Coast Dental Services review: Overcharging me and opening line of credit that was not needed and not receiving my partial

Covid dental provide me with the treatment plan that showed the prices for my dentures and upon a partial as well as what need to be done in order to get those dentures in by removing some teeth they told me that if I ordered the basic upper and the basic partial lower that it would all be covered by my insurance and I got a on the treatment plan stated that I would have to pay $74 towards that towards the end. Then somehow they opened a line of credit with Sunbit on my behalf for the amount of 1000+ dollars, which I don’t understand because it wasn’t necessary because my insurance was covering the entire amount then on July 9 I got another proposed treatment plan and it shows that I only owe $74 but when I went to go pick up my dentures, they told me I owed an additional $435 but it was prior to that. I was told that I only had a balance of 105 so they charged my insurance company And then they open a line of credit and then they still took cash from me and I don’t have my partial. I have tried to make a mess with this company. All I want is my partial and yet they’ve hung up on me four times. They’ve been rude and nasty to me and nobody’s willing to take the time in the office to correct the situation. The staff is awful and I would never refer them to anybody.
