Greetings, I visit Chili's at least 2 times a week to dine and watch MLB. Unfortunately every time I visit, the management lowers my music selection. After my "Rock/Metal" music selection is done, they raise the volume back and continue playing their Mexican music. I am of Mexican descent but prefer to listen to Metal. Please address. After 35 minutes went inside to check, they were not that busy at the time, to find my order sitting on the shelf next to the cashier! It had been sitting there for some time. Asked for the other tortilla order since there was 1, she told me that both orders were in 1 reused looking aluminum foil. When I got home 5 min after picking up the order, everything was cold,
For 1) only got 3 tortillas, not a double order
2) chicken fajitas had no jack cheese or mushrooms I ordered
3) I ordered a bowl of enchilada soup that was filled 1/2 way
4) the chicken strips were nothing but fried batter
Besides waiting for 40 minutes for ice cold food. Spoke to the manager shay lee, told me she was going to credit my card back for the full order and that it would take 3 to 5 to 7 days to credit my card. $59.67. To this day, 04/13/23 I have not received the credit of $59.67.
Desired outcome: the manager needs to follow thru and she should be talking to her staff about their actions. I want the $59.67 refundwe eat there once in awhile sometimes the to go orders are sketchy hit and miss
Getting Double Billed
On March 30, 2023, at approximately 2-3 PM, I stopped into Chili's to eat. I completed my meal and commenced to pay bill. I gave the young lady my debit card and within seconds she stated that she accidently charged my card to another table's bill. The young lady again ran my card for the food and drink that I consumed. I waited throughout the weekend and then some waiting for the mistake to clear, and my bank is still showing both charges.
Made numerous attempts to call both the McAlester restaurant and corporate and I was unable to get in contact with anyone. I would appreciate a respond back from the Chili's.
Desired outcome: Refund of the monies incorrectly charged to my debit card.
Cook, manager and service
We arrived at Chili's at 5pm - there was only one other couple in our whole section - we ordered and waited and waited, meantime people were coming in approximately 20 minutes after us being seated. After 35 minutes of waiting for our food all the other customers were being served their food. After saying something to our waiting the manager came out 5 minutes later with our food, I did complain to her and her answer back to me was that they were slammed, I stated we had been there 40 minutes while others were only there 10 to 20 minutes and were already served. She then told me I was being rude. I then asked how if my shrimp was cooked on the conveyor belt and she answered yes, when I ordered my meal I told the waiter my shrimp could not be cooked on the conveyor belt or I would not eat it, he did write it on the ticket. I told her that is not how I ordered it and she immediately told me rudely that is how they do it, she asked why I would not eat it and I explained it cooks differently and has a different taste and it is not good. I gave the meal back to her. As a cook myself this was extremely upsetting for a restaurant to treat their customer in the fashion it was handled. Not happy and will not be coming back for a while. Not honoring free appetizer coupon
My sister came to visit so we went to the Chili's on Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas. I had a coupon on my phone. When the waitress came to take our order, I showed her the coupon. The waitress opened the menu and said these were all the appetizers I could choose. I picked the chicken fingers. We also placed our order for our meal. I picked up one of the fried chicken fingers and it was not fully cooked. By this time we received our meal and I informed the waitress of the fried chicken fingers and she said she would replace them.
When the bill came the appetizer was added. I told her - remember I have the free coupon. She said I had already used it and I told her - can't be as I have not been here in a few months and look at the dates of the coupon. She got the manager and he came and said the coupon was not good for what I ordered. I told him the waitress should have said so. He said he would take 20% off the price of the appetizer.
We took our remaining food home as we didn't finish. The next day we decided to eat our leftovers - including the chicken fingers. STILL RAW INSIDE.
We are so very disappointed in our meal and service at that restaurant

At 12:15 PM we went to the Brighton, MI Chilis. We were told they only had two servers working and there would be a wait. We were fine with that. There was a party of three ahead of us and a large party of 3 adults with 4 toddlers that came after us. When we checked in we said we were two tables of two (my husband & I and my daughter & her friend). We waited about 5 minutes when the hostess said she could not accommodate our request for two tables. We left. I’m confused by their logic. If the girls asked for a table of two on their own then there would not of been a problem. It’s because we came in together. We were not in a rush. We will never go back.

