Hello, I purchased from Clayton Homes, listed many items that needed repair within the first year(under warranty) and Clayton has refused to fix the spigot. I sent a lengthy email to your email support@complaintsboard.com today but noticed your website says to fill this out. The long and short of it is they had to come to my house 4 times (each with damaged kitchen island top) so they were not installed until they could finally give me one undamaged. The front faucet outside was damaged and they were to repair it. The service guy changed out a shaft twice but the faucet still doesn't work. The Rockwell manager, Mike, stated they've been out 10 times and replaced the whole faucet so they're not coming out again. I contest the rep did not change out the whole faucet, he never went under the house and if the Rockwell plant did give him the parts, then they are paying for services not rendered because all he did was change out some shaft. I have plenty of emails, text messages pictures etc of the poor quality home and repairs but at this point, I would just like to be able to use the faucet.
