY Sally Huddlston #476691
Manager
So problems didn't start till my third week. She had hired me and discussed pushing a younger guy out because he was disruptive. More recent my check was late because it was a paper check my bank was having issues and I couldn't use them for direct deposit. She knew the mail would be late so I had asked if she would call corporate to make sure it's on it...

Just wanting to prove that Michelle Spurrier has been buying and selling controlled drugs and some of it was going on while at work in the Caseys store in Chanute Kansas as she just recently left her vehicle unlocked with $150 in it so David Small could get in it and leave them while she was at work. Not only there but she has also been seen at his home on north Steuben in evenings and at different times getting in his jeep and making money and drug exchanges. This is all nothing new as many others know about all of this going on and has been for some time now. How perfect for her to use her work place for a excuse work out these transactions. I am sure what David Small she is paying lots of money for as she has been buying Addy, xnax, and Oxy and who knows what else but all are controlled drugs. This is nothing new as it has been going on for quite a long time. I do have screen shot proof of evidence that this has been going on and others know of this also. Something does need to be done about this as nobody likes a establishment that has these types of employees working under the influence of controlled drugs they purchase off the street.
outdated products on shelf
the caseys i went to is #1717 geneva nebraska. they are not checking the dates of products and they are selling it even when they scan the products.
I got a grilled chicken salad and two ham sandwiches and they were outdated and they sold it to me. the salad had blond hair in it as well. im not happy with it and i complained and the store manager didn't do anything about it and kept counting the cigarettes. the date is 5/30/2022 @12:04:26
Desired outcome: people gets fired over that
Harassment of customers / dirty restrooms
5/29/22 approx 5am
Went to use the restroom in a hurry to prevent urinating on myself.
Employee called the police on me and I was followed when I left the store.
This was the second time I came to the store and the restrooms were not cleaned. The day before I pulled up and the employees were outside smoking and chatting. This is harassment and unacceptable behavior!
Desired outcome: Training and education on the spirit of hospitality and good cuatomers service and the effects of harassment and overreacting to situations.
Poor staffing/notes to associates pinned all over the counters in customer sights, machines inside being out of service for over a month
I use your store all the time. I continue to do so because of Sue who is a great lady at the register. I always order pizza from you because the other local place sold their business to a young couple and the pizza isnt fit to eat. Pizza is never ready when it is supposed to be this is due to understaffing. Not the people that work for you's fault because they are there trying to do their job. I contacted your manager about this and also told him/her about the sno-cone machine and ice cream machine being out of order for over a month as well as the ice in the pop dispense machine. I have ordered pizza several times in the last two months and I am always told that they are understaffed. I have not once seen your manager back there helping any of your employees. The cleanliness of the store has really gone down hill as well. Please send someone whether it is a market manager or corporate to this store because you are LOSING business in Abingdon IL 61410
Desired outcome: GET A CORPORATE MANAGER OR A MARKET MANAGER TO THIS STORE OR YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE BUSINESS
Store manager
I am a regular customer at the Conway Springs KS store and the Store manager in which I believe her name is Earlvela on more than one occasion she has set in the office while customers are waiting in line to be checked out and she ignores them, then when she does finally come to the register she is rude and unprofessional. I have also heard her yell at employees I'm front of customers. She's the most unprofessional manager that I have ever seen in my life.
Desired outcome: To find a more professional store manager.
Manager
I was an employee at the Casey's in Bellevue Nebraska I had a family emergency and was not able to call and got fired but she lets others no call no show and still have a job but I had 1 and lose my job she also allows employees to just clock out and leave for any reason and come back whenever but it's only certain employees that are allowed to just do whatever they would like. she has cut my hours for requesting days off for my kids Dr. appointments she has called me in the middle of my shifts and yelled at me for not talking to her about private issues. She has also cut other employees hours for no reason, it's like if you look at her wrong or not on her favorite list you lose hours. I was in the middle of transferring when she started cutting my hours and gave my morning hours to someone else because she didn't want me to transfer it took 2 or 3 months for her to even start the transfer and then she just fired me.
Desired outcome: I would like my job back at the Casey's I was transferring to and I would like her demoted
Caseys 9645 Ida Street, Omaha, NE
This location was just purchased around 6 months ago. This has been our neighborhood gas station for years and now that Casey's took it over, we can't shop at it any longer. The things we have experienced in the last 6 months at this location is extreme filth (inside and out), the machines are broken or not up and working, and some of the employees are snarky. The screen was broken on the pump when I visited today. An example of the filth...your feet stick to the floor and garbage on the grounds.
Desired outcome: Wish it could be a BUCKY's again!! They had such a nice store that we could shop at for years.
Wrongful termination
I was a new hire as of a week or two ago. I started working two days after my interview when I wasn't even supposed to start training until a week after my interview. When the day I was supposed to start came around, I was expecting the day to be filled with onboarding stuff so I asked the manager on shift what I needed to do. He said he didn't know how to...

I was in your store on 4/20/2022 around 12:30/1:00 pm as I was standing in line to pay for my products I hear a man yelling across the store “where is big John” when a employee responds “in the cooler” the man says “oh well how did you get big John in there to do anything he never does work”. The reasoning of the complaint is when I turn around to see who...

I explained to her that I didn't want to do overnights. So she promised me that she wouldn't give me anymore overnights unless there was an emergency so I trusted her. She also promised me that she would put me full time on making subs. She also took my hours away from me because I didn't come into work because my man was sick and I didn't want to get...

