drive-thru service
I'm sitting in line as we speak. It has been 30 mis. 20 mins I'd waiting before I even ordered. I would have left, if it was an option of backing up. The line is extremely long(both of them). Drive-thru service is suppose to be quickly. I'm disappointed in this service. The workers aren't even moving in a fast pace to catch up. Just ridiculous. Fix it please.

I am disgusted with this store and want someone to call me to hear my complaint. I will shorten it for now and say they sold me the charcoal burnt fish sandwich and dump all my french fries in a bag. My number is [protected]. I have been going to this food service for a year and every single time i have waited at least 10 min. I called to complain they never answer. I am just done with this place.

I had to drive to 3 different Rallys locations and they all let me down. First off I'm 7 months pregnant and was really craving rally's . The first Rally's I went to was on Jefferson they said they was closed when clearly the sign says open 24 hours. The second one I went to said they weren't taking any orders until 30 minutes and all the workers was outside smoking and laughing, that was on Choteau and the last one said there machines was down .

I live in Jennings, mo.. and I go to Rally's every Sunday and sometimes during the week. I try hard to go to the Rally's near where I stay. But the service at both of these Rally's has been a nightmare. Everytime I go either they do have what you want or the machines or broken. Or you get in the line that they only except the correct change. and you not able to get out of the line.I feel you don't have enough worker are poor pissed manager don't have the staffed. I would love to stay in my area to dine in. But I can't. And why is it they are still advertising fries for a 1.00 any size and the stores don't let us have it.The staff is so nasty with you.I know a lots of people refuse to come back.As if you care. I just might start going to Burger King instead. If my 89 year mother loves you guys fries. I would not go back.I never seen this happen the away from my neborhood.Please address this problem with your staff. Thank you
closing early before time
You're Riley's is over by the airport I delivered at Delta air freight I stopped over at sure rallies at 9247 middle belt role in Romulus Michigan and IPC view to get out my semi truck to go to the window and make a order place order when I try to knock on the window I see a young lady would read here a normie and then I try to get her attention going to the other window by this time IA and another individual came to the window to tell me that they were close the sign on the window set for am and it was about 3:15 when I went to the window is it policy to close early jester close you wanna go home and not stay open Stay open the posi time that is documented I mean but I set then watch countless people get turned away trying to get some to eat late night.

I am a regular customer at Rally's. I visited today and purchase 3 ice cream cones, 1 chili dog, and 1 chicken and fry box. The gentlemen on high side was friendly and courteous. My passenger was asking him questions about some mozarella sticks while I checked the contents of the bag. I looked at and asked him for some napkins. The manager rushed to the window with the napkins and said thank you have a good night. Let me remind you this was during the early part of the day. It was 6/2/2018 around noon. This is like the 3rd time she has rushed us away from the window. I am sick and tired of supporting businesses where customer service sucks. As customers we do understand the fast service but each customer should be allowed to check their bags without someone rudely rushing you away. Please address this with your managers asap.

drive thru service
Visited store 6369 in Chicago placed my order at 518pm (I did not have a special order) pulled up to the window and was told to move my car back behind the red pole then pull back up to the window. I have been asked to do this on more than one occasion upon different visits. My total was $19.30 and I was told after waiting two to three minutes at the window to now pull up to the garbage can as they were making my burgers fresh. I watched the car behind me pull off with their food I guess they didn't get fresh burgers. I'm now yelling to the drive thru cashier will this take much longer? She replied she'd check. Two minutes later she came out with the food telling me she had upgraded something I had already paid for. I finally pull off at 536pm. This is totally unacceptable Checkers is supposed to be fast food. All Checkers in the city of Chicago have horrible slow service especially the drive thru. I'm having a very hard time giving up my twenty to twenty five minutes every time I step foot in the restaurant or drive thru. Please do something to fix this. Also the text app does not work. I have never received any coupon.

Visited the location on the corner of Holland Sylvania and Central in Toledo Ohio today. Had a wait time of almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. Got a rally burger with cheese combo and chicken bites combo. Both the chicken and the burger were cold. No sauce provided with the chicken bites meal. Service was friendly, but not very fast or fresh. Very dissatisfied.

On several occasions my food was not made properly or how I ordered it..also on another occasion I which was 2days ago an employee would not serve walk up and locked the doors and wouldn't serve me or even let me buy my 4 yr old daughter a drink and it was 90degrees I'm upset wit there service and the way they treat there costumers for the simple fact I always spend my money with this restaurant and it's always a problem.

I picked up a big Buford for my wife and I requested no mayonnaise.
We are on vacation for the weekend and we were in a rush to meet the rest of the family at the beach.
When I gave the sandwich to my wife, she saw the mayonnaise on the sandwich, which she is allergic to, she didn't eat the sandwich.
Today (Sunday May 27 2018)
Was the first chance we had to contact the store.
When I called the store a lady named Keisha answered.
I explained what happened with the order and she was rude in handling this complaint.
I asked for the name and number of the district manager she said she didn't have the contact number for the district manager.
I said who can I speak to and very rudely she said I can call Eric the store manager Monday morning.
We still have the receipt for this order.
not honoring coupons
This store is managed by an [censored] - signed up for their smartphone app, free fries offered and then a few hours later I got a buy one get one free burger coupon for signing up. One you show your phone and the other you print off - trying to use
Them and while the sign said clearly "limit one coupon per person, per visit" - there were two of us in the car; clerk refused to honor, ask for manager who came over to window and echoed that we could only use one coupon per visit - I pointed to the sign that said per person, per visit and he threw the coupon back at me and told me to leave.
To add insult to injury, I directly contacted checkers on their web site where you can file a complaint and never heard back from them in any form or fashion. We have quit eating there and tell everyone we know to avoid eating there - the manager is a whacko. Who does that?

