Couriers Please Parcel deilvery

I recieved a message at 5.55am in the morning saying my parcel was coming today. That was wednesday. Its now friday and i have not recieved my parcel. I spoke to the robot online who tried to get in touch with driver but couldnt. Or so she said. Then i called the number after 9am you have advertised to be asked all these questions and then got hung up on and sent a link to talk to someone online. All the person online did was raise a investigation. Still no parcel. I will NEVER use a seller that uses you again. Disgusting way you do business

Desired outcome: Deliver my parcel when you say its gonna be delivered and dont message me at 5.55am in the morning if it is not coming. Make it easier for customers to get in touch with you.

Couriers Please Non delivery of consignment

Package was alledgedly delivered around 09:35 2 May but was not left as was requested.

I am a Truck Driver who works during the day (06:30 - 17:00/18:00 ) and am unable to be home to take delivery of item. I require the package to be left on site at my address in Brighton Qld as I am unable to get time off to collect. Neighbour on top side (33) will sign if absolutely needed.

Package can be left securely on back deck !

couriersplease ,has stated that they have made several attempts at making a delivery to me.As I am disabled & aged ,I am home all time.I have never seen the delivery person .I don't know how this has happened .The parcel has now sent somewhere for pickup & I am unable to do so.This is very annoying. date Concerned from 24th march 2023. Couriers Please That they get closed up asap

The worst couriers or want to be couriers in oz, the tracking web site useless, just sends you aroudnd in circles like a dog chasing your own tail, the phone useless hangs up on you, once you do decover how to talk to someone, they lie to you by saying I will put you on hold and call the driver, about 1 minute later the tell you the driver isnt answering his phone, more or less give you a spool about we will look into it, there answer sounds like it is a script, they do is send you the same email and thats it do sweet stuff all. They never give you any updates. My sender rang them got the same spool so has decided to never use them on his site again, at least I got 1 outcome lol. Dont know what they do with the parcels they dont deliver must be like a lost sock in the washer?

Couriers Please Delivery

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am the receiver (or rather non-receiver). My initial order was on Jan 1, 2023. That parcel never made it. I had spent hours with them trying to find out what was happening. It eventually arrived back at the sender - saying incorrect/ insufficient address (a lie). We tried again. We are now following the same path... I am still waiting and according to them they are trying to locate the package... asking me (the receiver) to explain what the outside looks like.. As if I am the person packing it... This company is a disgrace and should not be used as a courier. It is time that the media do a story on this.

Couriers Please Item still not picked up 3 days after booked collection date

Booked a collection on Friday 17/02/2023 for pickup Monday 20/02/2023 - 8.00am.

On Tuesday contacted Couriers Please by phone to find out when the parcel will be picked up

Got an apology and was told the driver had been advised to pick up on Wednesday 22/02/2023.

Wednesday and still has not been collected.

Rang again, and once again told the driver had been sent another message to collect.

I asked customer service to ring the driver and advise it needs to be picked up today as someone has wasted 3 days waiting for courier to collect.

Pretty much flogged off as told there was the driver didn't answer phone, so a message was left.

The company name says it all -- Couriers Please - pick up my parcel !

Desired outcome: Pick up and deliver on time. Not when you feel like it.Deliver on time or it's free.

Couriers Please Delivery of goods, customer relations and lies lies lies

My delivery of goods was a failed delivery so it was told to me and on the website, however, my cameras, my retired police dog, the fact I do not have a calling card and the fact I have been home for the last 3 days suggests that the driver lied about the delivery. He couldnt find me and instead of calling to find out how to get here he made the claim that it was a failed delivery. He LIED to the company.

Customer relations - PATHETIC - cannot contact to an Australian representative is an extremely pathetic way to run a business especially if it is in Australia. They have not cared that it was all lies and that it will get to the depot when it gets there. I am appaled by their response to this whole matter.

Furthermore the last customer relations team member I spoke to I could not hear as there was a lot of background noise. people yelling and small children, she advised me that she was in the call centre until I said you are at home with the children and my call was terminated or she just hung up on me.

Another lie that was told by a different part of the company, so I have an assumtion that this company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED with ANYTHING as they cannot be honest and work with integrity that ALL business models should be run by.

