This is the last thing I ate last night at the location in long beach, ca on cherry and pch. I recieved food poisoning since 5am along with my other siblings who also ate. I never had experience food poisoning at this location. I knew something was going to happen when I seen new people there. The drive thru employee was rude and charge me two large fries when I said one. Ive ben coming here for since I moved here in 07 and now I am not coming here again

drive thru and walk in service
3 of us went to store #9102 terre haute, IN. We had 2 orders due to different pay methods. We sat there while every other car on was was waited on even 5 cars that ordered after us! They were slow and rude. We did bot get a receipt for either order just order slips stuck to bags. We sat and ate then my daughter Walked in to get 3 ice creams and waited another 15 minutes! We get them and the nilla banana had twix in the bottom of them but the strawberry cheesecake only had some graham cracker bits. All 3 were only a little over half full. Terrible attitudes and WAY too slow! None of us will be back for a long time for sure!

First thing they took a long time then my order for wrong I ask for a double rally's burger with cheese not a single one and then it was sloppy and the bread was molded. I got it from store#0407 who would give somebody molded bread they no better then that whoever made this sandwich should be written up cause they New this bread was bad and the manager don't they suppose to check for bad bread and throw it out my check#20094 my name is Jasmin Tate you can contact me at [protected]

We have went to rallies on east main st in springfield ohio at least once a week for the past few months. Ball games makes for quick cheap yet good food for fast food. I have yet to receive the correct order at all. We always get chicken bits and ask for ranch and has not received it once. Anywhere u go chicken nuggets comes with sauce. I don't normally complain, but today I asked for the sause again at the window and still did not receive it. Undersaffed or not, this might seem like an invalid complaint, but all of. The little things adds up. I am honestly to a point where I am not going bac, because I know that I will not receive what I asked and paid for.
slow service
The rally's at 3605 Kentucky Ave in Indianapolis, Indiana is very slow. Every time I come here it takes at least 15 minutes before I get my food. I'm here now and have been standing outside their window for 20 minutes. They don't use the other drive thru. They tell me to go to the other one. They are severely under staffed. There's only one cook, one person who takes the orders and another who stands around. Something needs to be done. This is supposed to be fast food!

Came to your store #8163 Belleville Illinois ordered 2 Big Burford and other items but the Big Burford were not cooked almost raw inside... have taking pictures could not even eat them! I have copy of receipt as well horrible food! I would like a response for the lack of cooking skills and food being under cooked... hopefully I don't get sick from taking two bites before noticing bleed coming from the burger... def need this resolved immediately before anyone ends up in the hospital. Hopefully not me but time will tell.

F. A. N. Families around the world in need - non profit organization/ request for a financial donations for product liability, pain & suffering & lost of goods. Im requesting/ accepting a settlement in the form of a financial donation to my non profit organization & family for product liability & pain & suffering we had to endure because of the negligence & lack of professionalisum displayed by "rallys" in conway, ar 06/02/2017 when me & my family went to order good for me / my family & my homeless/ low income families.in the process of serving & eating the food I noticed a hair cooked in my fry & unbelievably almost simultaneously my 7yr. Old child scteamed! As she pulled a long piece of hair out her mouth from biting the fry we immediately took the food from the rest of my family & clients. We were extremely tramatised, scared, angry & hungry very heart broken we had to take the food from the homeless hungry family but relieved they did not digest any of it but mentally & emotionally disturbed & tramatised that my child had. Someone's possibly infected with who knows what hair in her mouth which could be contaminated with all types of deseases me, my wife & 2 children all are the frys but not in full but enough to cause physical illness & mental / emotional damage. So please make a donation on behalf of my non profit organization to make up for this tragic terrifying situation thanks & have a great successful day from f. A. N. Families around the world in need.

I orders chili cheese fries 2 big chicken deluxe a double rally burger with cheese no mustard and a oh sweet tea.
I received loaded fries 2 completely plain chicken sandwiches, burger and a root beer.
Called the local restaurant numerous times and no one will answer.

front door negligence
Business hours on Parsons and Sheldon at the rallys hamburgers the front door is always closed, I used to walk up here all the time but now everyday the door is closed, daytime hours also, like 3, 4 pm, I believe the reason is that the workers inside only feel like focusing on the drive thru, that's very unfair to the customers that walk to the location in the hopes of being able to purchase something to eat

I tried to order my food but everything I wanted they didn't have. So once I picked something the women had a really bad attitude. I tried to get one of the woman attention when the window was open and she closed the window in my face. So thirty minutes later the man in the back gave me my food and explained to me one of them gave my order to someone. I feel as through the women there was very rude. It would have been nice if someone would have told me they had to remake my order. But they didn't. I'm very upset and I will never return to this rally's ever again.