I was at the Oswego restaurant #1782 last night 12/21/22 with my family we try to go at less once a month to eat out here. We finish our meal and paid our bill when our waitress Crystal came by to pick up the receipt she looked at it and proceeded to say as she walked away $10 , $10 all the freakin time . So I ask my husband how much tip did he leave and he said $10.00 so I went and asked her was she unhappy with the tip we left and she proceeded to say you people always leave $10 . Not to mention she left us unattended for a good 30 mins I had to flag her down to let her know we were ready to order. Which explains why she did that because she already had figured we were only leaving $10 . I’m very disappointed because we loved our family nights out to Chili’s but unfortunately we now be take our business to T.G.F restaurant which is down the street.

Purchasing a $50 physical gift card + 2 $10 ebonus cards
On or about Nov 17, 2022 I purchased the above. On Nov 18, 2022 I received a confirmation email saying they will be shipped Dec 21, 2021. That's 2021! What? I called on Nov 22 at approximately 2:45 pm and talked to Sharon. She said that the card will be shipped on Dec 21, 2021. Really? 11 months ago they will ship it. She hung up on me... that is the worst part! I called back talked to Shy. Said same thing. I can't talk to a supervisor because none was available. They would not answer the question, "Why did Chilis send me an eBonus Card?" Shy said she'd ask a supervisor to call me back that day. Nevcer happended. Shy verified this # 5 times - 6KK8XAEMZ5Y. Ticket # is 810226. My two questions I tried to ask are: 1. When will my $50 gift card be sent? (The answer can't be in 2021!) Question #2-I only rec'd one $10 ebonus card. Would you please send another one?
This experience turns me away from a place I like. Please help!

I placed an order for food through door dash for first time to chillies bar an grill in concord. Wait time 75min. Turned into 2hrs to get a call someone took my meal by mistake. Chillies said its not their problem talk to door dash. You can't cancel an order an get a refund without deal with customer service. Chillies said place a new order. So in mean time I got to wait 5-7 business days for refund an then place another 2hr order. I dont have faith in this company to not lose my order again. They do not take any responsibility for orders set out. The food is inside the buying paid for an made. The food is chillies responsibility until I receive my order or my dasher. I called 18 times an no answer not once. The fact I had to go down an speak to someone an the lady says not her problem is unexplainable im still a paying customer. The meal should of just been compensated for all the time wasted an extra I have to deal with. Chillies has become extremely complacent with customer service an how to hand off food. Anyone can steal a bag of food an they don't care as long as it was paid for. In extremely upset I sat up in an office all day missed lunch because of this issue had to go pick up 3 kids after an go down to chillies because no one answered. I'm very upset how this is being handled. A meal compensation for the stress would of been a decent thing to do.

I have been going to Lisbon Chili's twice a week since it opened. I understand the managers come and go but this last one is the worst manager I have ever seen. I have been asking for coffee for at least 3 months (every week) and he says it's corporate that won't replace coffee pot. Told me "What are you gonna do". Also with all restaurants having problems finding good staff, he doesn't work as a team player. I have repeatedly seen him stand by the kitchen entrance and watch as staff run around like crazy trying to deliver meals and make patrons happy. He seems to get a kick out of it. When speaking to him the first time I met him, he told me that he has never worked management before.It was a month before I even knew he was the new manager. I hope you can train him how to become a team leader because this restaurant definitely needs it. He gives off a "I don't care attitude" that makes it uncomfortable for my autistic student, self and staff. The kitchen and wait staff know us so well that when they see my car pull in, they have our drinks and soup on the table by the time we enter. That is customer service! The manager is clueless about this kind of service.
If it wasn't for my student loving your restaurant, I would have stopped going there months ago.

