Nearly 2 years after a dispute that showed resolved by Citibank from a 3rd party company - I am now seeing the charge back on my card. As a customer of CitiBank, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I've experienced the last several months as relates to this dispute and general inquires since.
I've had my calls repeated hung up on and requested to speak with managers multiple times with long wait times and calls repeated dropped on their end. I don't know if this is on purpose or they simply don't value me as a customer.
With a 800+ credit score and being a customer of theirs for multiple years, and multiple credit cards paid off now, it seems to me they don't care for me as a customer and don't value my time.
I feel it's been a very poor experience from their side and in my opinion good customer service feels and looks very different to me. There are many companies to choose from and having many credit cards with plenty of available credit lines, I am definitely going to be looking elsewhere when making future purchases. This is very disappointing.
Too bad Citibank, you had me for years but seems now you don't care for me as a customer.
