watermelon slush drink - large
I pulled through and ordered a large Watermelon Slush Drink, which is kool aid (a 10 cent packet is for a Qt) and paid $2.40 for a glass of ice.. there was hardly any flavoring in the drink and it looked nothing like the picture where it is a solid pinkish color.. this was the color of ice with barely any color. I cannot believe it is that hard to make a drink like this but charging that much for what was supposed to be a large drink was a rip off.. the size of the drink for that amount is also a rip off.

I went to jacksonville Arkansas store an ordered. 2 all American bacon cheese burgers, 2 value fries, an a chicken bites box .. i only recived 2 regular burgers ( ketchup, mustard, an pickle) an a chicken box.. i paid $10 for 2 $1 burgers an a $2 chicken box! Thats $4 plus tax an i live 10 miles from this resturant! So pissed off my check num is 20077 store # 8171 Christina a server an this number idk. Ds276.. pissed momma!

Checkers in Namibia doesn't respect their customers! They sell old food to people, as a consumer I don't have time to be checking expiry dates ad I am expecting bloody bread to be fresh. Especially checkers at Gustav mall independence they have tendencies of selling old food to consumers! I bought rolls and only to realise they were old when I got home ! I bought it for NAD 17! I had throw it away and as a regular I am no more byuying at any checkers! Pick and Pay and Spar here I come . Checker's service is now similar to Shoprite !

I had a coupon for $1.99 for a rallys cheese burger combo (small) . I told the driver thru cashier twice before I started my order and after I finish it was a coupon deal . she said ok drive to the window. I was still charged $4.63. What made me notice I had the wrong order was when I went home and bit into the sandwich that had two meats. I call and the manager told me to bring the order back . So when I got there it was no smiley face and bad attitude like it was my fault. Now the refund was done. And still haven't received my money and I had to give back the food too. So now im lost out on both sides. And this restaurant the LaPlace, La 70068 on airline hwy 61. Something need to be done and I need to be quickly it been 7 days since the matter happen.

I went to rally's on penalton pike in Indianapolis Indiana sat around 3 pm we sat and waited on our food for a hour they had one drive through open and the inside wait was worst and I had a coupon for a large fri that I took back because they was getting cold waiting on my other food and it too 20 min to get that back and they gave me a small back instead of a large

On April 24, 2017 I stopped at the Rally's located at 711 E. Market in Akron, Ohio. I have been going to this location for years and have NEVER encountered the situation that presented itself.
When I pulled in there were two cars ahead of me. I had worked a nine hour day, was tired and hungry, and in no mood to cook. After placing my order the wait began... 5 minutes, 10 minutes and then there was some movement.
By this time there were about five cars behind me. The man directly behind me started honking and yelling. The woman ahead of me put her hand out of her car window and shrugged. Another five or so minutes went by. Finally I got up to the window to pay for my food. I received my receipt which was time stamped 7:36 PM. Again I began the wait. All the while the man behind me kept honking and yelling intermittently.
I waited another five minutes and finally received my food. I checked my order only to realize that I was missing the Chicken bites box. I asked the girl at the window where my chicken was and she rudely replied in the bag. I stated that they weren't. She mad me had the bag back to her. She looked through it and went and made up my chicken box and threw it in the bag! I am not exaggerating when I say "threw it." She handed me back my original bag along with the second bag. I thanked her and proceeded to leave so that the man behind me would stop honking.
When I got home and proceeded to unpack my food the chicken box was dumped inside the bag, not in the box.
As a rule I don't make customer complaints, but this was unacceptable! I waited a total of about twenty to thirty minutes for "fast food!" Had someone explained or apologized, it would have rectified the situation, but there was nothing.
I am saddened and disappointed by this whole situation. I spent $11.97 on this visit. I usually visit Rally's about once every week or so for a sandwich or an ice cream cone. After this encounter it may be awhile before I return.

4 for 3 deal
No deal in Springfield, Illinois. Even robed me on my 2 for 5 dollar deal which was to be the new sandwich that was in the 4 for 3 deal. Bun was great but where was the hamburger patty and the onion rings that were suppose to be on the sandwich with the steak and cheese. Rally's you use to be a GOOD PLACE to go, but you are about the sorriest I know of today...you might as well bull dose the place because people are not going to put up with this. When you have to pay these jokers $15 dollars and hour and they pull this ### on the public it is not going to be pretty for your corporate business. I have never seen anything as sorry as Rally's!
2nd time in less than a month! ridiculous!
This is the 2nd time I've ordered a baconzilla combo and received a tiny 1 pattied burger thats most likely on ur dollar menu! Why am i paying you guys almost $10 for a combo and get something that would cost me less than half that?! You employees at this location are garbage and seemingly can't accomplish an easy task such as this! I let it go the last time because life doesn't always go smoothly and i can get over that, but twice in a month is either store policy or utter incompetence and for that I want my money back! walk up window
Normally it takes a while when ordering from the walk up window at the Salem and grand rally's. This time I sat and watched 7 cars go through the drive thru before they even took my order! And the people that work there are the most racest people! you can be a black person in line and they will be nice as can be then I can walk up being white and for no reason at all start treating me rude as hell! that whole store needs restaffed!
customer service and continuous lack of ice cream
In the two years I've lived in this neighborhood, I've visited this establishment about 10 times and they have not had ice cream one time out of those 10! Also, every time I've ordered the lady that takes my water has been the same most of the time and she is very rude. She gives you a total before you're finished and when your food is ready, she passes it out to you and close the window without saying anything. I can understand someone having a bad day and it happening once or twice, but every time it's ridiculous!