Dirty restroom
My husband and I visited the 5150 E Broadway restaurant on 09/10/2022 approximately 2.30 pm for a late lunch. I went to the women restroom and immediately I was assaulted by the overwhelming stench. I entered the larger stall and found a plastic bag with human excrement on the floor! I went to the next stall and there was no disposable steat cover. I exited the restroom and asked to speak to the manager. I quickly informed her of the restroom conditions and I was disappointed by her attitude. She became defensive, claiming the restrooms was cleaned earlier in the morning. I invited her to go inspect the women restroom. The manager did and immediately got a worker to clean the restroom. She never came back to apologise. I paid my bill and left.

Sad that we have had multiple issues with this restaurant. Seems like the business in our community doesn’t want people to patronize them. When entering the girls are standing around talking instead of seating people. When were were sat the booth next to the bar smelled like a old mop, rag was used. The smell was so putrid We asked to be sat elsewhere. They were obviously offended by the request. After us sitting back at the entrance with our menus for 5 mins the young girl moved us to the opposite side! When ordering my husband asked for water with a lemon. Immediately the waitress said if we don’t have lemons cut is a lime ok. We of course looked at each other. We then ordered chip and salsa with the triple dipper as our appetizer! Then 2 brisket burgers for entree. The chips came out then our burgers. I mentioned to the waitress we ordered a appetizer and our food came before it. She tells us well that takes longer than the actual meals sometimes.the southwest egg rolls were burnt and flipped so we didn’t see until you actually bit into it. This location is getting worse every time we go. Some of the chips were fresh and some tasted old and stale. The burgers came and the brisket was so dried out it was either crunchy or globs of fat. The last time we came, they said the bartender called out. And the cook walked out mid shift so it was only certain things we could order. It’s unfortunate but I will not be going back to this location. Truly disappointing that we have to leave our own community to get descent service.
Desired outcome: Better training, Customer Service is imperative to keep this business open. Should have offer a discount for the inconvenience but instead the waitress made excuses constantly.

Placed order 09/05/2022 check # 980188. order # [protected] total $64.63 including tip. When I got hiome the Bowl of Chili was not in the bag. Tried callingchili's put on hold 10 minutes. hung up called again. On hold for another 10 minutes. Hung up called back and whoever the rude person was who answered the phone finally told me no one was available thats why I have been on hold so I said to her wel why don't you all ask for a phone number and have manager call back instead of putting me on an indefinite hold. No response she just put me on hold again. So... I call back and finally someone took my number. Guess what!? Never got a call back. So it is now another day and at 9:37 am approximately called Chilis again. Manager answered took some information and said she would get back to me. Guess what!? It is now 1:17 pm and I haven't heard a thing. I only wanted a refund for the bowl of chili. Is that so hard to ask. At this point I might need a few free margarita's because I am so upset with your customer service at that location. Please help me resolve since your manager there is not capable.

A friend and I were out friday night sept,2nd 2022 about 8:30pm. Our server Logan seemed to be intoxicated. Logan then made a comment to her coworkers stating "I'm talking to a drunk mexican." After showing her my ID she then asked if i was mexican, kept coming to the table and saying i needed to add stickers to the back of my phone of a taco,margarita and sombrero. My friend was asking her why she kept saying that then she looked at her and don't say [censored] just because you're black.
Desired outcome: asked her to speak with a manager and she kept questioning me to death.
Disrespectful Service Managers Behavior
Ms. Lindsey Rhynders, claimed to be Service Manager emerged out of the kitchen and wanted to know who was complaining. I said it was me and explained to her the poor service being rendered to waiting patrons. She said they were, and I needed to wait, in fact they were busy in the back and in the kitchen and not paying attention as a manager to the front. She was aggressive, unapologetic, non-sympathetic and show every sign that she was incapable of working under pressure. Besides being rude and obnoxious in the presence of waiting public. I asked her for her name, and I did mention that I will be reporting of her behavior. I asked her for business card, and she said she will be right back, and she handed me her business card and said “Have A nice day “with a dirty look and smirk on her face. It meant to be and perhaps to other’s GET THE [censored] OUT. She never addressed the problems of the waiting patrons and she said to the others to wait.
Desired outcome: An apology and compensation for loss of our time and effort to eat. We have been customers to this establishment since in opened in Poughkeepsie

