On 31ste of December2020 we went to Cash Crusaders at Blu Valley Mall. Zaza advertised a Hellerman TEC electric kit for R 999. Although ewe stuggel at first to explain what we are looking for the rest of the service was good. In this kit is a tester. We could not test it because the battery was flat, the guy that helped us point it out, as well my husband. When we got home my husband put it on and needles to say we immediately realize why the battery was flat, the tester did not switch of at all. The 2nd of January 2012 we took it back, and once talked to Zaza . She took the tester to the manager, and he was very rude to my husband. Then we were told they have to send it in to be checked and we will have an answer the Monday 4th of January, they took the bag with the tools as well. . We did not receive ANY feedback at all. I had to phone them again and had extremely difficult time to let them know what my query was about. Zaza phones my husband and told him she will check on it and get back to us. She did send me a message the Saturday 9th of January and told me they will receive it Monday the 11th and she willing phone me to collect it . I never received a call from her. I tried to phone but with NO solution. Then on Theusday the 12th I phoned again and talked to Wellington, then I was told of 21 day it could take and I was very angry, I told him it is unexplainable and nobody said anything about that. He ask me to give him time and he will get back to me before they close they day. He did keep his promise and phone me later telling me they will refund us, and I could pic you my money on Thursday the 14th. I thanked him and went there on the 24th. Unfortunately đź’•Wellington was not at the shop and was told to go to the manager. This was the worst experience I ever had, he was arrogant and rude from the start. I explained that I am there for my refund and he told me he can give it to me, but the tester was not back in the store and he can't book something back that he don't have. He actually souted at me. He then told me he will pay the money into my account with I gave to him. To date 16th January I still did not receive my money. I phoned this morning, but once's again Wellington is not at work, and I did not want to talk to the rude manager again. O hope we will get assistance with this situation.
