Times of operation
So I get online to find out Riley's hours of operation they say they close at 3:00 a.m. I get down there at 2:30 a.m. and they're telling me they're closed this is the ongoing issue it's either they're only accepting cash they're only taking DoorDash or orders or they're closed and it's always happens around 1:30 2:00 a.m. on a daily basis you go down there to get something to eat cuz of the only place open and they want to talk about their clothes and we are and your website says they're not it's the Rally's on Vernon Odom boulevard in Akron Ohio
Desired outcome: For the location to actually be open during the times of the website says that they're open

Placed an order via the 60 min app on checkers application. As always I inserted my home address in north west and somehow it pulled through as belville capetown. The delivery guy asked for my location and I explained thati am in north west. Called checkers in north west village mall and spoke to mark, explaining the challenge. After that. Lebo the stock controller of belville head office called me and were extremely rude. I wanted to report her and asked to speak to her manager and she told me ridley that they are not available. I asked if she could spell her name and surname and gve me the number for head office amd she told me ahe does not have to give me her surname and she doea not know her own work tell number at head office. Told me that she cancelles my order and I can wait 3 hours for my refund. Another guy from belleville head office calles me, and in all honesty not being very helpful and try to defend lebo poor attitude. Is this the way checkers look after there clients.

Me and my husband went to rallys on south Jefferson in saint louis mo and we had clearly order $14 worth of food and we told the lady with glasses 3 times what we wanted and she still mess up the order so once we got to the window i made sure my order was correct and it wasn't I've let them know and they had a nasty attitude and the intercom wasn't working properly and when i told her about our order she clearly said I'll be alright and the lady with glasses was trying to charge me $2 and some change for a spicy chicken sandwich when clearly ive order it and kept telling her and they was arguing with anthor customer that was in front of us they mess up her order to. I will never spend my hard working money there again i will not recommend no one to eat there.
Desired outcome: Nothing they didn't do anything but gave me problems
Undelivered order
I ordered delivery and I didn't get my order and also still got charged the driver took so long they were closed by the time she got there I tried calling door dash and they said that I ordered from the checkers and rally website so they could not refund my order. I called the checkers I ordered from and they didn't answer. I'm frustrated and just want my money back

Food Quality not good anymore
I don't understand every restaurant and it doesn't matter what city or state but why do your worker insist on reheating already cooked fries by dropping them into grease and reheating them, so they will be saturated in grease/oil.
everytime I come here I have to request fresh food, workers today don't care about the product you are serving, managers included it's like they are surprised that you was their freshest food and it's lunch time why isn't and they wonder why the line isn't wrapped around the building during lunch
Desired outcome: need to procedures on hold time and throw of fries or adhere to company standards on the early 90's when I used to work for you all we never did this
Fry seasoned tenders
Went to checkers on 06/04.. Purchased a 3 pc try-seasoned tenders. Will n NEVER do that again. When we opened the bag .. They were so small I thought it was a joke.. Now I am a pretty regular customer one of my grandson favorite place.. And have NEVER had a problem or complaint.
But these were bad. also the flavor was awful also. He ate one. Dog ate the rest.. Store 5165.. Order ds219..
Get those off the menu.. Disgusting.

Big Buford Hamburgers
I purchased two Big Buford Hamburgers. Drove several blocks and parked to eat them, and the Big Bufords were cold, the french fries were hot.

I'm very dissatisfied with this event. I wonder how they can put cold burger patties on a bun, and serve it to a customer. At the time the location was busy with a line of customers.

Food quality.. wrong order. Slow crew workers
I drove up in the drive thru and they took about 10- 15 minutes for each car. When I drove up to the window the girl didn't know what I had ordered. I just recently resigned from checkers.
One reason being the director of operations
Had problems numberious employees money and didn't fulfill the agreement.
After the employees quit they all found out that their last check was reduced to $7.25 because they didn't give a 2 weeks notice.
Is this legal. Because I've worked over 70 hours at salary and two store locations and was told my check was going to be dropped.
Not the fact that I've relocated to take the job to be milipanated offered more money and promise extra money for working on my off days. That I've yet to see. We also was told we couldn't file exempt on our tax forms if we wasn't in college. Something has to be done about this. It isn't fair for anyone to work hard and After resigning last check gets cut to 7.25
Especially when you're salary making 1615.00

I went thru the drive thru and a car ahead of me had a large order, instead of moving them up to the side out of the way they held up the whole drive thur for at least 20 minutes they gave them their order and my order had been setting at the window getting cold, my question is why can't they move them up and bring their food to them when it's ready and let the remaining cars come on through, McDonalds does that with out any problems

I placed my order on the app and it said it declined but pulled the funds out of my account anyway and now the store says they can't do anything because they didn't get the ticket which most likely didn't show up because of an error in your purchase process. They're refusing to rectify the situation by fulfilling the order that is displayed on my phone that matching the fee that was deducted from my card which for a fact had well over $11.

Store not open with no sign and a line of cars
On my lunch hour at 12:15 pm, I went to the Checker's drive thru and while in line with 5 other cars, two employees entered the building, one came back out and shouted out that they wouldn't be open until 1pm and drove off. There was no sign or anything letting anyone else know, so I got out of my car and let others know!
Desired outcome: If they are going to be closed during a lunch hour, block the lane with a sign to let people know!!

My husband ordered food with a shake, after 20 min he finally got his order and again preceded to wait on his shake . He asked several times where his shake was getting no response? A employee then came out from inside the restaurant to my husband and told him "If he asked again where his shake was he wouldn't get it. " My husband explained that he had been overly patient and with our food being cold now was extremely upset and feeling threatened. The employee started to curse at my husband threatening him more to the point where your employee left his/her job got in their car and came after my husband who was on a bicycle! Followed him all the way home ! Now we are very uneasy about them knowing where we live obviously their state of mind is not right and we feel very threatened! I am calling your corporate office tomorrow following A call to my attorney. No employee should chase down a customer over any circumstance. You will be hearing from me and my attorney. My money back or free food isn't fixing this!
