a crispy chicken sandwich
I go to Rally's on South Carrollton in New Orleans Louisiana I purchase a crispy chicken and add cheese I make it home open my sandwich I bite into it is hard as a rock and it's burnt I mean like burnt black burnt and it's too hot to be walking back up to Rally's to get my money back which is really ridiculous because the family should have been made right in the first place I mean it was only two people in the place I don't see why I couldn't have been made right

I've called several times about this rallys. Someone responded back the first time but other times no. I waited in line for about 7 mins then was told to park out front because my chicken wasn't done. So they bring me my bag no ranch (which I asked for) everything was cold but the boneless chicken. Rally burger meat cold cheese cold the bun tasted as if it was old and it was very crumpled. When I went in I counted five employees. There's no reason to have to sit in line that long and still receive cold food

Y'all have an employee working at night around 6pm or 7pm who works in Jacksonville Florida at the location on the corner of lem turner ave and Edgewood ave he is African American and wears glasses. Around 5'7 or 5'8. I went there and he was especially rude to me I have never received such poor customer service in my life he needs to be fired. They messed up my order and when I came back to the window to have them correct it he refused to help me and insisted that someone else helped me and then he cursed at me

At 12:01 am I've purchase two $2 meals. An employee name Troy F in Cahokia IL didnt. Troy didn't give me my correct amount. I gave him a $10 bill and my meal costed $4.52 and he gave me only 0.50 and I suppose to got $5.48 but he only gave me 0.50 I was rushing to get to work and it done to me. When i call back 10 minutes later he had already clocked out. I talked to a managed name sharlene and she said he was going to be in at 7:00pm Troy said I gave him a $5 bill and i did not I had a $10 bill in my purse and he didnt give me my correct change.

I walked up to the window of Rally's on Claiborne I was met with a direpectful employee who stated that the system was down when asked how long the window was shut in my face asked to talk to manager and asked what was the employees name I received a shut window and received a dried out fish sandwich I would like to receive a refund this has really made me lose my appetite this fish sandwich is uneatible
After returning to the establishment with the UN eatible food my order was tossed to the side and the next person order was taken after window was shut the employees made disrespectful comments I changed my order to burgers told them I had fries with my order instead of fresh fries I received the same fries from the previous order at this point I'm done

I ordered rallys last night and got it home the order was wrong the drink tasted like the carbon stuff had run out and the fries were chewy they tasted old couldnt eat it it was really bad i expected it to be delicious cause we hadnt had it in a while but my bread was soggy and i couldnt chew the fries the cherry coke was fine but the mellow yellow was nasty tasting it looked different also i dont get money to eat out with often i wish it wasnt like that we went to bed on a empty stomach i told my husband to hold the receipt it was late so we couldnt return it last night i feel like we wasted money.

I recently ordered from the restraunt on E.55th off Woodland avenue in Cleveland Ohio. Everytime I ordered from this location my order is never made correctly! I have had to return more then a few times so I can get my order corrected. Also I use coupons for most of my visit and I always get overcharged. When I ask why the employees don't know why and I end up paying full price even though I had a coupon!

I went to checkers and ordered a checker burger meal and Ended up with a MOLD burger! Mold was on the bottom of my sand which I'm the bread! The most disgusting thing I've ever saw! Not only was in at the bottom where if someone didn't noticed it, they couldn't ate it, but the manager on duty had no remorse what so ever when I brought it up there and showed her!

