I am facing trouble with rescheduling of the flight. It happened before when I received the mail from the company mentioning that your flight has been rescheduled and I have to accept the change or cancel the ticket. For that I accepted it and wait for the new iternery which I never got until I called them multiple no. Of times. This company has a poor customer service and they have only toll no. For which I had to pay 50 dollars extra in my phone bill.
Now this same thing is again happened. They sent me a mail on 27 September 2023 to accept the change and assure me that once they receive the reply they send me the new ticket but after more than16 days The situation is till the same.
Now if I cancel the ticket they will take more than 2 months to refund or may be they will refuse to give me refund as I cancelled the ticket.
Or if I wait for them to reply me back or fight with them on Call again it’s going to be my loss.
Till time I think it’s the workst mistake of my life to book with cheapoair
Desired outcome: I want the company to solve my issue and give a fixed ticket which should stay that way.Also company should start a toll free service to all customers in canada and other parts of the world too.
