Giving the lowest score that I can. This company seems to have a TERRIBLE REPUTATION and that could be because the drivers DO NOT try to actually deliver the packages. The delivery staff parked out the front of my house while I was home and then DROVE AWAY with my package and sent me the message that said "sorry we missed you". There is NO WAY to speak to a human, they have a "live text chat" where the person will call you the wrong name and just offer garbage alternatives to providing the simple service of delivering the packages. DON'T buy from companies who use this service. I called the company who I purchased form and they said that they get a lot of feed back like this! BAD WORK ETHIC and ZERO RESOLUTION.
Desired outcome: Deliver my package, or at least attempt to by knocking on my door.HAVE SOME WORK ETHIC???? provide the service you claim to.

i ordered 3 items from Ebay and yet to receive 2 items, first item i eventually received 3 days late, 2nd Item tracking said"Unable to deliver Reason: Business closed, will attempt delivery next business day." which my address isn't a Business its residential im Still waiting, and specifically told them to leave at front door, third it tracking said "Unable to deliver, please contact CP Customer Service" when i specifically said leave at front door as well, i did contact customer service and they basically said takes 2 to 3 business days for redelivery when the delivery hasn't even bothered to leave at door the first time or knock, don't trust Courier Please to deliver your packages all i can say.

Delivery of consumable items undelivered
Ordered and paid for GF flour, coconut sugar and rice, 2 weeks ago, from a retailer who is no more than 15ks away from our home. I didn't have a car that day. No delivery by Couriers Please, no way to contact them, and a few times they have claimed they have tried to deliver when of course we've been at home each time. We've no idea where our items are or if we will ever receive them and the retailer is no help either.
Desired outcome: Full refund from retailer (Simply Good at Morayfield) or delivery of our items.....though having been on a truck for 2 weeks and out in the sun, there's a good chance they will be no good.
Authenticity, integrity, service
We needed to send our customers their order, so we booked with Couriers Please to pick up the one box of goods, paid for it online, and waited for driver to pick it up. Day 1, no one shows up. Day 2, no one shows up. Day 3, heading into Holiday fast, no one shows up so I drove 300Kms and delivered the box myself.
Tried to speak to so-called customer service, but it's a robot, sends text with link to online chat, which is slow and awkward, lots of promises, but absolutely USELESS, as driver never shows.
Avoid at all costs, this company was once half-decent, but not now. Avoid.
Desired outcome: Bring back real Customer Service, and fire the driver that kept us waiting 3 days, and replace them with someone that takes pride in being an actualized human being!

Parcel delivery or should I say lack of delivery
I have been trying to get my parcel delivered this will be the 4th time from brisbane to caboolture a distance of 50km at most, I get a delivery notification in the morning and it doesn't get delivered, I call and complain the call center says they will prioritise it and get it sent out urgently and still nothing happens I ask for someone to call me from the resolutions center and they don't I wish I didn't have to use them australia post is too expensive like 6 to 10 times the cost :/ I don't understand why, this company is appaling and service is non existant and all you get form the service / complaints line is a empty sorry

One of your couriers damaged my front lawn this morning at 7:51am when picking up a parcel at 9 Mons St, Vaucluse NSW 2030.
The registration number of the van was ELJ 38X. There were two people in the vehicle at the time.
The driver backed out of the neighbour’s driveway, but not far enough, and drove up and over my front lawn leaving deep tyre marks. This is not acceptable as I have just had new turf laid in the last three months.
I would like you to arrange for a qualified person to come out and repair the lawn, reinstating what was there.
Please call me on [protected] to arrange otherwise I will the file a complaint with the Police as this is not the first time that your couriers have disrespected my property.

Today I spent 40 minutes plus on the phone to a Courier Please customer service and trust me there was no customer service. This lady had no idea about what she was talking about .Every time I asked her a question she could not answer it with her reply of “upon checking” she was not checking. I asked her to speak to a supervisor she made up the excuse that they were busy and could t talk to me. There was no supervisor. I was asking her anything that she should not already know for her role. I would like a follow up phone call to discuss this be. [protected]

Missing parcel without resolution from management team over two weeks
my parcel had been delivered to a wrong location which was confirmed from the customer care team on the same day of delivery. i chased everyday to Couriers please to ask them to follow up with the driver over two week.
They just simply emailed to me today (21 days later after my missing parcel) as per below:
Hi Wei,
Thank you for your patience.
We are officially deeming this shipment as lost in transit. Despite a comprehensive depot search and investigations with the relevant couriers, our efforts to locate the freight have been unsuccessful. Given that there are no updated scan events and all avenues for this investigation have been exhausted, we will now need to close this enquiry off as missing.
We acknowledge that this is not a favorable outcome and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please coordinate with your sender/supplier should you wish to lodge an insurance claim.
We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter and thank you for taking the time to reach us.