This location is very unprofessional! They [censored] the whole entire establishment down before 2am! I live three blocks away and I come to checkers at least 3 times a week! Every time I come there's a problem! They only self fries, burgers, and fountain drinks come 1:45 am! Like why even keep the place open if your going to be to lazy to make the [censored]? They never want to make the food! I always receive an attitude! They always argue with me over the simplest things & the wait is always 35 minutes or better! They sell old oily fries! I can never get a fruit cream smoothie, slushie, or anything! They are beyond lazy and ghetto as hell! And it's annoying. Not to mention they place is always a mess! They had the mustard on the damn floor. Yuck

I went through the drive thru of a Checker restaurant, located at 3709-25 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140 on Tuesday July 3, 2018. The all around service was shameful. My car and the car in front of me waited in the drive thru for approx 15-20 minutes. While waiting I observed staff ( more than 1) going out to a car that they had sitting In the other drive thru lane. They spent s few minutes by the car while we waited. When it was finally my turn to be serviced (I made my purchase using debit) The young lady was unable to give me a receipt, so instead she took a picture of the register screen with her cell phone (That was unreadable because of a cracked screen) i have never witnessed a thing it is a business and that is how you conduct business. WE SPENT A TOTAL OF 28 MINUTES in the drive through with only one car in front of us. WORST SERVICE EVER this gives CHECKERS a bad name. If I had to rate 1-10(10 being the worst) the service I received today it would be -10

Tonight at the Taylor Blvd store I orderd three Big Buford meals the fries were cold and the Big buford's didnt have any lettuce on them at all called to complain to the store and no one would pick up the phone it just rang and rang and rang they also make your cups of ice with a scoop that stays down in the ice from the cashier. Gross! I've had many many complaints with this location and hopes that it will get better because it is down the street from our house

This is an absolute disgrace to our country and the brave men & women who fought for it. If this is allowed at your franchise's then you deserve to go bankrupt!

We arrived at Rally's in St.Louis Mo 1015 S. Broadway at around 2:11 am July 3rd. We were told they were only serving fried foods and that they only had 5 bone in and 5 boneless wings said all slushy ice cream machines were down. First thing we ordered was 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese along with some other items. We then pulled up and waited in line it was to cars ahead of us no one behind, we reversed and added 3 funnel cake fries. When we got to the window we seen that they closed at 3 which was probably why they stopped selling burgers, slushes etc. We only received a kitchen receipt when we asked for one multiple times and they wasn't going to give us one if we didn't. The workers were walking and working in flip flops using no gloves...rewind the cameras! We got our order and the chicken sandwiches wasn't in there they never rang us for it when it was the first thing we ordered. So now we are being taxed 3 different times for one order and then they said it would be a 5 minute wait on the chicken. By time we got to the Lumiere Hotel down the street food was cold. I AM PISSED!
i’m complaining about rally’s flying the american flag upside down
The rally's in Evansville indiana has absolutely no respect for our United States of America's it's not a joke being disrespectful of the America flag yet the pathetic people at the rally's was flying the flag upside down which is a sign of distress and emergency my husband is a army veteran we will never be back to rally's again something needs to be done about this!
As an army vet, I was actually hoping Rally's was going to have a good explanation for this. As for the rest of us, our country is in distress right now, im sure we can all see it if we are honest with ourselves. Theres a huge racial, social, and religious divide all across America right now. Adults have lost power over there children and nobody has any respect for anybody that is different than themselves. And ladies lets not forget the leader of this great nation told us all that with money and power you can do anything you want, you can even grab women by the pussy. Women have lost there self respect but only for certain people of power. I WILL CONTINUE TO EAT RALLYS, EVERYBODY IS ENTITLED TO THERE OPINION, EVEN RALLYS EMPLOYEES. This country needs us. We shoud ask why rather than point the finger and become the executioner.

I called Corporate office yesterday and voiced my concern . I was asked if I called the Store first and I explained that I will not call them as I am calling you to address this disrespect. Sent them the picture and today I received a phone call from the Store here in Evansville explaining that a maintenance person Hung the flags up wrong and no disrespect was intended. I thanked them for the call but also told them I was not buying the story as it could of been acceptable mistake if 1 of the 2 were hung up wrong but both? I am sure Corporate had some managers caboose in a sling over this. I have made this Pic go viral and many have shared my photo. Will never give this business a dime from here on out. About a month ago I ordered big chicken sandwiches and they were over over cooked. Call and spoke to manager was told they would replace items but went there three times and was given an excuse until I gave up. Toady different location same kind of result. Ordered four single mozzarella burgers and the patty was very very small. No cheese and cold. I'm on a fixed income and can't keep wasting my money. I just want an apology and at least a ten dollar coupon. This is not the way to conduct business.