This has caused great anxiety and stress on a already compromised heart due to covid.

Desired outcome: I want someone to contact me from AUSTRALIA to further this complaint and would like to speak to the most senior person in AUSTRALIA that handles complaints as I am going NOWHERE with the off shore call centre.

Couriers Please Delivery and sequent service after incident

In Dec 2022 I had a delivery arrive that was 2 weeks late and one of the boxes was damaged. I refused to accept the damaged item, and the delivery driver began to verbally abuse me. Calling me names and using profanity. We refused to allow me to inspect the second box and continued to verbally abuse me. My wife witnessed this event. I asked him to leave and I walked away from him

He then threw the one box back in the van a drove off very aggressively. I have flowed this up with the company and they have done nothing. No apology or acknowledgment. Since this event, couriers please have been refusing to deliver items to us, causing much delay and confusion.

Desired outcome: couriers please to admit they are refusing to deliver items to us because of this incident explain how they feel this is the correct action to take when it was their employee that caused this incident and we are the victims of HIS actions.

Couriers Please Deliveries

Tracking number: 2X0011071954 Parcel scheduled for delivery 06.02.23. I received a text message at 9:17am on 06.02.23 'We were unable to deliver your parcel from EFM WAREHOUSING. We will be dropping it off at a nearby collection point.'

Yet again my parcel was not delivered and is to be dropped off at a delivery centre for collection by me. This is not acceptable. I work from home and no attempt was made to call my unit number. This happens every time I have a delivery from Couriers Please. Anne Hadley

Couriers Please Couriers please crap service and disgusting lies

I'm still waiting for my parcel that has my dog's medication in it. You have lied lied lied about its delivery. You can't even respond in the time u promise to. I'm still waiting for my complaint to be dealt with.
I am sick of you guys. The driver has been told on several occasions to redeliver. The f ing a hole has ignored every call. This is my dogs' medication, you mongrels. Deliver the f ing medication.

Desired outcome: DELIVER MY DOGS F ING MEDICATION - Look into the F ING file to read what mess you have made of this situation. I want the driver fired. I will go to Today Tonight Tv and tell them what you have done.

I had/have urgent medical supplies for my dog with a terminal illness being delivered. They have always been delivered by couriers please and the delivery address is at a gym that is opened between 5am -10pm M-F. There is access and if for any reason the driver cannot get in the instructions are to leave the parcel in the foyer.

On this occasion, the driver decided to take the medicine with him, causing an avalanche of problems. However, upon looking at the footage on our camera's, it appears that the driver did not even come to our address and conveniently labelled it as unable to deliver. We got this message at 12.47pm immediately called them straight away, the driver should have been in the immediate area and we were told he would redeliver on that day. He did not. He also did not deliver the next day and has still not delivered.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, none available, all on calls. I was promised a call back today. DID NOT CALL BACK. These guys are liars and spin you any BS they can think of. They have done absolutely nothing to help. They are full of S... T

Absolutely disgusting display of customer service. They know the dog is terminally ill and depending on the medicine. I've called them 4 times, only to be fed the same load of lies every single time.

Do not use these guys. If there are any issues they won't get resolved and if it's like this scenario where the delivery is important or your dogs' life depends on it... they suck

Shame shame shame on you couriers please - you truly are a disgrace

Desired outcome: If my dog hasn't died, Id like the medication I have paid for and also in my cost paid COURIERS PLEASE to deliver!!

Couriers Please Abusive driver

Good Morning,

Whilst out shopping with my children this morning, I witnessed one of your drivers abusing another motorist in a car park, using extremely offensive language and threatening to assault the other person. It caused significant distress to my young children and appeared unprovoked, with the other party trying to walk away. The van had a registration number of 789WYK. I had considered calling the police at the time, however the other party walked away and it is the tirade stopped.

Desired outcome: I would suggest you work with the driver to help curb their behaviour or perhaps have them consider another place to work.

Couriers Please Everything

I don't need to tell you about their poor customer service and lack of delivery with no resolution. So I know how to get the sender not to use them and its working for me.

On the first line of your address just insert :"AUSPOST FOR DELV ONLY".

So far Myer and Target have been honoring this for me.