What ever you do, do not use couriers please! Shocking service! My package was down as delivered when it was not delivered, lucky for security cameras I could see the driver put it back in his van and for some reason put down delivered. Spent almost 2 weeks of trying to track down my package everyday, with couriers please arguing it had been delivered so lucky for the footage, they then said they can’t do anything because it’s with a 3rd party courier and can’t get me contact details or anything, days later they finally got back to me and had a location of a depot to pick it up from, the depot they told me it was at didn’t even have the package or tracking number in there system and knew nothing about it. I tried to call couriers please to let them know, they didn’t answer my calls or reply to my emails. So I had to drive around to every courier depot my self till I found it at a total different courier and address they told me it was at. Absolutely shocking service! Thanks for nothing couriers please!
I have to cancel my order because CouriersPlease was not able to deliver.
Some issues before I cancelled my order
The driver did not let a card and I was not able to book a re-delivery online.
I filled the Contact form for urgent matters and still waiting.
CouriersPlease page hasn't a contact number easy to find.
The Chat left me waiting twice and I was not able to talk with somebody.
When I found a phone number and I talked to someone that person told me my parcel would be for Collection on Friday, but my parcel was not there.
I called and someone told me my parcel would be delivered at my address on Monday (it was not delivered)
Today, if I see the tracking number it says to book a redelivery online, but I can't because the lazy driver did not let a card and my consignment number is not working online (I explained that several times by phone to CouriersPlease)
Today I asked the seller for my refund and I don't want the item anymore.

I had a package delivered on the 29/6/2023 but no one was home. So the package was not left and taken back with the courier.
They left NO consignment number to rearrange the package just a card left on the ground near the door with no details that anyone can confirm & now it’s been over a week & we still can’t seem to talk to a person who can help us because the links given thru customer service to speak to a bot don’t work.

Couriers please b2b pick-up & drop off
1st Booking made on Fri 16/06/23 @ 3pm AEST - still hasn't been delivered or resolved @ 29/06/23. Made the booking via website on 16/06 asking for same-day pick up & drop off, there's no information detailing what availability is or anything. The parcel wasn't even attempted to be picked up on Friday, the courier went to the pick-up address on a Monday when the business is closed. Rang customer service the following Wednesday to organise for delivery on the Wed/Thu or Fri and explained the pickup address is closed Mon/Tue. They advised they were rebooking the pick up via a ticket - same thing, they attempted to deliver a 2nd time on a Monday. I Rang and spoke to customer service again (outsourced 3rd party assistance, possibly the Philippines) who again said they would raise a ticket and tell the driver to pick up Wed afternoon. Still has not been picked up or delivered. I would never recommend this courier service. They have completely failed at their base service offering.
Desired outcome: I would like an acknowledgement that this isn't good enough and a statement on how they can improve their processes to prevent this from happening again.
Damaged goods, mis-labelled parcels sent to wrong house, couriers throwing parcels onto ground.
There have been many incidences where I have been far from impressed by the service I have received from Couriers Please, (Brisbane Depot). Firstly, I regularly encounter couriers throwing my parcel onto the ground, which I have witnessed many times. Some items have been scuffed, or bent upon opening due to their blaze attitudes. They don't knock, to inform you a delivery has been made, and on several occasions I have had a parcel placed against my screen door so I can't even get outside without knocking it over. This may seem like whinging, but these a basic social and customer service skills that this company really does not care about. Couriers Please is an overseas company, owned by Singapore Post, and employs immigrants, who just want a job to stay in the country and aren't interested in small details like the "consequences of their actions".
On another occasion, around Christmas time, I was expecting and expensive Christ mas gift which never arrived. No-one was home when the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and the courier forged my signature. I had arrived several other parcels from this company that week, and the labels were mis-aligned, sometimes leaving part of the street name or number missing - obviously this is crucial information and no parcels should be leaving the depot with this major issue! Alas, they did, and I'm sure many parcels went to the wrong house as a result, and may people missed out on Christmas presents thanks to the incompetence of Couriers Please. When I called the company about the non-delivery it was alleged it was all my fault!
My house has the number on the mail box, on the garage, as next to the front door, so there is no excuse for getting the number wrong, unless of course there are numbers absent on the label. After many weeks of attempting to prove my innocence, the retailer finally agreed to make an insurance claim, and then banned me from using his store again wtf? It is unbelievable what these courier companies get away with after using their technology to swindle customers. I am currently dealing with a damaged goods parcel from couriers please, who as expected ignore my claim and emails, so it has now been referred to fair trading/consumer services.
Couriers please isn't the only cowboy operation in town, but they have my vote for worst customer service ever! And i'm sure this won't be the last problem I must endure by the mercy of their clumsy hands!
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is that this company will give up on Parcel Deliveries - it's not for you! Maybe trying going into car or van rentals. Something with less precision and responsibility.