Here's the short version: Ordered food n shakes. Was told they'll get shakes done while I wait for the food. Food comes out about 5 minutes later...still no shakes. Stood outside order window almost 10 minutes before someone came (there was only ONE car in drive thru..they were NOT busy). Asked about shakes n said food is gonna b cold by the time I get home. Window is closed in my face while I'm still speaking. Got shakes more than 5 minutes later. Get home and was appalled by the food. Ordered a chili cheese dog...received a chili dog with chili, onions and ketchup & mustard. Ordered chili cheese fries... We received 15, 15! fries with dried up chili. Ordered loaded fries...again, barely got a handful of fries. Fries so hard I couldn't eat them. Spent $20 on food that ended up in the garbage. They were rude and didn't give a crap about what they gave people. And the fact that I even CALLED the main office and nothing was offered.
My mother and I are both disabled and relied on a family friend taking us there. We ended up with NO dinner because we had no way to get back there.
Is this how you handle grotesque customer service (or lack there of)? Do you pride yourselves for taking advantage of people and taking their money and giving them disgusting food? Apparently you all don't give a damn because I have received no callback/follow up phone call to try to remedy this problem. It may only $20 to you...but for people with limited funds, it may have well been $100.
I'd like to say that I look forward to hearing from you but I honestly doubt that you will.

no powdered sugar for funnel cake fries
To whom it may concern:
For over 3 weeks I've been trying to order funnel cake fries and have been told there's no "powdered sugar" and that it would be in the next day, but I would return and still no powdered sugar! Then one of clerks didn't want to sell me the funnel fries cause it wouldn't taste good without the sugar. Aren't you all in the business for selling your product? And how hard would it be to send a worker to Food 4 Less for powered sugar that's located in the same parking lot? What kind of establishment is this? Won't be back.

Did not get the order correctly or give all of the right things that I had ordered. Had attitude when trying to explain I was supposed to have a free stacker and they made me pay for one so I had asked for my free one and they told me they did not know what they were talking about when bringing me the right order back out. They are very uncaring of the customers.

I pulled up to the drive-thru the young lady asked could she take my order I asked for a large fry and I told her that's all I wanted and I waited there for 2 minutes and she said nothing back so I pull up to the window to pay for my food and the manager came to the window and said did you order I said yeah I asked for a large fry and I was waiting on her to say something back so he stated that I'll have to go back around and replace my order because she was talking and she didn't hear me she was talking to another employee and I said are you serious and he said yeah we can't take orders at the window so I just pulled off but that was very unprofessional instead of taking a customer's order she's not paying attention and talking to the other employees
I went to rallys and placed a order it was a coupon problem cashier went to scan and it wouldn't scan she then told the manage on duty which she ignored the cashier it was totally bad service I never experience it at a rallys before my question is y the manger couldn't stop to help I then left went to burger king to eat
wrong order, hair in food.
My wife waited 15 minutes in the drive thru at the Ypsilanti, MI location on Washtenaw Ave at 2000hrs. One vehicle was in front of her, who were asked to pull to the side, and was still there after she left. She ordered 2 burger combos, one with cheese, one without; neither had cheese. She asked for no ice in the beverages, both had ice. To top it all off, there was a medium length black hair in the fries; I'm bald & clean shaven, my wife has long auburn hair. Had the location been busy, I could understand the order mistakes, but it was not. As for the hair, that shows failure to comply with safe-serve protocols.
incorrect order and rude customer service
I went to Rally's in Pine Bluff, AR, on Olive St., May 22, 2018. I placed my order and when the girl read it back to me she read clearly and listed every item that I had requested. I get to the window and pay for my order... as she is handing me my items I noticed she didn't give me the milk shake I ordered... she said she didn't ring me up for one, I informed her I had ordered it. While they were making it I was reviewing the receipt and noticed she didn't ring up another item I had ordered. so I let her know about it, I also let her know that this order was read back to me correctly when I had placed it, her reply... "I know, but I didn't ring it up" and at this time the Manager hollers from inside no more orders at the window.
This wasn't an order at the window, this was a correction at the window because of an employee that I guess just decided we didn't need everything that we had ordered. I'm not sure why someone would understand and get the order repeated back correctly, just to not enter it correctly, and then be rude and crappy about her mistake.

The food was extremely cold and not fresh. And the guy was rude as ever! It's always something when I come here to the 5th avenue location in Gary Indiana! Needs to close down... He lied and said they didn't have anymore ice cream when they are promoting the new ice cream so how wasn't it any left! Thought rally's had an ice cream machine. He didn't want to make it as if he was in a rush

I was waiting at the speaker for about 10 minuets didn't hear anyone so I drove to the window where I was told I couldn't order that I had to go back to the speaker to order
I could see if they were busy but there was no one there I was very disappointed so I left and went across the street to Burger King and went to the window to see what would happen and they were glad to take my order I don't think I will return to Checkers any time soon