After a late visit with my friend's family members and helping with some repairs I had to carry tools back with me. my friend and I, that do not own a vehicle, have to walk home. Due to cold weather conditions we, of course, dress accordingly. We both have on Carhartt bib coveralls, winter coats, pull over face mask that only our eyes show, gloves, winter boots for her, tennis shoes for myself, I have a green army military bag to carry items from the store even if we do not plan on purchasing items I take the bag just in case, she has a bookbag that she uses for a purse. We wanted to purchase a few pizzas and get a drink. We entered the store and there was a woman in the kitchen area prepping doughnuts and we asked if they only cooked pizzas at certain hours. She said the system was updating and it would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes. We then asked if they could manually enter a digital visa prepaid card and the male employee rudely interrupted replying "no, it has to be a nft". We informed them we was going to step outside to try and order online. We stepped out and took us a few seconds to decide where to sit. We then proceeded with ordering online. The temperatures were pretty frigid so we re-entered the store. As we are trying to get our pizzas ordered the male employee wants to make the comment "I can only let you guys stay in to warm up for a few minutes ". As we are both looking at my friend's phone we inform him we are ordering online from there and almost finished. Then he went and asked the female if we ordered pizza yet, when we had informed him from the beginning our intentions. She informs him that we are not homeless bums we are there to order pizzas. He asked the female employee several times if we ordered yet. He then proceeded to say " I can buy you guys a few slices of pizza" . She informs him again we are not homeless and we have money, that our order just went through online". He repeatedly ask the female employee if she received the ticket for our order and stated he had work to do as if we was homeless thief's. Another customer entered the store at this time. I look up and make eye contact with this female customer to look straight back down due to how your male employee was making us look like homeless thieves just based on our appearance. We HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED AND ASHAMED IN OUR LIVES BECAUSE YOUR MALE EMPLOYEE WAS WRONGFULLY JUDGING MY FRIEND AND I! We was informed it would take about 30 minutes for our pizzas and proceeded to purchase our beverages. We informed the female employee I would be back for the pizzas after walking her home. I have a fractured spine in 2 spots and have to carry around what we need. To be ashamed and degraded by your male employee. I am contacting a lawyer over this matter. My friend said she will not walk around town anymore having to where the winter gear cause we will be judged and people will think we are homeless. When I got her home she broke down in tears and first thing i thought about when i woke up this morning. I think it's best to let that judgmental male employee go! We was so embarrassed and ashamed we didn't even return for the 2 taco pizzas we had ordered after not eating any supper the evening prior. Your employee does not realize Carhartt bibs are about $200 by themselves plus Carhartt coats! We are emotionally scarred from this horrible encounter!
Desired outcome: $150,000,000 4 the stress from the harassment and the judgment because she barely goes outside she won't wear the coveralls no more she barely leaves the house because of it
Unauthorized debit charges
On April 10th, 2022 my husband and I stopped at caseys in Hermann, Mo we purchased gas and pizza using my husband's debit card, it wasn't until April 11th, 2022 at 4:30am my husband realized his debit card was missing. I called Caseys at 10:30am and spoke to a man by his voice I am assuming he was a man of color, I asked him if the debit card was there he said no, when my husband got home at 4:10pm he called asking if it was left in the ATM, after about 3 minutes and asking who he was a man told my husband that it was there. I happened to pull up the transactions on the card, it was used at 3:30pm for $10.00. Someone that works there used his card and we would like to have a investigation started. No telling who else this has been done to.
Desired outcome: Investigation done and money returned, prosecution of the invader.
Customer service/ store maintenance
Every night that I go to the Casey’s by the McDonald’s on 13th st in Omaha Nebraska there’s never fresh food though the time says it was just put out. Also I tried ordering a pizza but there’s was no one in the kitchen, I waited when finally a red headed girl half holding her self, came out unprofessional and I’m sure she was under some type of drug. Pizza had not pizza sauce ….. it was a original pepperoni pizza. Tried to complain and I was told I was lying calling me a Karen.
Sexual harassment
I work at this store, I'm not sure when this incident exactly happened since I was just told about it today. My Food Service Leader made comments about how he "wanted to get into my pants" another co worker of mine told him to stop talking about it. He then replied with "I don't care I'm getting into those pants whether he likes it or not". I've been...

I’m a former caseys team member, and the Casey’s on 245 w 2nd street winner South Dakota needs a better management team. No training was given, managers aren’t following proper food procedures keeping items 6 inches off the ground, they aren’t taking the time and properly using FIFO first in first out. Managers will just throw new items in front of older...

I am 73 and I just want what's owed to me. there has been several errors in a simple pizza purchase. This is a big hassle but $20 is spot to me.
Desired outcome: refund of $19.52
Employee slip/fall on icy parking lot
On 1/10/21 around 4PM our employee Chris Pennington was fueling his company vehicle at your Casey's store at 3529 South 72nd Street in Omaha. Chris fell on his side as a result of ice that was not cleared off of the parking lot. He did not report the fall to a manager indie of the store at the time happened. He finished fueling his vehicle and left. the next day called in sick to work and went to the doctor to find that he has bruised ribs and is restricted from work for a few days. This was two days after it snowed so there was plenty of time to have snow and ice removed from the parking lot. While the injury is fairly minor with no long-term time off, we feel like Casey's should compensate our driver in some way for lost time from away from work. Please advise what the next step is for compensation.

Store employee
When trying to order a couple of pizza on the cellphone app, I ran into problems so when I called the store the person that I spoke to Alex, couldn't help resolve the issue and got disrespectful. So by calling back in order to make my order for carry out,, they refused to take my order. I hung up and called back trying to make my order and was again refused...

I have two kids working in the Wyoming, mn store! One is still a minor! There is a serious deficiency when it comes to scheduling. The schedule is not put out until Saturday night for the very next day and is only for the week. People with families need the ability to find child care and those who don’t drive, a ride! The training is atrocious, the stocking is unable to be completed when you have employees being smashed by orders in the kitchen and only two are on the clock!
These issues have been brought up before, but to no avail. Please help this manager do better!