Every single time I have used this courier company they have failed to deliver my item and it takes days to finally receive it. I live in a building with Concierge so there is always someone here to collect deliveries. The pure laziness and incompetent courier please drivers are beyond frustrating. They have to press the bell and Concierge meets them at the door yet every single time I receive a failed deliver notice!

Where to begin? They are your courier delivery service worst nightmare! I think it's about time this company were investigated by the likes of A Current Affair to find out hat exactly does happen to all these missing and undelivered parcels? My experience has been a less than happy one. I received an email from Couriers Please to say the item had been collected from the retailer/seller and this proved to be the only email I received from them with regard to tracking. They don't track the items from the point of pickup and they go mysteriously missing enroute. I updated the delivery address to a collection point as it had been care of my local post office who do not accept deliveries from couriers. The collection point was confirmed. Weeks later no parcel, so I contacted Couriers Please via email to enquire on its whereabouts. They then responded to ask me to describe the dimensions, weight and appearance of the parcel, as if I was the one who sent it?! My tracking number should have been sufficient. Nothing happens after a week, so I sent another email of enquiry, then suddenly received a response saying that they'd delivered my item to the post office - which is not possible. I went to the post office and no surprise - there was no parcel. I went to the collection point that I had nominated and no parcel there either. I let the seller/retailer know the issues I was experiencing with Couriers Crap. Couriers Please then sent them an email saying they had delivered my parcel to the post office. I had no help whatsoever. Item was worth around $300. I had paid via PayPal but they said they were about to rule in favour of the seller because Couriers Please had provided information the item was delivered. Interestingly the same day the Couriers Please claimed to deliver my item, they sent me a new tracking number and this time the item was addressed to my home address? I have no idea how they got that. I live in a unit so I don't have parcels sent to my home address because of the risk of theft. Anyway I was about to lose my money as Paypal were due to rule. I initiated an online chat with Couriers Please and gave the initial tracking number. They then advised my item had a new tracking number and was being delivered to my home address by cob that day. I took a screenshot of this conversation and was able to successfully use this it get my money refunded from Paypal as it proved the item had not been delivered as falsely claimed! Needless to say Couriers Please never delivered the item. I have contacted them multiple times in online chats, but receive the same rhetoric each time. "I have escalated your enquiry". Are they stealing these parcels? What are they doing with them? ... they are most certainly not in the business of delivering them that's for sure!
Desired outcome: I want my parcel delivered and an honest outcome.

Paid for parcel to be picked up, they didnt, dropped at depot they denied recept of goods took 7 days longer than promised to deliver tried to blame sender requested refund they stuffed me around for days, then confirmed my account at there request, they claimes to have refunded me they didnt then said I have to supply the e mail of sender to get refund, constant games and excuses, didnt supply tracking number that worked, lost income pain and suffering, pathetic excuses false promises no morals criminal company over 80 emails and counting

On the 26/4/23 I had a delivery sent from Crows Custom Paint Tooronga Terrace Beverly Hills NSW. to K Gilbert 9 Robert Hoddle Grove Bombira 2850 NSW under consignment No. [protected]
As at 9/5/23 this delivery is still missing. Valued at over $4000 if this remains unresolved I shall start proceedings through NCAT to recover the costs.
Communication from Customer Service in Couriers Please has been very poor at best
Desired outcome: Someone to trace what happened to this delivery. In this day and age of scanning in and out tracking and location should be easy to ascertain