On 8/9/2022 we visited store #1720 My mother and I have been coming to this location 2 or 3 times a month. When we arrived, the store was not as busy as afterwards, since there was no one up front to seat us we headed to the bar our typical hotspot. When seated the server in the Bar did not acknowledge us! We waited 25 min Server Brittany then came and ask for our drinks; within the next 30 minutes she came up to us 3 times to ask what were our drinks that we had ordered, never once did she asked to take our order. We come here so often that we practically know everyone! We are amazing Customer and great Tippers! Joana who has served us many times before came to say hello and great us, something Brittany failed to do in the first Place! Joana, who by the way is amazing! took our order for appetizer, Queso and Chips and Triple Decker and suggested that Brittany to take our Dinner orders. We again waited 25min for the appetizer and keep in mind she still has not brought our drinks. Her area only had 3 tables and 5 at the bar. Brittany started to have a conversation with the couple seated on the right of us complain on how she has this Job only on Tuesday Has a day Job and complaining about customer in the tables she was serving. While this was happening the Kitchen Asst Manager Andres who I highly recommend as he had worked for another company Restaurant, came to greet us and ask if order has been placed. I explained that we have been there for the past hour and Half and the service we had received from Brittany left little to say> He then took our order Andres goes above and beyond for his customer and anyone around him should learn what service is all about surely knows how to throw the red carpet! All Brittany needed to do was serve us the plates. We waited another 40 min and noting. I have never seen my mother so upset, we are the type of customers that we don't complain we highly recommend and are great at praising service! Well After we requested to go boxes, Andres had Comp our Meal due to the inconvenience! and ask only for the alcohol to be paid. We weren't expecting him to comp our meals when checking out Brittany rudely told my mother your meal was comp all you have to pay is for this and handed the receipt to me! My Mother then tells her don't worry we will add your tip we are good customers we weren't expecting for Andres to go above and beyond for what I call Great Customer service after everything we went through the couple to the left of us were also complaining on how she was so rude, and they requested for only ranch dressing they were celebrating their 1-year anniversary. To sum it up she ended charging us for Blackberry tea, Queso, Modelo total was $11.59. she ended up charging my card $20.87 when I signed it things did not add up, she automatically charged her tip on top of what I was already tipping her, when I confronted her, she asks me if she should change it! Ahh DuH! Brittany ended up charging us regardless. My mother told her if this is how you stiff people then you should not work here and to top it off no one wants to hear if you like your job or not any concerns you have about a customer should be discussed privately to management not to a customer! In my world this is called Theft and Grounds for immediate termination. We would like for corporate to investigate this matter and hold her accountable for her actions! We will no longer come to this location if this tolerated Damaging your Brand and Integrity of loyal customers leaves little to say about Chili's. Thank You Kindly!

Bugs in drink and hair in food
My family went to Chilis in Morrow, Ga on Wednesday August 11,2022 about 438pm we ordered flavored lemonade for our drinks. When the waitress brought the drinks to the table my daughter noticed something in her drink so she began to stir to investigate there was 6 dead bugs with wings not sure if they were Gnats because they appeared to be bigger then Gnats We notified the waitress immediately and asked to speak with the manager. The manager stated that they were Gbats and that it was due to someone leaving the top off the syrup over night the night prior and that they disposed of that and will make her another drink. Then we received our food and lord and behold there was a piece of hair in my sisters food. We notified the waitress whom was very nice but embarrassed she got another manager whom stated that he Heard- we already had a manager come over about the bugs in the drink and now there is hair in the food he also stated that they had no one in the kitchen with hair that color and there was no one on our party with hair that color so where did it come from smh. He then stated maybe the morning prep lady hair is that color. Either way this whole experience had us sick to our stomach we decided we did not want to continue our meal. They offered to re cook her meal and some free deserts but presented us with a bill to take care of the drinks. Needless to say we will not be returning to Chili’s ever again. They need to shut that place down and inspect the entire restaurant..

