I was booking my plane ticket to Philippines last night Oct. 12, 2023 around 8:00 pm to visit my wife. It was very easy booking and very quick but when I continue to pay it, it said that my card was declined. Then I go checked my mobile bank account in First Commonwealth Bank and money amounting $1239.30 was taken away from that transaction. I call Cheapoair customer service but they said they didnt get the money when it's clear that it was credited on my account.
Not the next day Oct. 13 I called them first thing in the morning their office hour but I got this very poor customer service, it took them long time to pick up the phone and they try to make you wait and then hang up. They also supposed to call my bank and they hang up the moment the bank received the call. I just want to get the money back so I can book another ticket because this flight is very important. I heard a lot of bad reviews about Cheapoair booking but I never thought it would happen to me but guess what, im one of the problematic customer now when I was using their flatform in good faith

Desired outcome: That this company should release my ticket or just return the money.