On April 20th at 5:49 p.m. I came through drive-thru and was not able to place a drive-thru order because they said they're wouldn't use in their drive-thru window at the time I ordered a watermelon slushie and the slushy was watered down no flavor to it the cashier at the time I want to say her name was Florence gave me nasty attitude I'm very dissatisfied with my services at this location. The Rallys that I visit today is on 116th and Buckeye in Cleveland Ohio. There was no signs posted that they wasn't using drive through it was a very big inconvenience and it was just not satisfying

My husband works at the reading road location reading Ohio 45215.. On friday April 7th I walked up to his store to eat he had the money. When I asked for him at the window a short black girl told me she could go outside and "kick my [censor]" then denied me service. I looked at the manager ( she had a manager shirt on) she shrugged her shoulders like it was totally ok. Nobody was wearing a name tag for me to identify them but my understanding of who was there that night it was the assistant general manager. My husband has complained to his managers and even filed a sexual harassment claim against the worker and I'm dumbfounded that nothing has been done. So I am forced to make an official customer complaint about how unprofessional (to say the least) some people are there and hope it would be resolved quickly. Thank you for your time.

I'M a resident in Cleveland, Ohio and the Rally's on 55th in Woodland needs to be shut down the employees are nasty, disrespectful, they where no hair nets, they buy weed out the window whike your waiting on your order. They play loud music and come to the window eating and licking there fingers while taking your order. Somebody need to do something about this asap before i take this to are city Mayor or Council Woman and yes i will so please do something quick.

I would like to know if it is legal to have a registered sex offender working with teenagers? If so... are these young employees warned? As a manager of another food establishment, I have encountered several interviewees that state they have left Rallys due to sexual harrassment. Just makes me worry.

I visited Rallys store #4026 on Sunday at 9:30pm
I waited 15+ minutes in line, which isn't that uncommon for that store but still unacceptable. I then sat at the window while a gentleman was VERY rude to a trainee. He came to me and apologized saying "sorry it's busy and we are trying to train, we are working with two people who know what they are doing and one who doesn't" which I felt was very rude to the young lady who was really trying. They handed me my food later the girl asked if I needed something and I told her "yes I'm waiting on my milkshake" she told him that I did not get my milkshake and he tells her to go make it and when she asked how he yelled and said " look at the paper tells you how to do it I can't hold your hand through everything figure it out " i don't care how busy or frustrated you are, you never speak to someone that way. If I was EVER spoken to that way by a coworker I would walk out then and there. He yelled so much she was afraid to ask for help with the ice cream machine because she couldn't get it to work. He came over and snatched it from her and made it and she handed it to me and said "sorry" I looked at her and said "breathe your doing fine" but he was extremely rude to her! Then I open my food up once I leave and my boneless wings are so hard I can't even stick a fork into them. And to bite into them they are rock hard all the way through. I am very disappointed by this visit. And how terrible the service has gotten.

Me and my friend came to rallys for lunch and we asked the lady at the drive through if they still had the 4 for 3. She said in a very rude manner yes they do. So we proceed to ask what comes with it and we were able to hear her sigh and she continued on to get rude and say what all came with the deal. We asked her what kind of sandwiches we were able to pick from and once again she said rudely the kinds and when she said it she said it real fast we could barley understand her. Me and my friend made it simple on her and asked for the same thing and as we drove up to the window I gave her 3 dollars in cash and the rest on my card, when I went to hand her the money she snached it from me. When she went to give me my card she said here and when she gave us our food she said here again, she didn't even say have a good day or anything. We pulled off to park and eat to find out that the fries were old and the apple pie was hard and then the sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together.

roadhouse bacon burger
I was a frequent customer of Rally's here in Toledo, Ohio and surrounding area. Except the last couple time have really changed my mind. The previous visit I bought some Two of the Big daddy bacon burger two fry lover burgers and two fully loaded fries, the two fry lover burgers only had to fries on each burger, now more recent I stopped on 3/23/2017 went into the walk in with my wife to make our order. We was there several minutes with out being acknowledged. And my wife decided we wouldn't order there because we observed the person there with no gloves handling drinks and food and kept having to pull up his pants. We left. On the next day 3/24/17 we went back to a Rally's and ordered two Roadhouse bacon burgers, two loaded fries to eat at home, To our surprise Both sandwiches had only a small number of pieces of Onion Rings, and two half pieces of bacon crisscrossed on the bottom part of the bun and the amount of Barbecue Sauce over powered the bacon.This was clearly not worth a 4 and a half dollar price sandwich.and for the fries it appeared they added old over cooked fries to the batch that a plastic fork could not stab.

Hudson and High. Columbus, Ohio. Big Buford combo was $6.99 on menu. I was charged $7.29 even though I got water to drink. Ohio charges no tax on carry out food. They do charge on carbonated drinks. However tax on a carbonated drink would not be .30. It would be about a dime. Anyway I had water. Manager said they chargr tax on carryout food The Attorney General's office will be investigating this. I did not buy my order and will be spreading the news. Just to check I went to McDonalds and they did not charge tax on carryout.

I went to rallys twice 1st time I asked what specials they had the young lady told me to reserve my car up and read the billboard myself I drove off and never went back!
The 2nd time I went and they told me to get out the line and go sit in the other line. That was extremely long. I asked why? What is wrong with this window? Rallys have 2 windows for a reason?
All the workers are extremely rude and disrespectful! I will never in my life return to a rallys. They will never receive a dime from me and my family.
wings & double cheeseburgers.
I went to the rally on Broadway ave in cleveland, ohio. I ordered bone out wings and 2 double cheese burgers without onion for my husband and i. They said 3-5min. They'll bring it out. Well after 20 min i went back thru the drive thru, they gave me my wings and burgers. Well I drove away cause by this time I've been waiting for fast food nearly half an hour. When I got they gave me bone in wings and my burgers had onions. I'm done with this rallys. They're always slow and never get the order right