On Sunday, 24 July 2022, I ordered meals for my husband & myself using the Chilis app for the Leesville location. I had 4 rewards from previous visits & my birthday month. I attempted to use one of my rewards to purchase the 3 for me but it didn’t recognize my entree. I attempted to contact the local Chilis via phone to request assistance with making the correction for the reward. However after holding for several minutes, the automated messaging said there was an error & disconnected the call. So I decided to order the 3 for me without the reward & use my free dessert reward instead. I also ordered a salad for my husband’s meal. When I checked out on the app, I received an error message stating that there was no connection & it went back to the checkout page. When it went back to that page, one of the free desserts was no longer available & it still showed the order pending. So, I used the second dessert reward & proceeded to check out once again. This time it went through & gave me a timeframe to pickup my order. I arrived at Chilis just before the time for pickup & I followed the I instructions to notify them I was outside & which parking spot I was in. When I put in my parking spot number, it initially said I was already checked in and or had picked up my order. It also said if there was a problem to contact the restaurant. I waited a few minutes & went through the check in process again. This time it said my order would be out shortly. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go in to see if they were aware that I was waiting for pickup. Once inside, I spoke with the staff member at the cash register. She informed me that my order wasn’t ready yet. I told her about the situation with the app & the rewards & asked if there was a way to correct it. I was informed there wasn’t. I asked to speak to the manager & she left the area to ask the manager to come assist me. After several more minutes I saw a staff member packing an order & she asked for the name on the order which I provided. She informed me that there had been 2 exact orders placed via the app in which I informed her I had only ordered once & there must have been something wrong in the app. I informed her that I would only take the one order & wanted a refund on the other order. She informed me that she wasn’t able to give me a refund so I requested the second time to speak with the manager. While waiting, other people’s orders were being packaged for delivery or being picked up by the customers. After waiting more time, the young lady finally returned & said that they would refund me for the 2nd meal ordered but no mention of why the manager hadn’t come out to speak with me himself. The ice cream that was part of my order had began to melt because of the length of time it was taking for me to receive service. I informed the young lady that I wanted a complete refund for both orders because the ice cream was now melting due to the amount of time passing while waiting to speak to the manager. She informed me that I would have to leave the order which they had prepared & they were unable to give me a refund at the restaurant since it was an online order. I let her know I had no problem with leaving the order with them but I still would like to speak with the manager regarding my refund & dissatisfaction with service received. When the manager finally came out to speak with me, I was informed that he was not only the manager but was 1 of 2 cooks preparing meals for the customers that evening & also mentioned they were also short of staff to assist with takeout orders. He apologized for the frustration that I experienced with the order & explained again that they couldn’t offer an in-house return for the online order but could put in for the refund which may take up to 7 days to be credited back to my account. I let him know that I was unaware of the situation and at the same time if there has been a problem with a customer’s order, it’s expected by the customer to speak with the manager to resolve the issues & concerns. His offer was to have one of his staff to take my information & put in for the refund for both orders. Once the staff member came, she had me to write my information on paper to include my name, phone number & last 4 of the card used for the purchase. I left very frustrated with my experience. What should have taken at the most 10 minutes for a pickup ended up taking 40 minutes. I walked away without an order m, losing my dessert rewards & without the money spent out for it. The customer service I received was horrible.
I recommend the staff receive customer service & communication training & if they are short of staff & unable to fill the orders at the normal expected time that customers are informed before arrival. This would help cut down on the frustration for both the customer & staff serving them.