I contacted you days ago about your rallys manager threatening me with violence. I have heard nothing back from you! I assure you it is in your best interest that you remedy this horrible action by your manager. Threatening customers is no way to do business and as a columnist in my city, I plan on bringing this out to the public if you do nothing! I did nothing wrong and did not deserve that threatening and horrible language.in all my days I have never seen any manager/fast food place act that way. Do yourself a favor and act on this before its too late! This will not go away.

I went to checkers on 6/24/2018 and placed an order witch they made incomplete I was only giving fries after returning my order the lady says she made a mistake ..Ok cool. They fixed my order but the lady bends over and grab something off the dirty floor and puts it in my bag and handed it to me. So I asked to speak with the manager and was offered my money back .I felt like I was being treated like an animal with no respect. I was hungry just getting off of work and just wanted a quick bite to eat witch turned my whole night up side down... That place is nasty it has fruit flies all around it and food code enforcement agencies need to get involved immediately.

Needs additional training on how to address employees in front of customers. It's very inappropriate to be in drive thru and managers forget to turn the speaker off and customers hear how they talk to their employees. It is unacceptable
This establishment just recently opened and I've been there twice and both times they were rude when the employee ask for help.. I'm assuming they are learning the system as well. Which means it take patience
I've worked fast food & retail and i know how important it is to serve customers.
One manager in question is Shelia, she need to be trained on how to talk to people. she's very rude. I will not go there until i see a change.. we as consumers shouldn't have to go to an establishment that don't know how to treat or talk to someone.
If you have an title it doesn't give you the right to handle someone in that way.

06/22/2018 @ 2340 I Drove into the location at 1846 remount road North Charleston sC 29406, waited in line to place my order. I approached the speaker and was ordering a 2 for $5, Philly steak or mushroom steak. the young lady interrupted me and told me there was no steak. I then started placing my order for a number 2 the baconzilla, she asked me the beverage, I told her a coke. She asked if i wanted anything else, so as Im adding to my order, the young lady rudely interrupted me again and told me to place my order at the window. So. Now, I am stuck in this drive thru loop and I no longer have a desire to eat here. I moved forward and she starts taking the order of the vehicle behind me. Moved up until I got to the window...the young lady(black girl, about 5 feet 6, 130-140 pounds with braids in her hair pulled up in a pony tail, blue shirt black slacks) She never once addressed me while i sat there approximately 2 minutes while she spoke to her colleague about the beverage order from the walk up window. I drove off. I took my large order to sonics, ($75) where I got wonderful customer service even though it was near closing. I understand your location was busy this evening, however, because of her lack of talent to listen...you've lost a loyal patron. This location is 2 minutes from my home in north Charleston but the customer service and the fear of what may transpire behind the scene, makes me drive out of my way to another restaurant. I understand the daily stresses of working with the public, I've worked in customer relations >35 years and I could never have acted in such a manner and still call myself employed. I wish my writing was on a positive note, but how many customers have you loss because of the horrible customer service? Not everyone has the time or ability to fill out a complaint but I'm sure everyone who has had a negative experience will gladly share that not so pleasant experience by mouth. Negative news travels quickly. Hopefully, this could aid in training .

Is there any way we can get a checkers in Enterprise Alabama? We only have a sonic in this type and it is no comparison to Checkers. We have alot of soldiers in our area because of Fort Rucker being just a hop, skip and jump from Enterprise. We have a couple in Dothan Alabama but that is to far to go especially for older or disabled people. Please consider this. Thank you