I have gone and done this for everyone I only shop with online. The more we all boycott CP the better for our mental health and we'll be targeting CP hip pocket! The only thing they care about.

Because it not you, your money or their service that matter.

Desired outcome: Go into receivership or sell the company to Australia Post as they know how to do their job.

Wish I could give 0 stars!

Horrible service and very unhelpful staff! Yesterday I waited at home for 2 packages to be delivered. Answered the buzzer and let the courier in. Went out to meet them but they were already gone and only one packaged delivered. Not even 5 minutes later received an email and text saying “sorry we missed you” and advising me that no one was home and the package would be delivered to a collection point by the end of day. When I spoke to customer service they really didn’t seem to care at all and just kept sending a stock standard response of “the driver did what they thought was safest for your package”

Desired outcome: I’d appreciate for the couriers to do their job properly

6/12/2022 12.42pm - SMS to say parcel onboard for delivery today.

6/12/2022 5.56pm - SMS - I'm sorry we aren't going to be able to deliver your parcel today. It will be delivered tomorrow.

7/12/2022- no updated checked online SAYS 12.12.2022 - why - why do I have to wait that long when it was already onboard for delivery on Tuesday? This is so unfair.

Couriers Please Drivers speed

Good morning,

We are a propery management company, Marsa Property Management, and We regularly have drivers attending our complexes in Bethania, Algester & Redbank Plains.

We have noted that they are exceeding the speed limit of the complex.

The speed limit is 5km an hour, as there are small children in the complex.

We realise this is very slow, but your drivers are speeding through the complex at excessive speeds, which I would estimate to be 60km.

We have spoken to the drivers at the Bethania & Redbank Plains complex, and they apologise, but speed through again the next time.

The driver at Redbank Plains is normally very good, and we have no problems there, but we would ask that you remind your drivers that attend Clearwater St, Bethania & Kimberley Close, Redbank Plains to reduce their speed.

We do have surveilance cameras if you would like evidence.

Desired outcome: Remind the drivers to heed the speed limits of the unit complexes that they attend.

Couriers Please Abusive and aggressive Driver behaviour

Tuesday 6th Dec 2022 at 4:45pm, Courier please driver in Ryde NSW 2112, came to our building for delivering parcels, I approached him to ask for the pick up location of our parcel for which he had left a card. Upon asking, when i showed him the card, instead of assisting he took my card and took photo without my consent. I asked him to delete the photo he refused. I told him that i will lodge a complaint against you and took his van photo. When i took the photo he used abusive language infront of my wife and 3 year old and was very aggressive, he tried to punch me 3 times. I told him stay away i will call the cops then he told me to delete the photo and tried. To snatch my phone. I then told him to delete my card photo upon which he agreed and deleted the photo and I deleted his vans photo. But i want Courier please to take action against him and more then happy to involve in any further investigation.

Desired outcome: Awaiting response from courier please on and formal apology for such behaviour of the driver.

Couriers Please Delivery Location

It seems like for the last 6 or so months, the couriers from CouriersPlease drop off parcels where it is most convenient for themselves, and not where the parcels should be delivered.

As the parcels are address to our campus, which is not that big, it seems like the couriers do not care where they drop them off. They have been advised where to drop them off, and for 5 or so months, there was up to half a dozen signs at this one building they were dropping parcels off, advising them that the parcels were to be delivered to a different location. AT least twice, the couriers have been told where to take the parcels, but once they are on the campus grounds themselves, it does not matter.

Desired outcome: I would like the deliveries dropped off at the appropriate designation.

Couriers Please Not delivering parcel to front door.

Hi. The delivery driver delivered my parcel in my car port next to my car, they did no walk all the way up my drive way to my house. That’s extremely poor and lazy and if I didn’t get an email saying it was delivered I would have had no idea my parcel was delivered it’s also not a safe closed off area anyone can access it and steal anything.

Again very poor. I have photos as well if you want to see.

Couriers Please Non delivery

Delivery driver didn’t even attempt to deliver to my house . Instead just dumped parcel at pick up point .

But I had no idea as there was no card in mail

Trying to get an answer, zero customer service , all online with bots …

Disgusting excuse for a company .

Not the first time either ,,,and had same issues last year

Lazy lazy drivers , no humans to speak to .
