Chelsea football socks
I am so disappointed after sending two emails to customer service through the website about my sons sock ripping after wearing them under an hour due to faulty seams I have had no reply.
My son is Chelsea mad and spent all his birthday money on a new kit for the socks to rip on first wear.
He was really upset and is now without the socks to his kit.
I think it is terrible that no one has even bothered to reply.
Desired outcome: I would be grateful if my sons socks could be replaced.

I'm hoping this review will reach the management of Chelsea Megastore, I have been waiting for my purchased orders for nearly 2 months now... exchanging e-mails with their Customer Service for a while now but then, they will just reply once and never follow-up. It saddens me to write this complain for I'm a Chelsea Fan (well, newbie). I even told them that I'm really looking forward to receive the items especially the Stadium Kit of Christian Pulisic (my favorite player) if can someone really help us here... highly appreciated! 🙏🏻

I purchased long list items on 26th July 2023 for my grandson Birthday in total I paid £107.12 and I didn’t receive all of them. I’m very sad about it because I suppose to purchased them from official Chelsea Megastore in UK and they let me down..! There is no telephone number for customer services, I called to the shop they replied that they don’t deal with orders, they gave me Nike telephone number again no luck with my order number, I followed the telephone number from Nike adviser [protected] and this number is not exist. I will advice others do not purchase online anything from Chelsea Megastore.
My grandson plays for Chelsea FC at school and it is not fair for public to run after customer service of “Mickey Mouse” shop:(
No refund
Ordered tracksuit this was too big. Returned this via portal. Meantime I ordered the right size and another product.
No refund received, after speaking to 4 different people I’m told 4 different reason I’m not getting refund. The latest stating that chelsea sent the 1st tracksuit back to myself! I’ve never received this parcel. They are saying according to the tracking I received it. I’ve told the them the pictures are me receiving the 1st parcel and 2nd parcel! They are refusing my refund.

I wish to return a youths Chelsea kit. My daughter has already bought this for my grandson.
I went through the returns portal, paid £7.50 (not actually sure what for) no parcel drops recognise the barcode, I am unable to contact Rebound the portal returns provider, their phone doesn't ring. There is no way of returning items, I have over £90 of worthless goods. There are many experiencing the same problem. CFC aren't interested, there are no other means to return.
This is a scam and needs to be sorted.

Ordered on Dec. 5. Have not been able to contact chelsea megastore, and fanatics were unable to help, but at least was able to get a hold of someone. I ordered a 2 items and while its only 3 days late. The amount of reviews matching my experience is concerning. Order number is invalid when trying to check on the status. Received confirmation email and money was taken from me.

2 full football kits, one T-shirt and a mug
I placed an order in readiness for Xmas on 29th October of 2 full football kits, a football top and a mug.
Order tracking has not moved and still showing as processing with date of 12th November which has clearly passed.
Online chat say they cannot help until this has been picked from warehouse and dispatched however it looks as though this is stuck.
I'd like my order status to be updated and to know if/when this should be received.

Hi I placed a order for my daughters birthday came to £117 I still have not revived her t shirt it was not in the parcel. I have purchase the item on 2nd of June 2021. The Estimated Arrival - Aug 16 2021 as per mention on the status. But until today, I didn't receive my order and Chelsea megastore keep on to refund my money. I just want my order.
refusal to clarify deletion of personal data
I tried to make a purchase several times on this ChelseaMegastore but the order just wouldn't go through so I contacted their customer service for help via live chat.
Upon discussing this issue, I also asked the customer service rep how I can go about deleting the addresses and payment methods which I had to store on the site while attempting to make the purchase (there seemed to be no option to edit or delete these info from my registered account dashboard). I was then told by the rep that I had to find that out myself?! What kind of rubbish, upon pressing him further on the reason, he simply exited the chat and I was left with no answers and frankly this deeply concerns me to have my details stored on the site.
I have attached the proof of conversation, hope this body can investigate the situation better.

Football top
I ordered a printed football for my bf which cost £100. It never arrived. We had a family illness so it did take me a while to cause it up but I assumed it was still on its way. Once I chased it up I was told it was in transit and to wait another 28 days . After emails back and forth I was then told there was nothing they could do. I'm 17years old and £100 is a lot of my wages just too be told it's lost and there's nothing they can do. My bf was disappointed he never received his present which I could not replace at that cost. I am also very disappointed in such a big company unable to help.

i bought the 1970 fa cup winners long sleeve top on 24/ 11 / 2020. the item was in stock, i have the email confirming this. 1 week later i complained it hadnt arrived. they then said it was pre order only. i told them i had proof saying it was in stock. i needed it before christmas because it was all i could afford to buy my husband as we had both lost our jobs due to covid. ive emailed 3 times with no reply even though it says a response in 24 hrs. i rang this morning and was told they dont have any, wont be getting any and i could get a refund but it will take 7 days. i now have no present or money to buy another. this year has been awful and now this. i wasnt contacted informing me or offered a different item. its not alot but im actually devasted
Football shirt defective store refused to address
I bought a shirt and 3 Santa hats, I was sent and charged for 7! The shirt which I paid nearly $100 for is defective, I cannot put it over my head, nor can anyone else even the 6 year old next door because the head opening is tiny and doesn't stretch at all. It is impossible to wear. Chelsea mega store has sent 9 emails back and forth asking me for PICTURES etc. How can a picture help with the size? All I wanted was a return label and for the last TWO weeks they keep coming up with ridiculous emails. Its disgusting and a sham, I cannot believe the Chelsea foot ball club condones this as this is tied to the team. I am a true Chelsea fan in Ghana. I used to get my official Chelsea merchandise from chelseamegastore.com but unfortunately since the kit sponsor deal, I have not been able to purchase from chelseamegastore. I have been reliably informed that they are not in business anymore.
Even though I have registered on Nike plus, my country (Ghana) of delivery is not recognized. I would therefore be extremely grateful if you could help add Ghana to your official list of countries dealing in authentic Nike merchandise so I can buy some to support my team.

I am disappointed. Ordered a shirt which I am supposed t have by now. I even got an email from their store manager saying my purchase was shipped. It has been 14 days now and pon asking their customer services for a tracking number all they can say is, we cannot locate your order when I can see my order history upon logging in. So much or it being the official Chelsea store; might just end up asking for a refund because at this point I doubt they even shipped it. Save yourself and get your Chelsea t-shirts from Nike. So mad right now