My husband and I went to rallys on wabash in terre haute saturday night and received horrible service
The cashier who was obviously new messed up our order 3 times in a row (Which I understand he was new im not angry about the mess up he tried to correct it) we ordered a medium chocolate shake and 3 crispy chicken sandwiches, one fry lovers burger and one mushroom swiss burger along with 2 large fries
We were handed some sort of oreo sundae and we told them we hadnt ordered a sundae (third time saying we wanted a medium chocolate shake) when they gave us the medium milk shake I noticed it had not even half of the cup full of the "chocolate shake" and the rest of the cup was whipped cream (Over half the cup was whipped cream) we told them we werent paying almost $4 for a cup of whipped cream and the manager came and tried to say thats the way his general manager said to make it and rudely snatched the cup from my husbands hand and "fixed" it... He was told we were missing one of the crispy chicken sandwiches and that our 2 large fries were very old and hard and not even half full he refused to fix it and instead rudly pushed the "fixed" shake into our car and slammed shut the drive through window... The mushroom swiss burger was cold and the fry lovers burger had no fries on it... We will never spend another penny at this location again and someone who acts that way towards customers and their employees shouldnt be allowed to work in the food industry

I was at rally's on May 27, 2017 and 1. I ordered 2 Large fries and only received one. 2. I ordered 3 chicken sandwhiches and 2 of them were fish. 3. My ONE large fry was undercooked. 4. The manager was unprofessional and didn't want to fix it. 5. When I did try to fix it the manager came out personally and was telling me over and over that there was nothing he could do about it.

hamburgers and buns...
I just went to rallys, store #4038 lancaster ohio, memorial drive...5-21-17, 5:55p, order # ds259 or 20133... I ordered and all american cheeseburger, a rally burger, spicy chicken, and a fish sandwich.. total of..$5.49
I paid with my debit card. upon leaving.. I decided to eat my cheeseburger... it was cold.. the cheese was not melted.. and the bun was dry and fell apart in my hand. I decided to check the other rally burger, it too was cold., the fish was look warm.. and the spicy chicken was warmest, not hot.. I returned and said my burgers were cold.. he said the bun warmer is down and the condiments make them cold.. he said other ones would be the same. so I just got 2 cheeseburgers.,, I left.. I unwrapped my cheeseburger to eat before bringing the food home.. it too was luke warm. and cheese not melted..
.. neither one had melted cheese... how come the fish with lettuce and tarter.. was warm. and but was not when I got home.. if condiments make them cold. and he can't help that... then why was the fish and spicy chicken with the lettuce and condiments warm...? I brought the food home.. and not one person could eat it.. it all went in the trash. (they.. your workers seemed as if they did not care one bit.)... shouldn't the hamburgers have been hot enough to at least melt the cheese..? well, it was not happening...
.. so I had to go to another restaurant and buy again. this order costed me almost 12.00 (11.68). for a total of almost 20.00.. I had to run across town.. and back 2 x for dinner... I feel that I should at least be compensated for both meals, and my gas and time running back a and forth..? I am not able to send you a picture of the food because it went in the trash while I was getting a 2nd meal..

I am not able to make a copy of the receipt... however.. mikayla p. took the original order.. and the guy, I believe his name is tim m... when I returned.. can go buy envelopes and stamps, and send them to you... however, it would be after the first of the month, because I am social security disability and have a limited income... so at this time it is not possible,, I have always liked rallys and go there often, because the food is always good.. and it works for our budget.. however.. I do not plan on going there for a while.. and hopefully when I do go.. their equipment if fixed. I watched them make some sort of slushy with equipment sitting crooked on what appeared to be a push cart... I called the customer support # and talked to a marie.
drive thru service
I visited Rally's RE only one in our town I try not to go because most of the time the employees are sitting outside smoking until a car comes or the other week I went through after 11 and the guy came on the speaker saying they weren't open yet and when I asked what time they do open yet never responded. Today I went through the drive thru and began to order before I could get it completely out of my mouth what do you want to drink...I tried to finish what I was saying what do you ant to drink ...I can't put your order in until you say way you want to drink my kids said pull off...I pulled up to the window and the girl had to nerve to say I refuse to serve you and shut the window. When I pulled to the window I wanted to tell her how terrible her customer service was. I then called and asked to speak to the manager and to my disbelief it was her on the phone. When I requested the name of the employee working the window she refused and said I tried to take your order at that point I told her about how unacceptable her service was and she unprofessionally yelled how she was RE manager as she works a 9-5 on top of that and a whole lot more until I hung up on her. Being in the field I'm in I've taken a many of client service classes and this employee should be in some of those classes.

You might as well close down your Harahan and Metairie facility because I've been to both multiple times and nobody can make food there worth ###. Everytime the chicken taste like it's been burnt inside and out, sure as hell isn't spicy and can't even get my request right. I can't have cheese so i always request no cheese on anything and everytime they want to load my sandwich with extra cheese apparently and i get the pleasure of scraping it off with my own damn fingers. Find better workers Rallys, i moved from New Albany IN and that was my favorite Rallys I've ever been to, as soon as i got to New Orleans everything about it has sucked completely.

I ordered a 10 pc angry buffalo wing combo w/ a fruit punch no ice and an extra order of 10 pc angry buffalo wings, a spicy chicken combo with a fruit punch no ice and 6 large fries. The wings were very old and the drinks had ice... I asked for ranch with the wings and was informed that they don't come with any condiments and ranch must be purchased for .53. All of the fries were fresh and the chicken sandwich was also good.
store 9123 is awful
Store 9123 is the absolute worst service I've ever had. Often employees seem drunk or on drugs and never getmy order right. Over the last six months I've gone there ten times simply because I love rally's. But always terrible service. A pack of cats lives outside drive thru window. Called to talk to a manger and they were rude as well. Offered no way to even resolve issue. Hung up on me before I even finished talking. Even tho I explained I knew it wasn't his fault.
