We booked a ticket last July 23, 2023, for April 22, 2024, vacation to Philippines returning Flight will be on May 19, 2023. They sent first email to us last December 27, 2023, that the return flight was cancelled by the Airlines and proposing a new date which is May 18, 2024. I called them to ask if there are any other options and the agent gave me shorter lay over and I accept that option but for some reason they keep on sending proposed itinerary I remember I accepted the May 19 that was offered to me by the lady agent and Dec 28, 2023, I received a confirmation about my return trip on May 18, 2023 and lay over for 24hrs in Manila. I was so frustrated and called them again the agent told me that the Lady agent who helped me mis look that there is no seat for the said flight that she gave to us. I waited for 3 hours they let me keep on waiting for they cancelled (May 18, 2024) and keep on offering to refund the money back to us. The tone of their voice was so upset with the situation that they created to us. I explained to them that I don't want a refund and you have to solve the situation because it was not my fault. Agent Glaim, I think his name offered me May 22 alternative date and told me to wait for Airline confirmation I checked my booking app and I saw the date was booked and I also accepted that itinerary for May 22, 2024, return. I saw that there was an Airline Confirmation in the app and on my account as well with them. All of a sudden, they sent again an email January 3, 2024, that my return flight for May 22, 2024, has been cancelled by the Airlines. They send a proposed itinerary for May 19, 2024, which they themselves told us before that there is no flight for this trip. I was so stress that I called direct to the airlines and found out that there was no email from there side that was sent. Cheap o air did not confirm the trip for May 22, 2024, that they offered to us that is why that trip was automatically cancelled by the system. When I called Cheap O ' Air they said they send an email straight to third party of PAL Airlines and I should not call Customer Service Desk of PAL because they don't have the access to see the email that they send. Calling PAL, they explain to me that the Third Party made changes to my trip by themselves, and all the transactions can be monitored by them just by giving them the Booking Id number. All the time wasted and false hope, false information created stress to me. The PAL airlines informed me to tell Cheap O' Air to call them when I did the Agent of Cheap O' Air was upset and won't listen to my concern and keep on insisting that the situation is being taken care By Agent Glaim not exactly sure of the name I heard because he was speaking fast and trying to avoid the discussion. And keep on insisting that they send an email to PAL. I asked which email they send the last agent I spoke last night said there is a different line for third party agency if they contact PAL. I spoked to PAL for how many hours, and they explain to me everything, and I found out that Cheap O Air did not send an email. What bother me most is the last Agent I spoked to said that Cheap O' air is just waiting for the Airline confirmation my case is in the waiting list and there is no assurance that I can get the trip for May 22, 2024, return flight that they suggested to us. I was so scared about our situation and explained to PAL everything they fully understand my situation and PAL helped me with the assurance of issuing the ticket last night out of pity. It was a stressful and bad experience with Cheap O'Air.
Desired outcome: I want Cheap O' Air to give me compensation for the damages they gave to me I was so stress my time was wasted and giving me false information..
