I am a small mom n pop housing provider with 7 rental properties and no mortgages with total after tax income of $300,000. (1) requested increase (2) provided all info (3) transferred to another who asked for all info and received and then hung up and did not call back (4) got another rep, gave all info and provided all income etc. (5) request was rejected and was not provided reason why...

As a small mom and pop housing provider, I do my best to improve my properties. By refusing my request, citi bank is contributing to the homeless problem in this country

Desired outcome: i have excellent credit and request should have been approved, but was denied...i currently have a $2000 auto pay with citi bank
